Their name really says it all!! Stellar service started the minute I drove up, with a thorough car evaluation & oil change within approximately 10 min, needless to say I was blown away. Upon request, immediately they painstakingly assessed my A/C system, providing frequent status updates while ensuring my comfort as I waited. I m a disabled senior & having vowed to have the repairs completed that day, they assisted me in shuttle home & back. Everyone was courteous, polite & prompt in doing the work- they kept their word. Such a good auto repair experience; and now I ve got an auto maintenance home!!!!

Amazing place, been going for years. They truly care about your car and what you need, only. They will always ask you and inform you about your car! Lisa always goes above and beyond and is the nicest person. She helped make sure I was still in the system and fixed a lot of errors going on in the system about my car.Straight forward good buisness

Quick and easy!Getting an oil change at this place is a breeze super quick and easy. The person who attended to me was really professional and friendly, even making sure my lights were all in working order.

When I drove up there was someone outside greeting everyone in the parking lot. It was about 9:15 on a Saturday morning and that gentleman was so polite. This was my first time having my oil changed at this facility. I'm from South Carolina so I wasn't sure if my email with my discount coupon would work. The mechanic (I didn't get her name) knew her stuff. My information pulled up and she asked was I having any issues with my vehicle? No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need, she replace my rear windshield wiper within a minute. While doing an overall inspection she noticed my fog lights were not connected. She got under my vehicle and connected both lights and made sure they were working properly. I was really impressed with her customer service and professionalism. Last but not least they accept my $15.00 off coupon for my oil change. Definitely will be returning for service on my vehicle when it's needed and thanks for the unbelievable service!

Just went in for an oil change and it was a great experience. I was barely able to get out of my car before someone came over and asked me what I needed and started to help me. They did a quick inspection of some of the car's features and did the oil change. Took maybe 10 minutes, maybe less. Total cost was $86

Wasted a ton of time here. Sent multiple customers in front of me when I'm trying just to get an oil change and then refuse to change my oil saying I need to pull all the way in with my work vehicle. Said I need a tires but, they were saying they needed to write me up a quote before they could do anything. So I waited for all these other customers to be finished before I could even try to pull in. It is an oversized vehicle but the local shop will usually go to gets it done just fine even with the average bay height

I bought a used car and wanted to get it fully inspected, as well as get tires, shifter knob (was cracked), and window wipers replaced.I was told the engine was actually perfect, which was great news. I don't know a lot about cars, so was pretty worried about being taken advantage of. I did not feel in the slightest that they were trying to pull a fast one on me.The two gentleman I spoke with before and after my visit were extremely nice. I had questions about possible future upgrades for the car, and the mechanic took his time answering all my novice questions about my car and didn't seem rushed in the slightest. In fact you could tell he was interested in what I was asking and super happy to help.When I picked up my car, everything was perfect. I was shown the logs for the inspection and tire balance, and was walked through it all.The only thing I can think of as a possible downside of this location is that the waiting room is a bit smaller, but didn't seem bad. I dropped off my vehicle so I didn't stay in there, however.On top of all this, my work van across the street had a dead battery and one of the mechanics drove with me in my personal car to it to help me jump start it at no cost.They genuinely care about cars, their job, and their work.Thanks!

I've been coming to this shop for the past 3 years and their service is damn near THE BEST I've had at any other one shop. They communicate properly, the staff is extremely professional and kind and they provide very reasonable pricing. They always have me in and out in just a few hours for repairs and out in a few mins for an oil change. Mike the mechanic has saved my life so many times from making major unnecessary expenses, you can tell he cares about the customers and their safety on the road. If you need a place to take your car for repairs, look no further!

Driving to work yesterday morning my car essentially broke down and I just happened to unintentionally pull into the Express parking lot. I gave them a brief history of my vehicle and they checked a few things (and they looked pretty busy, so they could have easily turned me away), and instead of trying to sell me something I did not need they actually educated me on a lawsuit regarding my car/my issue, printed out documentation for me, topped off my oil, checked underneath my car to ensure I had no leaks, and then just allowed me to hang out and wait for my tow truck to take me to my dealership (after Express informed me the fix could possibly be completed for free there). I mean, what an absolute dream- a business that actually looks out for their clients! Who knew that still existed? Everyone was so friendly and helpful, truly cannot recommend them enough! Will certainly do business with them moving forward.

My check engine light suddenly popped on, I pulled in to find out my serpentine belt broke! They replaced it, showed me everything they'd done, and even stayed late until I could safely get back on the road. They saved me so much heartache & headache!!! They literally saved my life, I AM SO GREATFUL!! Thank you so much, these gentlemen are amazing lifesavers!!!The damsel in distress is truly appreciative...

When I got here I was standing there for like 5-10 minutes and there was nobody acknowledging my presence. Finally I just asked a man named Jamal if he knew where someone that could help me was and he came over with a moody face and was out loud complaining about I don t know what. Very unprofessional environment. A lady with short died blonde hair came after and she was very helpful. From there on it was smooth and the pickup of the car was fast an easy since there was someone at the front desk now.

