Don t ever come to this place if you want to be scammed or not able to fix your car, these people told me to bring my truck so they can fix it and take e a look at it, but guess what they charged me $180 for nothing, because he the owner or idk who, his name is Alex told me he couldn t fix it and I had to take it somewhere else. Please don t come here if you want your problem not solved and still pay money for it!

Alex is an HONEST MAN! You can't find that easily anywhere when it comes to mechanics. He's professional, talented, and knows what he's doing. If he tells you he's going to do it, he gets it done. He's worked on my parents Lexus, Expedition and my Range Rover and has saved us so much money with his talent in fixing the problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else, call Alex! His wonderful wife works the front desk and they'll take good care of you. An honest mechanic, what more could you ask for? Alex is nothing less than a grade A professional mechanic. I am really glad to find such a person who is experienced as him. Alex has a great personality, is honest, and fair in his pricing. If you need a professional mechanic, who tells you straight up the problem, and takes pride in his work; I would definitely consider 12VROD Car Care and go talk to Alex. I promise you; you'll be impressed.

Being a nice guy does not make you a certified or professional mechanic. I took them my 1985 c10 truck.. they supposedly did a gear cable oil pressure switch exhaust pipe gasket and a belt .. My transmission was also taken out and sent out to be rebuilt.. My bill was $2817.29 But they said $2500 was what we agreed on so that s what I paid ,which was still overpriced!I picked up my truck from their shop drove it not even 10 miles and my engine blew.My truck was then picked up by them and taken back to their shop.. After two days I called because no one had the decency to call me and that s when I found out that the engine had blown. I was not compensated in anyway all I got was a big FU buy another engine and we will put it in for you! Sure buddy! Never again!
