I have used Classic Collision twice now. Apparently my truck attracts idiots. Once the person ran a red-light and hit my front end. The 2nd time someone ran their vehicle down the side of it while it was parked. Anyways Laser and his guys did absolute beautiful work. You can't even tell it's been re painted. A lot of places you can see how it's been sprayed. Not these guys. They're top notch , professional , and they tell the truth !!! Absolutely great place to have your vehicle taken care of ! Heather is very nice and courteous. Their whole team is very professional !!! Thanks again guys !

Heather and Lazer are fantastic! I realized i booked my appointment for their location by mistake (there's a location closer to my house), but I'm so glad I stuck with them. From continuous communication/updates to quality of work, everything was a 5+ star experience. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Very impressed with the excellent customer service. Heather even called my insurance and arranged for my rental car pickup. Thank you!!! Such an easy repair experience.

I recently had both of my vehicles fixed at Elite Auto Collision. Just to start off I will say they did an amazing job considering the damages and work that had to be done. Rob was super helpful and walked me through the whole process, he delivered my vehicles on time as promised. I did a ton of research trying to find the right placed to bring my vehicles since they are very special to me and now I know I couldn't have made a better choice. I had a fantastic experience with Donnie owner/manager of this location. He had my car in and out of his shop like he promised me the day I brought it in! I had a bumper dent and he made it come out just like new like it came from the dealership. The team at Elite should teach businesses on what AMAZING customer service looks like. They have it mastered. It was the recommended place that GEICO suggested to have my repairs done at and I'm so glad they did. They have an awesome working relationship with GEICO that made the claim SUPER easy including on-site Enterprise rental so it was a one stop shop for everything. Erika thoroughly explained what needed repairs and when they would be done. They even have a text messaging service keeping me apprised of the progress. And the work is absolutely impeccable! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. While I hope I never have another wreck, I know where I'll be taking my car if I do. THANK YOU ELITE!

This review is meant for the management of classic to read, I went in on October 3rd to get an estimate and ladder was the person assigned to me. This guy lacks every possible quality a person could have in a customer service role. Very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. I left Lawrenceville and went to classic auburn and it was completely different experience. Laser needs lots of trainings in customer interaction and customer service. I wouldn t recommend going to this location.

Irresponsible handling of funds/Lack of communicationI got my car back sometime in the fall of 2022, and in spring this year I got a call in the morning on a random Thursday, (months after I picked up my car) claiming that classic collision had not received the correct amount of money for repairs. My insurance had awarded a check, and at the time of pick-up, classic collision neglected to ask for the remaining sum and just told me to grab my keys off the counter saying I was "good to go."They called to collect the remaining amount by the end of *THAT DAY* (A RANDOM THURSDAY) otherwise my balance would be sent to collections. My problem is not that they called to collect the misplaced funds, but that they threatened me with sending the amount to collections because of an error on their part. Imagine if I had not picked up the call that morning! I didn t even receive an email notice.This is irresponsible and unprofessional. I should not have been rushed in that way over an error that could have been avoided completely had the staff been on top of it on the day of pick up.The work they did on the car was great. It took forever though and I had to call repeatedly to get status updates on my car. Without this hassle I would have been alright with the service.

My pride and joy was hit by a lady who ran a stop sign before Christmas. I was just devastated as this is a show car aka real life Hotwheels in the making. I was referred to Classic Collision and after reading reviews, I knew my car would be in good hands for the repairs.The original guy who assessed the damage we found out is no longer at this location, which shocked us.I finally got my baby fixed and we finally got her home. This place did an outstanding job on repairs and whatever products they used for detailing just left me totally in love just looking at the car.I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family who need a place to make repairs.Thanks for making the repairs on my pride and joy, she looks amazing!Service: Body & Trim

I am extremely satisfied with the repairs on my Audi. Robert and his very capable staff put my car back together and insured that all of the features that I absolutely need and love worked properly as if it was never damaged. I would recommend this body shop to anyone. I chose Elite because of the reviews that other customers left and I am pleased to say they were absolutely right. Thank you again Elite. I hope I never need you again, but if I do, I wouldn't think twice about who I would trust my vehicle with!

This is the second time that Elite Auto Collision has worked on one of our cars after an accident. The second time we could have gone to any repair shop and we chose to return to Elite because of the quality of service we had the first time. Their work is outstanding! Erica, at the front desk, knows her stuff! She is friendly, helpful and very responsive. I really appreciate how she explains everything that the techs will be doing in the repair and the time frame. She calls or send text updates every couple of days so that you know exactly where they are in the repair of your car. They return your car clean and on time. I couldn't ask for better service. If a need arises for another repair, this is where I would go again!

