Purchased a vehicle from them April 09 2024 tried to go back and get my money and the person left as I was pulling up spoke with someone their who claimed that person only works sometimes the name on title is Always Good Autos I ll be contacting an attorney and taking this to further matters for all expenses I had to go through just to get vehicle off the highway and for expenses paid for the vehicle and for the pain and suffering I went through clearly wasn t a private sell as a dealer is on title. Do not purchase a vehicle from them they have people who work their claim there is nothing wrong with the cars

I believe I was overcharged, which I somewhat expected. Sometimes, you can perceive when a business is facing financial challenges. I will view the extra charge as a tip. While I typically tip generously, I have chosen not to revisit this establishment.

I was just looking to plug up my tire and that s exactly what I wouldve got if the mechanics there didn t care about my safety. He suggested I get a new tire and SHOWED me why I should. He even swapped an extra tire for me, without charging me extra. They got it done without any hassles or trying to get bucks out of me. Definitely recommend!!

I had a tire that kept losing air on me and I would just add air. On my way home I saw this place was opened on a Sunday so I thought I d change out the tire. Went to the front desk and told the guy what I needed. He didn t say anything and started walking to my car, saw my tire, still didn t say any thing and walked away. Not very friendly, I was confused the whole time but I just waited. Finally they get a tire and tell me they can do it. They change it, I paid cash and left. Two weeks later, I have a flat on the same tire. Turns out they gave me the wrong size tire, it was smaller than it should have been and it had two plugs in it. All to make a dollar and put me and my daughter at risk. I m grateful the tire didn t pop on the highway leaving me on the side of the road with my 4 year old.Reply to businessNot sure what We Are Only Working On Sunday Morning it appointments only it says it on the door .has to do with anything. . .The tire was to small, it even looked ridiculous on the rim. I should have been asked if a smaller tire was okay and not just put it without notice. I didn t need it that bad.And yes used tires are sold used but it can clearly be seen there were multiple plugs and again could ask and maybe not charge me 70$ !This was very dangerous and you this company put me and my family at risk, again just to make a dollar.But you hear it loud and clear people they don t guarantee tires & they will give you a size to small with multiple plugs. Came in for a simple rotation and got scratches on my rims. Very Poor service for a simple tire rotation. This is the reason why I hardly don t take my cars to the shop. No I m not looking to blame anyone n yes I could ve rotated myself. The point is no one will care or handle your car except you. No I don t need to lie about all this. Happy searching

I recently faced a tire emergency when the gas station's air pump was broken causing it to flatten my tire, rather than filling it up. I called Always Good Auto Repairs and Tires for help, and they invited me to come in. To my surprise, they promptly checked and filled all four of my tires for free. I got my car back in august , took it immediately to get an emmisons . It passed and right after that my car would barely crank , I would have to press the gas in order to make it start ! A week later my car is back to the same problem it had when I brought it in $1,700 later !!! I m pissed !! Still have my receipt *** replying to (owners comment) I didn t bring it in for an emissions repair AT ALL , I brought it in because it wasn t cranking ! It worked for 2 weeks and it stopped working ! The problem that I brought it in with is still happening THATS THE POINT IM MAKING $1700 later !

I had a fantastic experience with the mechanics at Always Good Auto Repair & Tires. My car unexpectedly turned off, and despite the initial worry, they quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty throttle body. Not only did they efficiently fix it, but their professionalism and expertise were impressive. My car runs smoothly now, thanks to their great work! Highly recommend them!

Came in with a suspected tire leak. They did a thorough check for me and checked tires pressure on all my tires. Since everything was ok, they didn t charge me. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

Bro tried to tell me $60 to remove 2 tires when I asked why it was because he put a wheel without a tire on the balance machine for 2-4 minutes for me to see where my wheel was bent that he said probably wasn t bent . Said it was $60 because they balanced the wheel. You cannot balance a wheel without a tire on it. They didn t use any wheel weights or spend any time attempting to balance it. You can t balance a wheel without a tire on it. He had it spin for a second and he pointed to the screen said look it s 0.00 it s balanced . I told him to let me look at the wheel and spin it again. I could clearly see it was clearly bent. It s my wheels I literally know they re bent. They did eventually charge me an appropriate price at $40 because I said something. Just be careful dealing with these guys. They ll definitely try to take advantage of someone and make someone overpay for a service not done.Service: Tires

The worst. If you want to get rid of your car then go to there. They will fix one problem but create hundreds more. Stay away from them.

