My wife had to have her car fixed from a recent accident, and our insurance directed us here. The employees are knowledgeable and know the true meaning of customer service! They were very thorough. When she picked up her car, it was like new. She received constant updates throughout the whole process. They worked very quickly as well. The estimator, Steven, explained everything to me and my wife and put us at ease. He, among the hard-working techs and office people, are perfect examples of dedicated and honest employees! I recommend classic collision and would give them 6 stars if I could!

The mechanics are honest and give really good advice. We had two accidents with two separate cars within a few months. The staff and intake was slow and they originally upset me. My insurance sent me here the same day of my accident, the lady couldn t find the order and just told me to leave my car in the lot with my car door crumbled and exposed. I wasn t going to do that, so I had to drive it home.However, they did an awesome job on my car, and was able to fix it without totaling it out. It did take longer than they originally said. The ladies in the front and time it took is the reason I couldn t give this place a 5 star. But definitely 5 Star work and advice. Thank you Classic Collision.

While visiting my sister in Georgia my car was hit. And the other persons insurance which was Geico took responsibility and suggested I use Classic Collision for the damages. Which I did. They ve gone over and beyond to take care of the damages. Everyone is so kind and every step of the way they communicated updates about my vehicle. Stephen really took care of the details. If you re looking for a body shop this is the one!

Wow is all I can say! Classic Collision of Lawrenceville went above & beyond. My front bumper looks awesome. They also cleaned the outside and inside of my car which I wasn t expecting at all. I was shocked when I saw my car in such great condition honestly better than how I dropped it off. Matt & Kayla did a great job and they sent me text updates about my car. I will definitely be coming back to get another headlight. Only the drivers side headlight & bumper were wrecked. I am very impressed with the work that was put into my car. Thank you very much Classic Collision of Lawrenceville.

Better than new! Fantastic customer service and the repairs are all done using original manufacturer parts. They kept me updated almost daily and were very responsive to any questions I had. My car was returned spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My account manager was Kristy, if you want to ask for her specifically.

My car there for a long time. Stephen continued to look for the part to fix my vehicle and didn't give up until my insurance decided to total it because the part couldn't be found. Larissa texted me several times a week to keep me informed on the status of my car. This is what happened to my jeep while in classic collisions possession when confronted about the damage the employee stated we can t be responsible for what happens back there meaning the back of their shop on their property!!! Pretty obvious they hit it with one of their forklifts but wanna play dumb and not fix what they messed up. This isn t the last you crooks will hear from me and my team of lawyers! Bet that!Update: I see you guys replied but have yet to contact me or make any kind of effort to do right on your part. You guys must have thought I was bluffing I am not. My team and I are actively putting a real case together and have made contact with others you have done wrong. Mark my words, you will lose business over something so easily fixed! You are a body shop and this was body damage done on your property! Lol what a joke.

Repairs are fine and nice body shop staff, but the process of intake and car release can be a little slow. We waited about an hour to drop the car off, and almost 1.5 hours to pick it up. They also charge 3% extra if you pay with a credit card.

I might update this after I get my car fixed. But walking into the facility the receptionist was not polite. She was rude and very overwhelmed with her work load. (White older lady with arm tattoos and black hair)I asked her a question and she answered back rudely.The place was clean but the receptionist was rude.

I brought the vehicle in for some damage on the rear bumper three weeks later, the vehicle is still there. I went to retrieve some items out of my vehicle and I noticed some damage on the front bumper, which was not there previously. I informed the advisor and he insisted that the from was damaged, however I have photograph Showing there was no damage. They are not taking responsibility. Very rarely get updates on the progress, and the advisor himself needs to work on his people skills.I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. This is the worst experience I ve had with the body shop.Service: Paint repair

For me, having my truck repaired by Classic Collision north Lawrenceville was the best car body repair shop experience ever. They did exactly what they said they'd do, was on time, communicated through out, and did beautiful work. My front end looks better than before the crash, though I'd never want to go through that again, I'm very happy with the finished product. Classic Collision made it all work out wonderfully.

My insurance adjuster had me come here for my vehicle repairs after a car accident. This location is clean and the person who handled my paperwork was very friendly. The process was straight forward and simple and they provide updates throughout. I really liked how they show you exactly what brand of parts they purchase and how much they paid for them. I was surprised that they detailed and washed my car and tires better than most car wash locations. Overall, I was very satisfied with the repairs and the prices were very reasonable for what was done.

Exception auto repair body work .My auto rep Matt stayed on top of things as my repairs were been done and communicated with me during the entire process . This is the second time in a year they have had to repair my front of Genesis due to deer impact causing major damage . But one would never know once repairs were done .My auto looks new again

I took my car into Classic Collision needing the bumper painted. i came out with a tire with an X on it. Found out later not only is it not my tire, it is a junk yard tire on my 2018 car and now my car is out of balance due to the negligence of this shop. Very disappointed. I will have to suffer much cost for no fault of my own.Service: Body & Trim

I was incredibly happy with the service from start to finish. My car was towed to them at the close of the business day. From the start they let me know the car had arrived and they would start work on my car the next morning. I was updated at each step in the process. I requested to use parts from my car s manufacture and they were able to accommodate my request even though insurance said like and kind parts were to be used. I also requested they inspect my car for more than just the apparent damage because I wanted to avoid future issues. They went above and beyond. My car looks like new. This is the company to use. Having my car damaged was stressful, but the repair process was not thanks to this company.Service: Body & Trim

Been hit in my new truck 3 times in the first year and have to say - the workmanship is excellent, every time. The Customer service is excellent, every time. Thank you Mona for always keeping your word and I personally will only use you in the future.

