If we could give a Zero star or negative stars I would but since I cannot then I will have to settle for a bad review. To begin the communication is horrid, after no answered phone calls, no answered texts either. We had to resort to calling from different phone numbers just to get a response as to what was happening with our vehicle. The vehicle was there for 2 and half weeks with ZERO progress. We were however charged for a diagnostic about $150 and parts that they "thought " were the issue and yet the vehicle is NO better than we dropped it off, we had to pay for the diagnostic and the part and labor and had to pull it because there was ZERO progress NOTHING was done. So if you think you can leave your car here and are expecting mediocre customer service at best or even a fair diagnostic then good luck i wish all the best however i would NOT waste my time or MONEY at this place EVER.

I purchased a car from a local dealer with a major oil leak. I was told I had to pay half the repair cost and I had to use this repair shop. Less than a year later it s leaking oil again.In response to your reply below. Correct, I didn t buy my car from you but you did work on it. That s something else; this is a Spanish speaking only shop. Very hard to communicate as you can see.

I have been going to Duran Auto Service since March 2023. They have always done exceptional work with fair and transparent pricing. They've got all my cars running like they're brand new and the service is spectacular. Thank you Duran Auto Service for all you've done over the past few months. Wouldn't be where I am without you.

I ve had two cars serviced with this shop. I was quoted a very great price for a new transmission and changing out a motor. Both cars are now running great. Will come back for any future car needs.

I ve been coming to Duran Auto Shop for many years to have my vehicle serviced - for transmission issues, brakes, oil etc. I ve always received exemplary service and never had any issues after the problem was fixed. They have very fair prices. Noe is a great guy and very honest. His team are my go to guys when I need mechanical work. The dealer tried to charge me thousands for my issue with my Audi. Duran fixed it for a fraction of what the dealer was charging. Thanks Duran. You re a life saver.

I am so disappointed and upset. I thought they were genuine and trustworthy but they are the complete opposite. I brought my car in for an complete diagnostic inspection after a minor accident. They fixed the brakes and did not even bother with the inspection. Not even two days after getting my car back, my battery was completely dead. Had to pay for my car to be towed to them and replace my battery. Now that I have my car back again, the steering wheel is shaking while I drive. Which tells me that they did not complete the wheel alignment I paid for the first time I brought my car in. If they had just done the inspection and alignment the first time I brought my car in this would have never happened and I wouldn t have had to pay for a towing service.Services: Brakes, Battery

I came across these guys a short while ago and have brought my 26 Box work truck and personal vehicle here and highly recommend these guys. Augustine and Noel are great guys and have a great set of mechanics. Prices are very reasonable. I can say I have surely found my mechanic.

I was told by another mechanic that I needed a new starter on my car so I took it to Duran to do the work. When I called for a quote, they offered a same day appointment to get the work done at a very fair price. Once he checked it out he informed me that the starter was good and the only thing I needed was an oil change. Problem solved! Check engine light went off and my car is working perfectly! I appreciate the honesty, integrity and superb customer service. I'm happy to find a reliable mechanic. I highly recommend them!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Scam ! They claimed to have changed the engine oil of my vehicle but they didn't and the service costed $55. Upon arriving home, I checked the oil but it was as dark as when I took it to this shop. I later found they did not change the filter as well. Before you leave the shop, check the oil levels, preferably in front of them. Even better, watch them perform the service so you know did it right and your money was well spent.Service: Oil change

****SCAM****went there to get a brand new compresor instal on the car. Come to find out they Dint clean out the lines and perform the job the right way, which cause the brand new compresor to break in less than three weeks after fixing it at their shop. In addition due to their inability to the job correctly and cleaning out the lines O,Reilly auto parts din t refund me the money which i ended up paying 700 dollars for labor and parts again in a different mechanic shop.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

So many auto mechanics are dishonest and just out to make a buck. Duran is honest and trust worthy. He gave us an honest diagnosis of what was wrong with our vehicle when he probably could have charged us hundreds of dollars replacing parts. Will definitely be using him on a regular basis for all of my future auto mechanic needs. Honesty is priceless.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped 2 cars off, a BMW and Q50. Needed body work and painting on both vehicles. Job was done perfect on both and had no issue whatsoever. Mr. Ramon assured me speedy service and turn around time and delivered! 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for a service that they provide. Price was was also very fair for the work being done and quoted me a much cheaper price for the work that was needed compared to 4 other shops I took the cars to.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Happy with the service ... they communicate with every little thing to suit your fix and will still go with your opinion and disclose of but this and that... nothing to be scared of just precaution of there experience that they have and to satisfy the customers need and wants but will accommodate your wants mostly, there just doing the request of customers to suit them , but again your opinion over expertise. They are great people, great service I would recommend again. Although promise time to have ready is a estimate, dont expect on time. Cant blame them with there good service. THEre ARE NO SHORT CUTS WITH THERE WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY WHO NEEDS WORK DONE TO DURAN. Blue/gray G35S 07 was the car they worked on for me. PRICE IS REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE.

Duran Auto Service has been our family mechanic for over 10 years ever since he started at his shop on Buford Highway. He has provided all kinds of services from brakes, air conditioning, transmission, motors, electrical and the list goes on. We are very blessed to have found someone so reliable,kind,honest & hardworking as Noe. He has always treated us with respect and we have never had any issues with any of our cars after he repairs them. I have recommended many friends and none have been disappointed.
