Ray came out and replaced the windshield on my Dodge Charger. He showed up on time and ready to work! Their price was better than all the competitors I called and he was very knowledgeable about his craft. He took less than an hour which was awesome because I had to get back to work! I will be recommending him and Novus to all of my friends and family.

We had a rock come up from the road and bust a huge spot in our windshield. We called, they got us in within an hour for repair. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. Fixed that spot as well as 3 other little cracks we had. Definitely recommend them for any auto glass needs! Raymond's work is great and quick! Thanks Grant & Ray!

Tint came out great!!! Would recommend to tint cars and businesses! One of the only places that install true Armor Coat bullet resistant tint!!

This company does not stand behind its warranty. The foam at the bottom of the windshield pushed out. When Grant showed up to look at it he said that it wasnt needed then reached and pulled the piece that was out off and ripped it off and counted that as a repair. The warranty literally says " Your replacement glass is warranted against defects in material and workmanship " pretty sure that foam that was in the windshield to begin with and is now not. How does that not count as workmanship. Grant is extremely unprofessional.Services: Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

Just had my windshield replaced in my 07 Caddy CTS. I couldn't be more happy with them. Customer & Technician services are top notch. This is my second windshield replacement using Novus. They, also, replaced one in my truck a few years back and it's still holding strong. Great job all the way around!! Thank you, so much!

Ray is incredible at his job! I can rely on him and Novus Glass to deliver an excellent service every time. Having a fleet on the road we are constantly running in to repairs and replacements. He has worked with me to get a last minute replacement when we had a tight deadline and went the extra mile to deliver. Excellent company! Ray is incredible! So easy to get in contact with him, was able to get right on his schedule, was on time, and ultimately professional. My little boy even said I want to be just like him when I grow up! The repair was beautifully done, and he is super knowledgeable about his product and work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any type of auto glass service!Service: Auto windshield repair

Excellent job! Outstanding customer service. Grant was very personable, courteous and professional. I enjoyed chatting with him while he replaced my windshield. I would definitely use them again if I need to and will certainly recommend them.

The gentleman came to my office and replaced the windshield in my truck. They said it would take a little over an hour. He was done and gone in an hour. Very pleased and satisfied customer and I will use them for all my glass needs going forward.

I have been to Novus Glass more times than I can count, and each time I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly faces. Grant and Dana are amazing at what they do there and always make sure the customer is satisfied and the job is done right. I would never trust any where else to repair or tint my glass.

Ray Wright and Novus Glass are fantastic! They replaced the windshield in my 2016 Ford F150 and repaired a crack in the windshield of my wife's 2019 Honda Pilot. Ray came out to my office and did both for me while I was at work. Quick and friendly service and excellent work done on both vehicles! We've had no issues but I appreciate the warranty that they place on their work. Great job Ray and Novus! I refer them to other people all the time.

Great service, everyone there is exceptional! The lady who answers the phone to set up your schedule and gives you the pricing to the window technician. I will be using them for my other cars! Today my 1994 F-150 got a new windshield...Mr Yoder arrived earlier than expected but had notified me he would.Due to the age of the truck, it was difficult to remove the old one, but he did so reasonably quickly and then installed my new one.He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of his workmanship.After the installation, he cleaned everything up nicely....I highly recommend his services!

My experience with Novus glass of Livonia Georgia was awesome . The staff is very knowledgeable professional and extremely kind. They made a great effort to resolve my window leaks . With their expertise, we found out it was not the windows at all . Instead it was the roof leaking.Other glass services in my area were not willing to take on the challenge since my windows are custom. But Novus stepped up to the plate. Though 2hours away , I would make the trip all over again. I was in good hands. Thanks Dana, Ray &Glen.Sincere thanks,B Anderson

I had my back windshield repaired this morning by Grant. Very nice guy and seemed like he knew what he was doing. The glass fit like a glove and he vacuumed the car. It looked good when it was finished. If I had to give criticism, I would say this. When he was breaking the windshield to get it all out, a lot of glass fell on the ground. He said it wouldn't puncture my tires. I would have felt a lot better if he would have taken his vacuum and got it off the ground. Instead, after the job was finished, he left all the glass in the yard for me to clean up. I think customers will feel a lot better if you guys clean up the mess that you make. Nonetheless, he did a great job replacing the glass. I guess when it rains, that will tell the whole story if its sealed off completely.

I Made an appointment to replace the windshield in my 2008 Ford F150 and wow what can I say other than the service was phenomenal. Ray came out not only on time, but answered all of my questions professionally and courteously. One thing I didnt know before I called was that they can tint a visor on the windshield before they come out! He had my truck finished in an hour flat and I was able to drive to my next appointment as Im a very busy on-the-go man. Thanks again to Ray and to Novus for the great service. Will call again and reccomend to everyone in the future!

Experience was Great had an appointment and they took me right on time. I was told that putting in my new car windshield would take any hour and it was a little less than that. I recommend Novas Glass and would give it 5 Stars out of 5 Stars

My rear window was shattered on Good Friday. Called Novus approximately 3:00pm and talked with Grant. He told me he could overnite the glass I needed and repair it the next day. Ray was there to replace it for me and did a great job. Please realize this was Easter weekend and I was told they are usually closed on Saturdays. Thank you both for allowing my vehicle to be driven safely again.

Wow! These guys are amazing. My truck was hit by a falling tree traveling on I-85 S just outside of Lavonia. The tree shattered the windshield into millions of glass fragments. Not only did Novus Glass provide expert overnight installation, I cannot say enough about their tremendous customer service and overly generous, warm southern hospitality. Please make them your first choice for new windshields in northern Georgia and southern South Carolina.

Ray Wright called before he came, he showed up on time. I had three little one under 8 that wanted to watch from the porch. He answered all questions they had, he would explain everything to them. Before he left not only do he do a great job with replacing my window but he thought my kids a few things about his job. He has a great personality.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Have had water leaks, trim pieces blowing off down the highway and Grant does not want to own up and give me a call. By far the worst people to deal with.
