I got my brakes repaired here and had a great experience. Awesome service, very fast, and great prices. I highly recommend taking your car here for any/all needs.

Only giving 2 stars because the employees are friendly. I ve tried to give this place so many chances, however after bringing three separate cars here for an alignment, and neither one has came out aligned I am done bringing my vehicles here for alignments. Their other services are good but not their alignments. All three vehicles after their alignment pull severely to the right I can barely even keep them on the road. My most recent vehicle I took there for an alignment, when I got it back, the steering wheel was out of center bad. I was going straight down the road, but the steering wheel was pointed to the right. Took it back, had them fix it and the car still pulled after they realigned the steering wheel. If it had of been one car, I would assume it was my car maybe the frame bent or something. But three separate cars? I don t know what they are doing but I will never again bring my car here, for an alignment at least.

The front-end technician was very knowledgeable and happy to explain what was needed for my alignment. The work was performed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned to me just as clean as it was before he ever worked on it. Great Service.

First time using. Installed brake pads providedHad me done in 20 minutes tops the price quoted for labor was just that. Waiting area/front loby clean n huge.staff friendly n helpful. Great jobs guys. Got my business in oil changes

Like another reviewer stated about traveling through, and she had work done just to have it fail and strand her and her kids on a highway, I also was a travel through that had a bad experience and my review was taken down. If bad reviews can be removed , this isn t an accurate portrayal and I ll leave it at that.

Very nice and friendly place. I had 2 horrible dry rotted tires on my travel trailer. Called them up and they had my size in stock. I was in and out in about 30 mins. The guy who sold me the tires was very nice and the one who put them on was great too. He even aired up the other tires and made sure I was ready to hit the road back to the other side of Atlanta.

Very nice place with great people working at the shop. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Also have vending machine and beverages. The owner Adam is hands on and probably will be the employee helping you at the counter.

I have used them to get tires for both of my vehicles and I am pleased with both the service and my tires. It's hard to find people you can trust in this industry. I highly recommend you drive right past the big box stores and use these guys. I will continue to go out of my way to use them. Thank you

My wife took her 2002 Honda up there. Had 4 new tires and a front end alignment done. Every one was very friendly. Very through with her. We will be going back with another car. Thanks to all the staff!!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. The owner was very rude to me and lied about my vehicle being damaged. Do not go to smith tire and alignment.

Great bunch of guys and they do great work at a 1st rate price. They did my 4 wheel alignment on my Lexus and it did so much better than the last alignment l had done at another place. I recommend these guy's if you need tire's they will fix you up and it won't break your bank account. Class A work service, customer care!

Update: We continue to use Smith for our oil changes. Even today, with a full parking lot, I was in and out in a very short time. The members of the staff are personable. I foresee continuing to do business with them.Our son has been going to Smith to get his oil changes for some time. I was going to a place in the town I used to work in. It was past time to get the oil changed in our car. We chose the local business even though their quoted prices seemed higher than other places just a little further off. I went at the appointed time. I was out in about 45 minutes AND the cost was much lower than quoted. I definitely liked that.

I visited Smith Tire & Alignment for a front end alignment on May 25, 2022. After the alignment my car sounded as if I had snow tires. I returned to Smith Tire immediately and spoke with the man who signed my vehicle in. He came with me to test drive my vehicle and after driving the car he stated that the noise was from tire wear from the past and would go away soon. I drove my car for 5 weeks with the same noise. Then I took my vehicle to another repair shop and asked them to check the alignment while they had things down for the brakes. The Auto Tech found that the front toe was out of Alignment and fixed it.. Now my vehicle sounds like new. I took my car back to Mr. Smith ( Smith Tire & Alignment) and explained to the owner Mr. Adam Smith what happened. He claimed that because the other shop used different machinery from his in fixing the alignment he was not going to give me a refund! We will not be going back & I called my Credit Card Company about the charges. This company in my opinion does not deserve not 1 star..... but since they don't have 0 Star I put one Star......July 8, 2022 Update: Thanks Mr. Adam Smith for correcting the Alignment situation.

I would never recommend this place for anyone. The mechanic named Travis was rude and drove my Truck like it was a back yard beat around truck. I took to to get aligned and have ball joints installed, when I picked my truck up it was worse than what it was before. I took it back and asked nicely and waited patiently for them to look over it. When I walked back to the lift he put it on he began to argue with me and get offense. Then he said I m done with it dropped my truck off the lift and walked away. This is one horrible establishment and if I could rate it anything lower than 1 star I would! The owner was a very nice guy and was very understanding but his workers treated me like the dirt on the bottom of their shoes! Again I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I was extremely impressed in how quickly they got to work on my car for the alignment. And even after finding out it needed a part, it came in quickly and i was scheduled for 2 days later. Quick and got the job done right. Very affordable!!

My wife and I were headed to Birmingham from Cashiers, NC and tire sensor light came on in her Lexus suv. I stopped at the McD's and was told by a friendly local to come down the hill to Smith's ( car up in the air in front ). So I walked in and the very nice guy at the counter directed me to drive around back to the first service bay. He aired up all my tires to correct pressure and checked them each out - all was well. When I was asked about the bill , I was told there was "no charge ". Now this is friendly and fast service that we will never forget - thanks so much for being courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about tires. Many thanks to Smiths Tire from Bo and Susan , two very senior citizens that really appreciate it.

I'm dropping down to 3 stars due to their alignment machine being down for more than 3 days. No ETA on when it will be back up and running.My car needs a really needs an alignment and I rather not take it to another shop.

I had issues; not sure if it was their fault or mine. I was told one approach of how the tires would be installed. However when I came in for work to be done, a different installation was done. When I questioned the owner he became defensive, in my opinion. I was not able to get a satisfactory explanation. The owner chose to call me difficult rather than address my issue. Maybe I was; as to whether the job was done correctly, I'll never know.However one thing I do know: the technician was smoking in the bay. Clearly dangerous with all the flammable liquids in the area. Allowing smoking is definitely a danger to anyone in the building.

We came in on a long road trip trying to figure out why our tire wasn t holding air. They checked it out in a reasonable time and were very polite. HOWEVER we found ourselves stranded on the side of the interstate 30 minutes later. The exact tire they claimed to have fixed, blew up. The car stopped. The tire tread, well, it kept going. Two teenagers and a single mom now stranded on the side of the interstate in a state we don t live in.

Great group of people. My wife was stuck on the side of the road with a flat. They didn't have the tire in stock, but made the trip to another store to get the tire. They made sure everything was right before she left.
