This autoshop took great care of my Mercedes Benz. I came in with some pretty bad collision damage, and they got my car looking better than before and gave me timely updates. The turn around time was great as well. This is a great family operated business. I would strongly suggest this shop for luxury cars and they will have all of my business moving forward.Very Fair Affordable pricing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto insurance

Very affordable pricing. Quick and great service! I had two motorcycle mirrors painted gloss black. I received them the next day. The finish was perfect! I would definitely recommend this auto body repair shop.

Glenn & the crew from A1 Auto Repair & Collision exceeded all of my expectations for my repair. My beloved "Clifford", a red, 2000 Ford F250, was heavily damaged by a parking valet not qualified to drive anything larger than a Prius. I found Glenn's shop online, & vetted him with my local mechanic in Sugar Hill, GA, & gave them a visit in Lawrenceville. Glenn gave me a tour of the shop & showed current repairs in progress as examples of his shop's work. One word; phenomenal!Aside from offering great work, Glenn's prices were amazingly affordable in comparison from 4 other shops which I had gotten quotes. I was able to afford a full scratch, dent & repaint on the whole 20'+ truck for what some shops quoted on just the bed repair.I left "Clifford" in more than capable hands for about 10 days & returned to pick up what looked like a new truck! If you need an honest & proficient body shop, look no further than A1 Auto Repair & Collision.

Brought my car in for a repair on some deep dents and scratches. Glenn was incredibly professional and helpful, and looked over the entire car, not just where the damage was. The work was done quicker than expected and the quality of the repair was exceptional. Glenn made sure I was happy before handing me the keys.I will be definitely be using them again should the need arise.Service: Painting

The guys at A1 Auto collision are top notch! I run a franchise business throughout Atlanta. Our vehicles are very important to us. They have repaired two of our support vehicles in a timely manner with a fair price. It is rare in today's climate that you find an honest business with a fair price. These guy's are it!

A-1 provided excellent customer service. Glen was very professional and extremely thorough every step of the way. He was willing to hear me out and personalize my experience. What I thought would be an extended time using rentals as I would wait for my car proved to be just the opposite due to the fast work! I was back in my car in a week after thousands of dollars of damage from an accident. I cannot overstate how important it was for me as a customer to feel like I could trust that my car was in good hands and that my best interest was the primary concern. If you are looking for quality service and someone who will put the customer first, look no further. The prices are fair and the outcome is perfect. They take pride in their work and will work hard in your behalf to get you the best parts available. You will definitely want to keep this shop for life and tell everyone you know that they can count on A-1!

This shop is just like their name, A1. From the start of repairs to the end, they kept me in the loop and updated me on changes throughout the process. They were considerate of the car and not from what the insurance company had quoted. My hood had a couple of deep scratches. I took it to these guys and they had my car in and out within a couple of days. Service is great and fast, their work is great, and Glen has outstanding customer service. You can tell he cares about his customers satisfaction. I highly recommend!

Excellent place to get your car fixed in case of a fender-bender. Incredible!!! My Corolla looked better than new when I received it. Seriously, it looked better than the day I drove it out of the CarMax lot. A1 not only took care of a small dent but vacuumed and cleaned the interior. I think they even painted over some small blemishes on the back bumper! And they cleaned the wheels. The owner, Glen, is very personable, knowledgeable, and nice. 100% recommend.Services: Body & Trim, Auto insurance, Auto interior vacuuming

I ve taken my Car to A1 Auto twice and both times I was very pleased with the service and commitment to getting the job done right. Glen was very accommodating to my schedule and provided courtesy pickup service to and from the car rental on both occasions. I m must say that I am very pleased with the work A1 has done on my BMW. I had an unfortunate collision which damaged my door. A1 ordered my new door and got the painting done, and gave my car back to me in good as new!Glenn was very professional and nice even when I called like 100 times to check on my vehicle. He updated me and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. He took great care of my vehicle! The prices for parts and paint are great, as well as the service. I highly recommend this business for auto repair. I am very happy that I found this place! Thank you Glenn and the A1 team!

I tend to forget to write a review but I MUST write one because this is absolutely the best body shop without exaggeration in Lawrenceville, GA. This is the second time getting my vehicle repaired at A1 Auto Collision & Repair, customer service is great. Clive took care of my car and he is very polite and knowledgeable, helpful and provide quick service. He always kept me informed about where he was with my car and returned it looking like it came straight out of the dealership again! I will come to them if I ever need my car fixed again and will definitely recommend them to anybody that ever needs body work done on their car. Truly happy with this body shop and with the results. Really impressed. They're the best!

I can t say enough good things about A-1. Clyde, Glen and the rest of the crew there are top notch. Pricing is fair and their results are exceptional.In a recent experience, insurance wanted to total my car and send it to the junkyard, but A-1 did a thorough inspection which resulted in a lower cost repair, without sacrificing safety or quality, which literally saved my car. I would never consider going anywhere else for auto body work.

Mr. Glen and his team satisfied my needs and went above and beyond their job scope. Other places were stating the repairs would take a week, but the people at A1 Auto were able to get my car ready sooner than the scheduled date. I will be using this repair shop from now on and definitely would recommend this establishment to anyone needing repair work.

My son recently purchased a vehicle from a lady that purchased it through A-1 Auto Collision. She never had it registered and switched over to her name. My son purchased the car for his daughter in Florida. When she tried to register it from Georgia to Florida there was additional information Florida wanted. My granddaughter sent the title back to us to get the proper documents completed. I contacted Glen for his help, he was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed. This was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely contact Glen for any future vehicle needs.Thanks Glen

Place gets 5 stars in my book. Had a decent size dent in my door and they fixed it within a week and it looks Amazing. !!! Glen stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process.. Definitely will be using them again soon for paint work and tints!!

Anytime I have had any issues with my car, this is where I go. Glen is very professional in his dealings and is pretty funny too. First time I met him was after my 300 was involved in a minor accident. He gave me back my car looking like new and had even clean out the inside for me(I have small kids lol). He is the only person I go to now. No matter the issue with any of my cars, I call Glen. So if you want a guaranteed great work and service call him. You won't regret it.

Glenn was awesome and very helpful. I took my truck in with a banged up back bumper from being rear ended. Truck looks even better than before and they threw in a little extra work which I truly appreciated. Thank you for taking care of your customers. I will be using these guys in the future if needed.

I contacted them because I was having some problems with my front bumper (it was popping out pretty badly at the side). I emailed over some pictures and asked for a quote. They contacted me later that day, and told me that the bumper could be easily fixed within a few minutes (just adding a missing piece worth a couple dollars), and that they wouldn't charge for it! I was floored. They could have easily taken advantage of me and charged me wayyyy more, seeing I was expecting that the bumper would need a lot more repair. Their honesty and professionalism was amazing. I'll definitely go back to them if I need serious work, and will recommend my friends to them.Service: Body & Trim