Had to come back and change this review. After I had my catalytic converter changed 3 months ago my check engine light comes on. I go to auto zone and get them to diagnose the check engine light. They tell me it s sending a signal for catalytic converter. I call Amir (that s the owner) and tell him hey the sensor is going off for cat. Can you check that the cat is working properly because with the $1000 dollar job he did I have a year warranty. He tells me to drop the car his guy will check it. I drop the car and go to work. I call him to ask is the cat good I ll pick the car up. He said they ran a diagnostic and it s $150 dollars. Mind you, he never told me that fee or called me to let me know before doing that. I m wondering why am I paying a full diagnostic when all I wanted You to do was check if the catalytic converter is working. Long story short he made me pay him to get my car back never repaired anything just to tell me it s the o2 sensor which he has told me before. If you re going to charge your customers be upfront don t charge when u say full warranty on the part. I only brought my car in to check the part nothing more. There was never a conversation or permission to run full diagnostic. Bad communication and bad customer service. I would Not recommend this place at all. The value of warranty is not upheld in this place. The shop was open on a Sunday, I called before I went there and someone answered the phone. The owner was there training a new employee, I saw someone who was patient and stood there while the work was being performed. If he saw someone that wasn t right he stepped in to make sure the work was done properly. So I highly recommend this shop based on my experience.

Had to add 3/4 qt of oil 2 days after oil change. Did not receive invoice detailing qts used and what type of oil. Did not reset the oil life sensor.

Great repair shop with honest mechanics and reasonable priced. Customer service is on point! Stopped by yesterday for a minor repair, was in and out in ten minutes, no charge. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Just got my transmission replaced. They did a great job. I really appreciate how they did not accept not 1, but 2 different transmissions before installing the one that was worth the cost. I'm very thankful for the communication until the job was done.

Amir & Mohammed (brothers) are awesome. Treat you very well! Got me in despite being extremely busy and booked for my tire change due to a nail. I ll be coming back in the future for other services. Amazing work!

Very lucky to have found this place last minute. I got an honest assessment, feedback, and pricing. The wait to replace 4 tires was an hour longer than I was told, but it was beyond Always Good's control. (Also the tire pressure alert came on 30 seconds after I started driving with the new tires, and I wish that someone had warned me in advance as to not cause any alarm since I know so little about cars.) Anyway, Amir made sure I had all the information I needed to make a good decision, and I am happy to recommend this place to anyone.

I Brought my bmw in to get my whole ac system change and they did an amazing and fast job. Also came to put on new air intakes, charge pipe with bov and new vacuum lines, and they did that fast and great been driving it for a few weeks and still no problems. Sold a terribly patched tire to us. Didn't ask for refund. Only asked for replacement because the tire had a huge patch in the wall of the tire. They showed us tires to check tread but never showed us the awful patch it has in it. They failed to show this tire or put on another tire then we originally picked. We bought it and the next day sitting in our driveway it was flat. The put no refunds all over their establishment but two men working that day did not know how to work the system and would not print a receipt for us. Called this morning and Thomas answered the phone. He was rude and hung up on his customer because he didn't have time to argue he stated. I didn't argue, I didn't ask for a refund....I asked for a replacement. He just hung up extremely rude. I will never go to this place again due to be hung up on and a patched tire that badly should not be sold. Its against the law as an establishment to sell such faulty tires used or not. They should run a better business then that and stand by the quality of their tires no matter what and not sell hugely patched tires. Even though selling used tires is not illegal, the law is very critical on your responsibility to ensure that the tire is in safe condition when sold. Businesses are still liable even if they were not aware of any defect at the time of the sale. And people should never be hung up on ever especially when I was asking for it to be fixed. The tire won't even hold air in it to drive it back to the place. Will never go back here again because of this treatment. Once had good service here but not anymore.

These people are lairs and they cost me money. My tire sensor was working just fine when I went in. I got a tire from them and when I drove off, the tire sensor was not engaged with my tps system. I drove it around my neighborhood waiting for it to pick up and it never did. When I went back about an hour later, they told me I had to drive it around some and I told them I already did. They then explained that the sensor must be broken to which I replied that I was working fine when I drove in. They just shrugged their shoulders and said they don t know . So I went back two days later because my sensor never picked up so they ran a test and told me the sensor was broken but blamed me and did not acknowledge that I told them it was working when I got there. I m currently getting my tired changed at a REAL, REPUTABLE tire shop and and I asked them to look at it. To my surprise but they advised me that there was NO SENSOR IN THERE AT ALL!!!! These dudes did not put my sensor back in!!!!! Even worse, they advised me that they had my size tire and when I went back for them to look at my sensor, I noticed IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE. I let them know and they said it s in the rear so it will be ok .1.) They didn t put my perfectly working sensor back in and didn t take responsibility for it. It wasn t broken it was MISSING!!!2.) They gave me the WRONG size tire and didn t take responsibility for that either.Service: Tires

my GMC van old 2003 would not start called Always GOOD AUTO REPAIR & TIRES They sent a tow truck [ Thank you JUENY ] They did the repair.
