From start to finish the staff answered all my questions and guided us with what we were looking for. We knew the specifications of GVWR and type of trailer we needed, and they showed us what was in the range. Set it up and did inspection walk through with us. Highly recommend this dealer. An appointment was definitely helpful to ensure they were ready for us.

Fast friendly without any sales pressure. Explained the process from start to finish and the post sale pre-trip was great! They also explained about annual service as well as tire pressure requirements and tag info! Awesome experience!!

Great experience!Entire process is about as simple as it can get. Schedule your appointment. Show up and they are ready to great you. Have a trailer already picked out? Pay the $1 reserve and they ll already have the process started. Financing? Use the link, do the application and even more of the work is already completed.Steven and crew were professional, friendly, and answered any and all questions. No pressure sales tactics. Walked through the delivery process, and made sure I was ready to roll out with our new trailer.5/5 would recommend if you re looking for a great deal AND great customer service.

Steve was a great person to deal with he came right out to assist us and did not high pressure us. We had stopped at a few other dealers and no one bothered to acknowledge we were there which didn t sit to well with us. He worked to get the price point as this was something we didn t really need just wanted because ours was stole over Christmas . Thank you Steve

I purchased a 6x12 carp trailer from this location for my woodworking business. The staff were all knowledgeable and polite. Most importantly I wasn t hit with any annoying pushy sales tactics for the trailer or upgrades so it was a comfortable experience. I would certainly recommend checking them out if you need a trailer.

Trailer is all I wanted it to be and more. Many extras not listed on web site. You have to visit the store to get all the info on their trailers. Steven was a great help and gave me a very good deal.

All of my expectations were met or exceeded while working with the management and staff when I purchased my new dump trailer today. I found the entire staff to be very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question and assist me in any way. I don't do this very often, however today, I recommend Trailers Plus in Lavonia Georgia without any reservation.

Donald is the one who took care of us. He was very helpful, informative, friendly, and just all around a good person to do business with. The mechanic I cannot remember his name, hooked on the trailer and told us everything we needed to know. If we need another trailer we are definitely coming back to this place.

Bought a trailer from the Lavonia GA location about 2 years ago. Trailer has been great for local use. Purchase was smooth. However.....Trailer has maybe 500 miles on it. Tires are kept off of direct contact with ground. Used it to haul a small vehicle cross country and experienced 3 out of 4 defective tires. One developed a baseball size bubble, another totally lost the tread but stayed inflated.Tires are not the best. Otherwise, the trailer has been good. Replacing all 4 tires with Goodyear tires.

Drove two hours to look at specific trailer and Steven had it all cleaned up and ready to be looked over inside their covered shop. They took the time to answer all our questions and offer us some options to tailor the trailer to our specific needs. No pressure sales like other lots, they really wanted us to get the right trailer for our family. Steven even got us a better deal than we thought we would get! Highly recommend the guys in Lavonia GA

Couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier experience. Everyone was on point with information and the entire process. Start to finish took less than 2 hours. I knew what I wanted upon arrival and actually left with a lot more than expected. Great guys to deal with and are dedicated to making sure customers aren't only happy, but trailers are 100% road ready for safe and reliable use. I will go here before anywear else for all my trailer needs. Thanks again!

I was looking for a utility trailer for are place. I checked on line to see what I wanted and we texted backed and forth to confirm they had it. I made an appointment for 8/19/2023 went in did all the paperwork and they did a complete walk around and discussed the maintaince, features, and safety check. I was out the door by 5:15 and driving home with the trailer I wanted. Every person there helped me in some way or fashion. Thank you all for making the purchase very easy.

Great and fast service. I knew what I wanted and was in and out in 30 minutes with my new 6x12 enclosed trailer. Service was knowledgeable, quick and professional. Prices are good for the quality of the trailers. Only reason I do not give 5 stars is because they required an appointment, which messed up my whole day schedule. Walk-in service would be much better. Other than that I would recommend them. Thank you.

I ve bought a lot of trailers from a lot of places and never had anyone take the time to go through the trailer check the lights, check the lugs, make sure everything was ready to go like these guys did! Trailer looks great, great prices, and great service! Hard to find places like this anymore! If you re looking for a trailer give these guys a call!

So easy and so professional. I have bought many trailers, but this was more like a new car delivery. I watched them inspect the trailer wheel torque, brake function, breakaway safety, etc.
