On a day I needed a new car battery and trekked to AutoZone on foot, Erick was the beacon of support I didn't know I needed. Today on 3-29-24 I went in to get some parts I had no idea what I was doing but there was this one employee who made my experience amazing! Her name was Yennifer not only did she have great customer service but she was very friendly and helpful she has amazing energy and made my experience GREAT! she also speaks Spanish which is a PLUS! Yennifer is the best will forsure be coming back!!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Noelia at autozone, and I must say, the experience was exceptional!Noelia was incredibly friendly, courteous, and efficient throughout my entire transaction. From greeting me with a warm smile to efficiently processing my purchase, she made the entire checkout process a breeze.Not only was Noelia proficient in using the register software, but she also demonstrated excellent product knowledge, answering all my questions with ease and making helpful recommendations.What truly stood out to me was her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction as a customer. This AutoZone location is amazing! Their staff is incredibly helpful, and the store is always well stocked. I want to give a special shout out to Spencer for providing outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my car problems, and I really appreciate her knowledge and friendliness. Whether I need advice or parts, Spencer is my go-to! I trust AutoZone and its amazing team with all my automotive needs. Highly recommended!

I came to the Autozone 2440 Lawrenceville HWY in Lawrenceville, GA. I was having difficulty finding a specific tool to do work on my vehicle. An employee by the name of Amat T. came to my rescue. He was extremely dedicated to making sure I was well taken care of. He was polite and attentive. This was by far the best experience & customer service I ve ever received from any Autozone I ve ever done business with. THANK YOU!!!!!

Came in for locking gas caps with rising gas prices never had a wait time so short or had so much help. I was in and out in 15 minutes and got some phenomenal help. Even some pointers on how to properly install it so I wouldn't have to come back thinking it didn't work.

I went to go get my battery changed today and had an incredible experience! I think his name was Mr. Ortega, but he went above and beyond for me while trying to get me in and out. My battery wouldn t come out and he was so patient with my situation. He made sure to tell me everything he was doing and made sure I was able to leave the parking lot safely after he installed my battery! I will be coming back here!

I walked in to have someone check my car to see what the fix finder report would say and I was greeted immediately by Javier and he walked me out and got the print out in less than 5 minutes...oh my gosh! Sweet and courteous service...loved it!!! Great asset to Auto Zone!!!

I recently experienced stellar service at the AutoZone on the corner of Huff Drive and Lawrenceville Hwy. I needed the bulb of one of my headlights replaced. I called first and spoke with Carlos, who demonstrated exemplary telephone etiquette, offered to check my battery to ensure there wasn't a short and install the bulb if need be. Upon my arrival I was greeted with an inviting "welcome to AutoZone" and a smile. I had trouble locating the correct bulb for my vehicle in the aisles so it was all hands on deck. The manager on duty kindly jumped in on the search. Once found, as promised, Carlos quickly installed the bulb and put me at ease with friendly conversation. I can tell he cares about customer satisfaction. They treated me like family and the price was right too! This is, by far, my favorite auto parts store to patronize. Treat yourself to great service at this location!

Me and my dad have been coming here for years and normally had a decent experience. However in the past year or so the service her has gone quickly downhill. It seems that they have been hiring/transferring lazy, unmotivated employees. If you want to do a warranty be careful because they may or may not come up with a way not to honor it. There has also been times where i have been straight up ignored by the staff there. Which is why If i do need a part from here I always try to go to a different store because i was tired of having the hassle of not knowing if i was going to have a pleasant or unpleasant experience.

. I have been a long time customer and it doesn't seem like customer service is where it needs to be, I went in for a brake hose and one of the cashiers left as there still customers waiting in line to check out. I decided to shop somewhere else but when I went outside I saw that same employee talking about cars and joking & giggling instead of helping the customers inside. He wasn't providing any service or instructions for the customer, he was just socializing . In the end something that was supposed to take a few minutes took 30 minutes as I had to buy my part somewhere else. There was another occurrence when I asked one of the managers if they sell windshield adhesive, he quickly said NO as if he didn't want to help me so I looked again in the adhesives section and found it .We pay for convenience and service at this store but I just don't feel that this store delivers.

When I came here I didn t know exactly where to find what I was looking for but Javier helped me get what I needed. (It was in the back) he was very nice and understanding and didn t make me feel dumb like some other men like to do.

No help ... I asked for specific help and the associate just pointed to the aisle. At first, I gave them the benefit of doubt, and considered covid-19 for the lack of customer service. But, went back to give a them a second chance. Wouldn't you know it ... the same service. I guess, if you're not looking for something major or pricey, you don't receive the same service. Because, others seemed to be attended to.
