Super ecstatic! I have bought my batteries here a couple times but I usually come here to get my power steering fluid. I have an older car so I've got to top it off quite a bit.I came here asking if they could test my battery because my car wouldn't start twice he tested it and then as he was going through asked me a couple of questions and then realized that my car was still under warranty with the last battery that I got. It's super stressful when your car doesn't start but boy is it nice to hear that some things under warranty and you don't have to pay for it!!He was super nice and quick.... I really thank him very much for making sure and checking if my battery was under warranty because we're slightly low on cash. It makes a huge difference when people go out of their way slightly to help you out! I will be coming here from now.... I wish I got his name to give him a shout out he was very nice and kind

I purchased two head lights tonight from Advanced Auto Parts on 1/20 and the young spanish guy was very helpful. I definitely will shop there again.

Man, the crew in this store were so helpful, I was taken aback. Had to change a tire to get back to LaGrange and they loaned me everything I needed with no problem. That's customer service at its finest. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts, you saved the day.

Needed a 10 mm bolt for my camshaft sensor and fond them here. Of course it's not factory and I don't want to go to a junk yard and online the shipping an handling cost is 100 time more than the bolt.

The young man Nelson at the Lawrenceville hwy location was so helpful. He tested my car battery and alternator voltage to find I needed a new alternator. I so appreciate him. He was friendly and just the perfect example of great customer service! Thanks Nelson!

September 10, 2018Store employee Evan was unprofessional and very condescending.I asked a simple question of whether they price match. He answered that they do match competitors price . So I asked if that included Walmart. He LAUGHED at me in a very condescending way. He smirked and laughed as he reasoned that Walmart isn t a competitor .He could have professionally informed me that they didn t price match Walmart, simple as that.What was funny about that question? Other electronic stores price match Walmart. Other Tire shops price match Walmart. So what s the issue that i asked if Advanced Auto Parts price matched Walmart for the SAME PRODUCT?I didn t even ask an absurd question, and yet he laughed in a very condescending way that i just dropped $40 worth of products and left the store.His name was Evan.Perhaps store manager will want to talk to him regarding his attitude towards customers.September 10, 2018

Alexis and Evan needs to get the best employees of the century award. Outstanding customer service was beyond delivered. Promptness to customer needs. 20 stars and many more. It s hard to find good customer service these days, but when U get it, you have to acknowledge it. The store was also clean and on point.

Service can be a lot better than I received. For example, I had codes read on my car but the salesperson, didn't tell me that he left my keys in my car which was locked.

The employees here are always helpful when i come here.Sobo is great! He helped me with my battery and did an excellent job with the installation. Truly above and beyond.

They always have what I need. An older gentleman man came out and put my windshield wipers on, I was very grateful as i did not expect that. They asked me if i wanted them to install, very nice gesture. He was very friendly too.

I have never once, of the many times I have been to this store, had a good experience. It is an AUTO PARTS store where not a single employee can tell their right hand from an oil filter. I would figure, someone that works at an auto parts store would at least have basic automotive knowledge, but that is definitely not the case in this store. I would be genuinely shocked if anyone from this store could successfully change a battery, it s that bad.

Very happy with the young gentleman who had to deal with my disappointing knowledge about vehicles, I am shocked to find out that changing windshield wipers and batteries are all just part of their job description. Being very nice and helpful isn t and they still are.

I made an online order and saved 20% off of my order rear brakes and rotors and spark plugs. ..Very helpful. When I went to pick up my order, the gentleman worker in the evening helped me to carry my (heavy-truck) rotors out to my truck. Thank you

The first time I've been to this location , and will be the last. Older black gentleman with glasses was hesitant to help with my issue because "it was raining outside". Not only was my issue not resolved , he intentionally ignored me upon arrival which already hinted at bad customer service. I Will not be going back there , and I wish I would've read his name on his shirt to address him properly.

i googled "advance auto" online .. I ordered rear brakes AND rotors AND some $8.00ea spark plugsI got on the advance website(from google maps info section here) on their website I was able to order everything I needed and save 20% ! And I easily added their mobile app to my cell!!! ..30 minutes later I went to pick up my order at Advance and the gentleman at the Lawrenceville location here was so nice and helpful. I found what I wanted online which said this store had it. I came in and found it on the shelf. took it to the counter. the cashier, who looked half asleep, said it was $29. online it was $18. he said I should order it online. it forever. creating the account... verifying my email and confirming the purchase. he calls my name. he looks at the box in my hand and says...oh...you got the wrong one. I will keep this...branch...last on my list. staff in similar stores are alert and eager. I left shaking my head and mumbling to myself.

Very helpful, affordable pricing, but I would definitely advice you to check in advance what free services they can provide. I did not know and was pleasantly surprised. Also check O'Rylies , and Auto Zone.You can rent tools to fix brakes. You pay a full price ( about $60) for tools, and your card is not charged if tools are returned within 48 hours. How cool is that? Life-time warranty on brakes ($35 and up). No need for a receipt, they can find it with your phone number!

I originally called to order a valve cover from the store, they ordered it, I picked it up and experienced terrible customer service in the store from an impatient attendant who was inconvenienced by me stepping to the side so he could take care of the next customer while I checked the bolt pattern on the product. I call two days later to order the same exact part again and I am told it is not possible and I have to pay up front for the part before they can order. Attendant on the phone was very unreasonable and refused to listen to what I was asking. I then called the Suwannee location and they ordered the part for me to pick up No problem. I spend thousands of dollars each year restoring my old trucks and. I have never been treated like this at any other auto store. If I could give this place a zero I would. I STRONGLY advise people go elsewhere for a more convenient experience!!!

Very polite and knowledgeable staff. They made replacing my battery so convenient it barely took 15 minutes and I was on the road. Highly recommend this store

Store said it opened at 7:30am online . Wasnt open. Had to call the store to ask what time they open. Employee got disrespectful because I called to ask what time they open & he sarcastically said I seen him walk in so I should of known the store was open so i told him the door was locked. After opening the door for me he told me i seen him and should of know the store opens at 7:30a but I just wanted to let him know what time they opened. Well I honestly never came to a part store this early and the way some businesses are set up due to the covid issue, I figured maybe the store hours might of been effected. Well I felt odd for asking yet alone calling to ask, I don't think I wana come back to this store to shop. Employees very rude and disrespectful.

Bought a brake light sensor here, it was $15 cheaper than oriellys. Best of all the explained the whole process to me, and i was able to change it easily in the parking lot! Great experience

I'm a familiar shopper of the company. Im recently new to area on neighborhood connected to entrance. Theres is a bit of trash concern on property landscape. Please advice of how to ensure slightly views to neighbouring community. We thanks for your concern in anyway.

Came in and got my engine code read for free; they also offered free advice as to what the code could mean and what I might need to do to fix the issue. There was virtually no wait, and there were plenty of associates on staff to help customers, unlike the Duluth location I unfortunately went to right before heading here.

I got the help I needed, eventually, and even though I ended up not needing the part I bought, they let me return it with no issues. The warranty I bought was placed under some random phone number which was an issue, but it was solved on my next visit to my satisfaction!