Brought my car here based off an insurance claim with damage to the back right bumper. Picked my car up and now there is MAJOR paint damage on the front hood that was NOT present at the time I dropped my vehicle off. They claim it is a manufacture default, however there was ZERO evidence of this 'default' prior to me dropping my car off. The MANAGERS said "there is nothing we can do since it is a default of the vehicle." Totally unprofessional. Isn't the entire idea of a collision center to pick your car up in better looking condition than what it was dropped off as?DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!Service: Body & Trim

Very professional from start to finish. I received text messages with updates on the progress. They partner with Enterprise Car Rental, they brought the rental car to me at Classic Collision when I dropped my car off. I left the rental car there when I picked up my car. Very convenient. Horrible service! My car was there for almost 2 months and still not repaired when it was returned. Items that were allegedly repaired during those 2 months were not and I was again without a vehicle when I had to place my car in another shop to correct the mistakes made by Classic Collision. I wouldn't advise anyone to have their car serviced here. Not even out of revenge!

If Google allowed me to give more stars, Classic Collision would definitely get 10. Words can t express the level of customer service that was provided to me! From the moment I received a phone call until my vehicle was completed. My collision was repaired, good paint job, and they also detailed the interior. They were courteous, prompt, and communicated well with my updates. Classic collision center was clean, spacious and implemented covid policy. I have to give thanks to Carol(contact center), Larissa, Kayla(office), Matthew Towery(estimator), and Chris Brown(manager). Special thanks to Marty Burke(Regional Manager), for taking the time to dissect a significant issue with my vehicle that was resolved with no questions. Marty called and was very detailed and pleasant about the services they were providing on my vehicle. I would refer anyone to Classic Collision. Thank you again for excellent customer service at its BEST

I've used them before with no issues.This time my son dropped our car off to be serviced. Initially on the phone I was told documents needing to be signed would be emailed to me since I'm the owner. That didn't happen and my son was given the papers to be signed and he was being called for follow up, instead of them calling me, the owner. No one seemed to know the correct procedure with regards to that. There was a lack of communication in that department.However the service tech Jon was very friendly at the time of appraisal of damage and throughout the time he worked on my car. He showed and explained to me everything that was repaired. Very professional and knows his craft. I would use their services again definately.

Kayla and Matt provided some of the best customer service I ve ever received. Not only did they do great work, but they also flawlessly coordinated between my insurance and the rental agency, making sure I was well informed of every step along the way. Thank you both for going above and beyond and for making the repair process easy!

My full review is in the attached images. Due to the character limit, I could not write everything I wanted in this space. I will provide a brief summary of my review here and if you're interested for the full and detailed story, check the attached images.--Body work was fantastic. Initial estimate/quote process went smoothly. Body shop failed to take/submit picture of damaged energy absorber, resulting in paying for that damage out of the remainder of the insurance check that I intended on keeping for not repairing the front-end damage. I was repeatedly lied to by the body shop both on their ability to submit supplements (being accused of trying to commit insurance fraud) and the status of my vehicle, because they ultimately filed for the trunk supplement even after committing to customer pay instead of insurance pay. I felt as though no one cared about my patronage because I was essentially told to stop coming by the shop and no one seemed to care about getting the supplement taken care of even though the estimator was out of the office for several days. The trunk issue turned out to be a simple fix that should have been checked when the issue was first discovered. Essentially, I spent about $200 out of pocket between the one day for a rental car and the energy absorber instead of pocketing the money like I wanted to. I was still left with some money, but not as much as I would have been had Classic been on top of their game.

Trey Cool at Classic Collision was wonderful to work with. I received updates on time just as I requested. My car was ready on date promised. They do beautiful work and my car looks amazing. I m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Don t go hereWe had an accident and went here because of all the great reviews we saw online and called insurance company I guess they have their claims people there all time who put my daughter back in an unsafe vehicle without fulling checking vehicle saying maybe a right off and said it was drivable and after I called back to insurance of course story changed to the vehicle was not drivable. Very negligent and needless to say they never uploaded pictures etc. Don t go here. Save yourself some time. The insurance company themselves tried to communicate with them and was unsuccessful. Save yourself time, energy and know you want a shop who will not put your your family in an unsafe vehicle without checking it out

This place is top notch and lives up to its name....CLASSIC. The staff and service is by far the best I have ever experienced from a repair shop. I was kept up to date on my repairs ( I chose text messages) and never had to wonder what was happening during the repair process. Matt was my service tech and Kayla was front desk coordinator. Thanks for delivering high quality professionalism in your roles.
