My van had broke down I had several issues with my van this guy called me told me to bring it to his shop I went there and I had nothing but problems he talked to me very disrespectful he has no customer service skills and he treated me as I was his personal versus his customer and need of help we paid him very good for a fuel pump and tune up he installed the fuel pump and two days later it went out I text them the whole weekend that my fuel pump is not working he did not respond so come Monday I towed it to his shop he instantly got an attitude with me and asked me why did I towed my vehicle back to his shop I told him that he was not answering my texts I waited 2 days for him to fix the wiring issue because that's what he said it was and he did not do it finally I took the van and I had issues with the fuel pump and I got it fixed somewhere else do not go to this guy he is a scam be warned.. it took another mechanic $200 later and 20 minutes tochange the wiring that connected to the fuel pump and he asked me why didn't the guy just change out the wires with the fuel pump bad customer service.. the other guy simply cut the four wires at the connection point and put in new wires and harness it was that simple

The owner Richard is very thorough, very kind and does a great job in repairs. He takes the time to properly diagnose the problem and has affordable prices. I've had 3 different cars serviced here and not once did I ever have to revisit for the same issue. He also warranties major repairs. I had a new transmission and fuel pump replaced on an Armada. Felt like I was in a brand new truck. My whole family has had service here and we all have different year make and model cars. I highly recommend especially for the ladies. He's not looking to get over on us. He's more concerned about our safety and kids and budget

I have taken my car here a few times and every time my car has been taken care of by Richard! He offers great pricing and most of the time the car is ready within a few hours or less. He is very passionate & knowledgeable at what does. He explains everything very detailed Leaving you without any doubt . He is a great mechanic I highly recommend him.

Richard has been my family mechanic for years. He is patient and explains the how and why concerning repairs. He prices are fair and reasonable. I've not had any issues on the work he's completedI would give A and B Diagnostic five stars only when he acquires a bigger freestanding establishment.

Dishonest and bad mechanic. He said my transmission needed fluid. I paid him $320 to fix it. After he said, oh its your power steering...but still charged me. Then that night my driveway is covering with fluids. I take it to another shop and my transmissiin is leaking, power steering hose is leaking and so is a heater, so not only is he dishonest, he is a bad mechanic...women beware. After my minivan was at his shop I spent a thousand at Firestone and $900 at Aamco .I think his coworkers made all these positive reviews.

Richard was professional, honest and reasonable. Had service done to my Chrysler 300 for two different issues and I m pleased with the work that was done. Richard went above and beyond for an extremely fair price. The check engine light was throwing up several codes and instead of just fixing what it said was wrong he diagnosed that one thing could be causing all of them. He explained thoroughly and fixed the issue quickly. The car then took a trip to Florida and back with no issue. For honest work for an honest price there is no other place to take your vehicle.

My wife's car wouldn't start so I had it towed over to Malcolm Cunningham service center. They said I needed a new engine and it would be $5100. I towed it to A&BRichard checked the car over and cleaned the throttle body. I drove home that day only paying $165. He could have charged me $1000-2000 and I would have been happy but this dude is a stand up dude and is my new mechanic!

Richard the owner is honest, very pleasant and very professional. He diagnosis the problem and let's you know what the cost is upfront. My rating is a 5 He has been servicing my vehicles for the past 5 years now

Several years ago these guys replaced my wifes transmission after an emergency break down. They truly helped in a stressful situation. I haven't seen them since and that's a testimate to they're work. They didn't rob us either. I'm looking to do some work on my truck in the future and just wanted to see if they were still operating, so I used this opportunity to give them the 5 stars they deserve.

As a single mom, I know the value of a honest mechanic that's never gonna over charge you. This is among the best of the best, I won't ever take my van anywhere else.

As long as you're patient and willing to wait- he'll get your car done right. If you're in a rush- you won't be too happy. He's good though.
