If I could give this shop zero stars I would. The front desk lady and owner never answers the phone to let you know when the car is going to be ready or lets you know if you going to be added on with other services. A month ago I took my bmw to the shop to fix a strong oil smell and leak. I pay over $800 to fix the problem and they made it worse. The next day I go to start the car after taking it back home from the shop, my car doesn t start. It begins to leak gas everywhere. I m a college student and don t know about cars so i didn t think to check to see if they actually fix the problem. I call the owner and let her know I just got my car fixed yesterday and now it won t start, she begins to blame it on me and then said to bring it back. However she yelled they will not pay for tow because it s my fault. That s so bizarre and unprofessional. I had to pay for towing for a problem they cause when I just paid a day before. My car was towed there and the employees beg to laugh and point at my car being towed. The owner was rude and not forgiving on the problem they caused and never fixed. My car was in there hands again and the next day the car leaks gas everywhere again. I had to tow my car again to another shop.The shop never fixed the part I paid them to they only soldered the gas line to save money, that I already had that needed to be fixed.That s what the mechanic informed me. I just paid this shop over $800 for this shop to lie and steal from teenagers just for a quick fix. The whole business is lie and a money scam to not fix on your vehicle. I m literally begging you to go anywhere else if you don t want them to make your car worse and scam you out your money.

Central diagnostic was recommended by an Uber driver after I complained about having my car at 2 different dealerships and a pep boys for over a month and they couldn t figure out what my vehicle issue was, Sofia was so friendly and professional, she assured me they would find the issue and fix the car, and just a couple days later the car was fixed! It s always been difficult and troubling trying to find a honest and or Great Auto repair shop. But Trust me people I ve allowed my car to sit since Jan of this year in fear of getting taken advantage of again by another mechanic. But that is far from the case with this A1 shop. These people have the best knowledge and vibe around town. I pass by this shop everything single day and out of all the shops around I d highly recommend this place. Great prices, Great customer service (Ms.Sofia) is the best. Might I add they work fast n very efficiently. 100% Satisfied with the service I received last week. Wanted to give it a week before I actually left a review. I ve found my new go too mechanic. I have been using this shop for over 5 years, best shop in town. Honest people, They will always tell you what is best for your case. I have always gotten my car fixed even faster than they promised. I had a car with a very difficult problem. It would turn off at any speed and no check engine light. The shop was kind , professional and got to the root of the problem. They were honest from the start with there reasonable labor rate. They were able to fix the problem by the end of the day. My car is running great thanks to this shop. I highy recommend them for all your auto needs !

Central Diagnostic Auto Repair is a professional and knowledgeable mechanic with excellent customer service and auto-repair services.I would highly recommend them. I have been having problems with my car for months and they fixed them in a timely manner and did a great job of helping me fix it. I have always experience quality workmanship from here. They are always helpful and reasonable. They explain what happened, what needs to be done and always call before they do the work. There have never been hidden fees when I pick up a vehicle. I ve been coming to this shop for the last 3 years bringing my cars, my family s cars and some of my friends cuz of the great job they do. They re able to work on any car and I respect that a lot, they have worked on my 1981 Mercedes and my 2011 bmw, and all my family drives American cars and they always make sure that they get they re cars back working and without a problem. I went in for battery issues that was dismissed as not a concern by two different mechanics but it got to where my car was dying. He made my battery terminal look brand new!! My ac wasn t draining properly and was actually building up water in my driver s side panel. He fixed the coil/pipe (whatever that was) and drained my panel of water. I was so happy with their service. They actually listened to my concerns and never did they make me feel like I m just a girl. Mind you I was challenged by another mechanic about the battery issue. Haven t had to jump my car since!! And their price was reasonable!! Will be going back for all of my vehicles needs.

By far, the best experience I have had with any auto repair places in Lawrenceville. Everyone there makes you feel very at ease. My truck is 21 years old and thought it was going to cost a fortune to keep running. It was way less than what I thought it would be. They even drove me to work and delivered my truck to me. Twice! Yes, twice. I highly recommend these folks over anyone in Lawrenceville and I have tried almost all of them!

I came in to get my alternator changed and I am pleased with the great work they did! My car was loud and annoying and when it was done you can't even hear it running. Didn't take long at all. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

It was an awful experience it was hard to make communication a lot of times then my Transmission did come I was ready to pay sent a tow truck to get my vehicle the tow truck man called me telling me they will not release my vehicle because the insurance has not paid and I have the money ready to pay they held my car hostage over the weekend until I paid them Monday do not do business with these people Sofia is very very uncommunicative and very unbusiness like Then on top of everything my car came back making noises it was not making when it went there please avoid this company it will save you a lot of stressService: Transmission replacement

I have two reviews to post. The first one is from my sister in law, she doesn't have a smart phone or computer so I am posting this for her. At the end of February she was having trouble with her cat starting, one morning it would not start so she had it towed to them . They replaced the motor mounts at around 300.00, a couple of days later it would not start, it had to be towed again, they replaced the ignition coil another 300.00...well guess what same thing happened back up there Now they tell her the motor is gone no fixing Really you could not tell this before speeding over 600 dollars. What's really crazy is Sophia wanted her to bring them the title of the car so they could scrap it and keep the money when she said no, they told her she had to get her car off their lot that day. I would have thought a good mechanic would have know her engine was going.

Excellent service and professional attitude. I have had a very wonderful experience with the guys at Central Diagnosis.They repaired my car in a timely manner and the price was a steel. Rohan the service tech is on his game! He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I would recommend them when your car desides to leave you no the side of the Road. ...

This is where to get your vehicle fixed! Demetrio is very competent and has all the right equipment to diagnose your technical problem. Sophia speaks good English and was sweet to give me a ride home while her husband fixed my ride. Their prices are fair and they do not cheat you.