Edit: I've visited a number of times since my last review, and they are still a 5-star experience. All steps of repair fell within the expectations set by the team, and updates were convenient by text. I'd still recommend Elite Auto Collision to friends and family, and I'd definitely return.In a nutshell: very professional, courteous staff. Auto body crew did a great job on a fender bender. One-stop convenience - rental, inspection, and repair in one spot. Highly recommended for any auto body work, accidental or otherwise. The Elite crew went above and beyond for us, ensuring clear communication and quick service. Their waiting area is also definitely a notch above the expected standard in a body shop.I cannot overstate just how well this team does their work. It s apparent that the team cares, and that s a rare thing to find these days. Elite Auto will be my first go-to spot for any potential body work going forward.

I had a dent in my car and went through my insurance provider to get it fixed. They recommended Elite Auto Collision as they would do all the work in house, fix my car and pick up my rental at the same location. I was a bit hesitant at first because I really wanted to take it back to the dealer but after much thought I decided to take it to Elite Auto. Everyone was great, they gave me an estimate of when my car would be fixed and updated me via phone calls and text every single day. Such a stark contrast with the dealership. Ive gotten my car fixed at the dealership before and have had to call several times just to track down the person assisting with my vehicle to get an update. When I dropped my vehicle off I was there for a total of maybe 45 minutes and that included them looking at my vehicle meeting with my insurance rep and getting my rental. They made it so easy. My car was even fixed a day earlier then we originally thought and it looks amazing. You can't even tell there was ever a dent and there was a huge one. And to top it off they even detailed my car and I had a ton of dog fur in the backseat and they got it all up. It I would definitely recommend Elite Auto and if I ever need to get a car fixed this is definitely where I'm taking it.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I was very skeptic at first since I'm very uneasy with trying new places. I have a Toyota Sienna and I really thought if I took it to a Toyota dealership, they would do repairs with OEM parts, but after speaking with Jordan at Elite Auto (who explained how insurance companies really work), I just decided to stay with Elite. I'm a sucker for honesty. She was also extremely helpful in making sure I didn't have issues with the rental company, making sure the insurance company gave me something that's similar to my car. She also gave me helpful info regarding my claim that no other body shop has ever informed me of. I swore I meant to ask the other lady for her name, but both her and Jordan were amazing and extremely professional. They definitely have that teamwork down! I've never had to wait long for them. The process was extremely easy. They also update you daily on the progress of your vehicle and there were never any big surprises/changes/issues from what they said from Day 1. My car was also ready 2 days early. I would hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I'm definitely a return customer! Thank you Elite Auto!

Marty Burke and the crew at Elite provided a professional experience from the very start. An estimate was provided; a time frame for repair was spot on and once I received my car, it was clean and repaired to beyond my satisfaction. Elite handled insuring that the person who hit my car paid for the cost of repair and kept me updated throughout the process. Second time I have had to use Elite Auto Collision in Lawrenceville, and will definitely recommend to friends and co workers as the best body shop in the area. Mr. Burke has a pleasant personality and placed customer service as his top priority.

Took forever. I was rear ended and it took a month and 2 weeks to get my car back. I felt this was a little long for these repairs, but to make it worse, the repairs were not fully complete. I waited for 3 months for a part to arrive, no call back. I had to repeatedly call for updates. While the front desk person is nice, I believe he has too much work to properly care for customers. I drove up to Classic Collision of North Lawrenceville multiple times to get my car complete. I still have damage that is not complete, after 5 months. Im tired of dealing with it, I think I'll take the loss because the time and stress of dealing with them is not worth it. I only went to them because the other body shop told me they were too busy at the time and to use this body shop. I also had some previous damage for pealing paint on my rear passenger quarter panel. I asked for an estimate to repair it while they were doing the other work, and the estimate was enough to buy a new car. I would never suggest anyone to go here.

Marty and his team at elite auto did an amazing job. From first drop off to working with the insurance company to get everything repaired. Car came back perfect and in better shape inside and out then when I bought it. They repaired it and had it back to me a full week ahead of the insurance companies estimate. First class company, communication and work!!!!

I just had my 2017 370z repaired by Elite of Lawrenceville and I must say these guys are awesome. Ericka is so awesome constantly communicating with me regarding the status of my vehicle completion. She knows her stuff (she is the specialist) where we never needed to address the repair shop individual because she clarified things so well for no further uncertainty. My car repair looks new and very professionally done. I would recommend everyone for their next car repair at this location.

