My estimator was Lloyd and he was absolutely phenomenal! I m really big on communication and he exceeded my expectations from the first call, the updates in between, all the way to my final pickup. My car is not even a year old and I was devastated to have hit something and mess up my bumper plus other aspects of my car. So I brought my car in with skepticism, not only because it s new, but also because I ve had issues years ago where collision places did subpar work on a previous car. Lloyd gave me very specific details and assured me he would take care of my car and that he did! In addition, he did it quickly. I had my car back in less than two weeks which was even more surprising. I can t thank Lloyd enough for the exceptional service I received. 10/10 highly recommend!

Second time coming to Gerber and having the pleasure of working with Lloyd. Great service and timely updates. Their attention to detail is one of the main reasons I trust Gerber and Lloyd with our automobile repairs. The work provided is always of the highest quality and turnaround has been faster than expected on both of my visits.

Matt K. did a wonderful job walking me through the process of fixing my wrecked van. The team doing the body work at Gerber Collision made it look phenomenal! *Update 8/21/23- The manager Lloyd reached out and got me in to repair the glass right away and stayed professional and courtesy the whole time. He got me in and out of the shop within 10mins. Thank you Michael for assisting with this issue and showing outstanding customer service! I ve also updated the stars due to his amazing service!I was in an accident on 4/20 and decided to have my vehicle towed to this location. Just know I m still waiting till this day to have the glass replaced from the accident. After they repaired the body I noticed the glass was damaged and took it back to have it repaired. First they tried to convince me that it was sap from the trees even though I park in a garage and just had a baby so the car stayed in the garage until the day I was able to start back getting out. After they got approved to fix it they told me they would call when the glass came in to do the repair. I had to keep calling them checking to see if the glass came in and to see when it would be repaired. I was told the person who repairs the glass was on PTO and they would contact me once he was back. Weeks passed so I called the insurance company to let them know the issue to find out that they paid the shop for the repair to the glass already and they urged me to contact the shop again to get it repaired. I then received a call that day from the shop and was advised the guy was still on pto and they would follow up that Wednesday to schedule an appointment for the repair. Here we are 2 weeks after that call and my glass have yet to be repaired. The communication is horrible and so is the service! This is only one of the issues I had when my vehicle was returned to me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Maybe one day they will actually fix the glass that the insurance company already paid for.

They did an excellent job and kept me updated on the progress and was done sooner than I thought. They also helped me with car rental and return. Employees were very knowledgeable. My customer experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was phenomenal ! Personally, I would like to thank Lloyd and Austin for their professionalism. Upon my 1st visit, I met Austin who walked me through the process and gave me my estimate of charges. Austin was also present when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and assured they will do a great job ! I also had the distinct pleasure of speaking with and meeting Lloyd. Lloyd did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Lloyd was also present for my vehicle pick up and walk-through inspection. The work that Lloyd and his team did on repairs were impeccable! As a bonus, Lloyd took the time and patience to answer all of my questions. Lloyd was courteous, succinct and knowledgeable of any concerns that I may have had. Throughout this process, I must note that I received timely updates about my repairs from Lloyd and Austin. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe my overall experience. If I could give 10 stars I would !Great Job !!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Lloyd was so amazing to work with. He estimated 10 days and it took 7 days. He was very professional and ensured my needs as a flustered inconvenienced driver were met. He took time to explain the insurance and car rental process with me since State Farm and Enterprise DIDN'T. He helped ease my nerves and made me feel confident that i broght my vehicle here. My repair experience with Gerber Collision was excellent! The staff met and exceeded my expectations. The repair work on my vehicle looks wonderful! Lloyd is a beast! Clear and transparent communication from start to finish. Conscientious work. I chose this location because of the stellar reviews, and they definitely delivered. Lloyd and his team went above and beyond to not only get my repair scheduled earlier than possible, but also went the extra mile to get my vehicle repairs finished quickly and well inside and out. I was super happy with the amazing service and quality provided. Loyd kept me informed and guided me through this stressful insurance ordeal. I recieved a phone call once each process was finished. My car was done almost a week early. It was nice to feel important and that the customer comes first. There two issues with the repair.The car was in the shop for a while so I had a bad battery after the repair.this was one year old battery.the car was in the shop with the top off or down the inside of car was dirty. Did not look like it was wiped at least to get some of the dust off.

Service is unbelievable TERRIBLE!!!We made an appointment to get our windshield replaced, somehow the appointment was cancelled with no call or notification. A second appointment was then made and now the same thing! No message about the cancellation and they claim that they tried to call to reschedule - I have no missed calls or message about this. The dispatcher said that there were no notes in the system for why it was cancelled. If you are so busy that you cannot keep your appointments, please don t commit them to your customers.

Too notch customer service and communication. They are very professional and keep you informed every step of the way. My car was ready a full day ahead of schedule.I was able to leave my rental car on site and when I picked up my car, there was a cute goodie bag waiting for me in the driver s seat. It was a nice touch.

Gerber Collision is THE place to go if you want your car looking even better than it did before. They did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the end result! I don't know if they gave me back a new bumper or a mirror, haha. Use them if you can! You won't be disappointed. I'll never allow this shop to touch anything I own again. Returned my truck to me with steering wheel way off center then said the steering wheel was like that when dropped at their shop even though I have the tow trucker driver who will write a statement that nothing was wrong with the steering wheel when he drove my truck onto the wrecker to deliver it to this shop.Your receptionist is rude and short with cudtomers.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I m posting this review because I didn t understand the survey that was sent to me and I have Lloyd Hadley 83% and did above 83% I will recommend my family and friends to go see him when they need any repairs because he s a very well respected man and his communication skills is fabulous.

From the first day that I walked into this establishment , I was greeted and felt welcomed. I received updates and phone calls , which is awesome customer service . My car is so clean , inside and out!! I just wanted to let you guys at Gerber know that you made my day , and I ll be referring family and friends!!! Thank you Guys

USAA sent my car there to be repaired. When I got the car back, my tire iron was left on the front seat. My trunk had been rifled through (I assume trying to find the tire iron) and nothing was put back in place and the battery cable wasn't properly connected to battery. Very poor service.

Well my insurance company send my car to this shop !! I had a great experience my car was serviced very quickly and the staff guide through the process without any problem i had my car in literally less than a week !!! Like new thank to Teresa dont remember the last name but super nice and reliable!!!

This is one of the best places you can go, Carlos had me amazed after what he did for me, look like a freaking new car, he even keep every three days keeping me updated, he'll keep up with you how ever way you wanted, great customer service. Thanx Carlos