I heard about this place from a friend. I came for just an oil change and the tech pointed out I had a side bubble on my front tire! It must have JUST happened! They found me a tire and I waited about an hour for them to get it from another location. They checked my breaks too. Waiting room is standard, tidy. Prices were reasonable. Nobody tried to up-sell. Service was beyond friendly. I will definitely be back whenever I need an oil change or anything else.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My mother has been coming here for 11 years since she moved to the area and recommended me here for oil change and tire rotation. And have been coming here for last 3 years. People here are outstanding and have peace of mind with their work.

Ive come here many times for oil changes and after today, All I can say is if an owner turns away business for the customers best interest, you are dealing with a true genuine professional. Bryant helped my girlfriend when she had some tire issues and even gave her the right recommendations on where to go. I would recommend this place everytime

If you are wondering to yourself "is there an honest car mechanic out there?" I would strongly encourage you to give Express Oil Change & Service Center a try. They know how to take care of their customers, and they offer competitive pricing. I just went there to get my brakes serviced, and they were fully transparent with everything. They showed me the damage that we did to our own car, and didn't pressure me to make any expensive decisions. They, in fact, saved me about $100 now that I just did some investigating to compare prices at the local Toyota Dealership and another service shop. I'm really shocked, because they even treated us like family. They helped us find a payment option that worked for us, and repaired our brakes and replaced rotors. They took extra care of my tires for no cost :) and gave me 10% plus an additional % off the total as a first time customer. Then, they gave me some really easy to understand recommendations to take better care of my car. I am coming back here for my next oil change and to replace my tires pretty soon. I am so happy this location is close to me, but even if I relocate I'd drive about an hour or so just to come here and get proper service and good car care. Thank you Ricky, Bryant, & Janice for being so freaking awesome!!!! :)

I always get my oil changed at this facility, and I went today to get it changed and met an incredible employee. He was so nice, kind, and gave a wonderful conversation! I will come back just to see him and chat with him again! His name is Sherrard and he said he just started working there a couple he days ago! Well my advice to Express oil change is don t let this guy go because he seems to be an exceptional employee!Service: Oil change

Lisa did a great job for my oil change and checked all fluids and tires. For my first time I was very comfortable with them because of their professionalism. The price was average but I felt they went above on quality and care and professionalism.

I came here because of their fantastic ratings and was not disappointed. The staff is very professional and friendly and they got me in and out quickly without rushing. Janice (who is also a veteran) struck up a conversation with me and we ended up talking about our military service, then when I went to pay the store manager gave me a military discount just because. I will definitely return there for all my oil changes and repair needs.

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is so courteous and knowledgeable, I would much rather visit this location over my local car dealership. I have no problem driving out of my way (some 30+ miles), and passing over 30 other service shops to get a simple oil change. Though it may be a bit unrealistic to some, seeing as though gas prices have risen almost to 4 dollars a gallon, to travel so far for a oil change or to get a car repaired. I really don't feel I have any other choice, seeing as though this is the first service location where I felt that the staff really cares about the customer, the customer experience, and operating with honesty and integrity every step of the way. I have been to the location with family and friends in my car and the question I always get asked is, why I am going so far for an oil change. After they have too experience d the convenience, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff, my friends and family tend to sign off on my decision. Great Job!!

Service was fast, employees were friendly and professional. But I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and transmission service, on their website they go into great detail on the three (3) levels they offer for this service, however on check in I was informed they do not provide this service. So a bit of an inconvenience, had I known this I would have went to the dealership or another full service shop.

I usually don't leave reviews but had to for this auto shop. As a 25 year old struggling to make ends meet, having issues with my car was the last thing I needed on my plate. This place, specifically MJ (I think that was my technician), was EXTREMELY helpful, sweet, professional, and patient through all my questions. I have been to auto shops before where they took advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars, but this experience was the exact opposite. They didn't try to rip me off or take advantage. Gained a loyal customer for sure. Thank you so much!

Vacationer s nightmare even so, this is where you want to be!Minivan s alternator goes out after dinner during an over night stop at a hotel on a longer road trip. First thing in the morning Bryant and his crew took care of us as soon as I could get it towed over. He even took me back to our hotel and came and picked me up when done. Back on the road by lunch! Price was reasonable and within the expected range for the job. Great job!!!

Took my car there because they were highly recommended from a trusted friend in the car maintainence business. My car had three different warning lights on the dashboard with four engine codes. After reading codes and another ten minutes, technician found a loose clamp on air intake hose. Probably happened the last time my oil was changed. Tightened it down and all better. Then he cleared the codes. Manager didn t even charge me the agreed diagnostic fee. How great is it to find folks I can trust with my car?I will be bringing it back for normal maintenance like oil changes.

They get to it right away and get it done fast, while I was waiting for my oil change I noticed that they also do emissions tests, perfect timing for me, so I sprang that on them as well and they were happy to oblige. Total time for all of this was less then 20 minutes. Good job Lisa, thanks !