These guys are awesome!!!! I received my car 7 days early and it looks like new!!! I was a little skeptical at first to take my car there as it is a 2017 75th Anniversary Edition JEEP Grand Cherokee. I thought about taking it to Hayes but decided to go with Elite and I'm glad I did. These guys did an exceptional job. They kept me posted every step of the way and was finished with my car in no time. Also to top it off they returned my car back to me detailed inside and out! Erika you have an incredible team hats off to them all!!!

This is my second time using Elite, again I received top notch service. Robert communicated with me during the entire process. He worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered and took care of the rental car for me. As an added plus they detailed my truck, even cleaning the bottom of the cup holders. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if so they are definitely my goto collision center.

This place is fantastic and their customer service is top notch. I had someone run into the front of my car and damage the bumper cover. Nothing major and it was the other person's fault. The other driver's insurance is Liberty Mutual. The Liberty rep told me I could choose a body shop. After reading all of the good reviews for Elite Collision, I decided to use them. I called Elite and scheduled an appointment to drop off my car. They also arranged a rental car through Enterprise. When I arrived at Elite, I was greeted immediately and they quickly got me processed. They called Enterprise and got a driver out to pick me up in about 10 minutes. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told it would probably be Thursday before it was ready. Every day I got a text message telling me how far along my car was. On Wednesday, I was notified that my car would be done that afternoon. I drove my rental car back to Elite and saw my car ready to go. I went in and was again greeted immediately. They took me out and showed me my car and went over the details of the repair. The repair itself was perfect. You can not tell anything ever happened. They also took care of my rental car, so I didn't have to return it to Enterprise. To top it all off, Elite is affiliated with Liberty Mutual, so I never had to spend any money out of pocket. They took care of everything.

Friendly, fast and affordable! A triple treat! Brought my car in on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday. Estimate right on target. Communication updates as needed; so considerate! Excellent workmanship; car looks brand new! I highly recommend Elite Auto. It's a relief to have a mechanic you can trust!

Was super bummed when my BRAND NEW car got hit. Took it here to get repaired. These people are awesome!! They're all so nice, gave me constant updates ,and organized everything for me so I didn't have to worry! They did a fantastic job and my car looks back to brand new. They even did the paint job over (without me having to ask) because it wasn't perfect the first time. It's perfect now. Also, when I picked up my car they had detailed the inside and washed the whole thing! That's just awesome service. Take your car here they do a great job!

Very impressed with Elite. The repairs to our car were very well done, you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Much to our pleasant surprise they even washed the outside and cleaned and vacuumed the inside. Danny and Marty were very easy to work with and the turn around time was shorter than expected. We will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

After 4 weeks waiting I called then to check if the car (Toyota rav4 2008) was ready finally they said that I could pick it up, i went to pick it up and made my payment and when Im going to drive my car my surprise is that the car is totally unaligned and the turn left light wasn t working. I think they didn t even drive my car to see if the car was in the good conditions to deliver, you should improve your protocols. How can be possible that you give back a car in that condition. Worst experience ever. Never coming back ( the repair is under the name of my wife Katherine Guillen)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with Elite Auto Collision. After having a wreck you just want to have everything after go smoothly without hiccups or troubles. They were friendly and informative. They gave me updates along the process of my car as to let me know it was on and ahead of schedule. They contacted the rental company to have my car at the shop ready for me when I dropped my car off and had someone pick it up when I came to pick my vehicle back up. They did great quality work using new Kia parts and my car looks brand new again! Thankful for their extremely speedy services and to have had such a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done. They exceeded any and all my expectations!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the customer service and the timeliness of the repairs for our van. We have had to use other collision centers in the past and this one far surpassed our expectations. The employees went above and beyond to show respect, friendliness, and concern to ensure that our experience was a superior one. We were notified during each step in the process and all details were thoroughly explained. We would definitely use Elite Auto Collision again if needed.

This place was AWESOME!! I had an appointment for Friday and I came in on the wrong day Thursday.. They were full and couldnt take me and I was going to have to reschedule but then they were able to take me.. I had to get a rent a car the sales lady (I forgot her name, so sorry) was very nice... I was thinking I was going to have my car back on Monday but it was ready the same day before close of business! AWESOME!! I really enjoyed my service from the staff Erika, Cody were very friendly and courteous.. Thank you so much! I would come back to you guys if I ever need repairs done again!!
