We've been getting our MB Sprinter van serviced here for about 2 years now (nearing 400k miles on it) and I cannot praise their services and professionalism enough. They really know their stuff and take the time to address, answer questions and solve issues that may arise with our equipment. When I was considering buying my pre-owned 2006 Sprinter, my auto mechanic recommended Vitale and the Sprinter professionals at German Auto Solutions to inspect it. Vitale gave the van a clean bill of health and I bought it for my business. Over the last six years I have had absolutely great experiences at German Auto Solutions. They have taken care of and repaired virtually all maintenance issues that have come up during the 200,000 miles I have put on her since I bought her. When operating these vehicles, (especially pre-owned,) it is crucial to know an expert technician, and Vitale is always very friendly as well as, (THE REAL JACKPOT,) completely honest! German Auto Solutions was recommended by a few other Sprinter Van owners and I was not disappointed... The owner was Very Knowledgeable and Professional. He explained what was going on with the vehicle and Exactly what needed to be completed now and what could wait. Good Company.

The customer service was Stellar.We got there right when he was closing.The guy took his time and patience to look at vehicle finding out that the brakes were in terrible shape he let us leave it over night and he started working on it earlier than expected the next day at 3:00 he called to let us know our van was ready!I would definitely be using them again. I am happy we found a nice and honest shop. Great customer service. Quality work - Vitaly is always polite and can answer any of your questions. Quick service without the over-exaggerated prices like the dealerships. Their waiting room is also very clean and inviting. Nowadays it is extremely difficult to find a reputable and knowledgeable auto specialist. They fix your problems as if they were their own. I don't trust any other specialist as much as I do German Auto Solutions. I've been bringing my Sprinter and my BMW hear for the last couple of years now. I have been happy and satisfied every time. Very knowledgeable staff and prompt service. I also appreciate the attention to detail and useful advice/tips. Thank you guys!

The service was very good and the prices fair, but, when I got the sprinter home I saw that they had applied a 4" x 5" sticker on the back door advertising their business.I'm glad I saw it so I could get it off without any issues. I think this very presumptive of German Auto to think it is OK putting a sticker on someone's vehicle without asking.

We have been servicing our sprinter vans with Vitaliy over the last year and a half. He is very knowledgeable and has all the instruments available in his shop to diagnose any problem. Trustworthy and dependable. Would reccomend him to all my friends and family.

On vacation our Winnebago View (on a Sprinter chassis) broke down 70 miles from Atlanta. Had it towed to German Auto Solutions on a recommendation from a dealer who couldn't fix our issue. Once our vehicle was at the shop, the owner diagnosed the issue, explained the cost and parts needed and worked late to get it done so we could get back on the road. He did all of this on the Friday before the 4th of July weekend. Highly recommend!

If you own a sprinter this is the guy!It took 3 weeks and $2700 at the dealer and they still didn't fix it!This guy fix it in 3 days and I was back to work. Recommend it to everyone.
