I had the most amazing experience renting at Enterprise in Lavonia. I felt that the customer service was above and beyond just making money. The on-site manager gave me the knowledge for the best way to rent the vehicle, and the return could not be other than amazing.

I had a rental car for a *month* while my car was in a body shop (I hit a deer. No... THE DEER HIT ME!). The folks at Enterprise were friendly and genuinely helpful, actually cared that I was well taken care of. The gentleman that gave me a ride home was a hoot!

We rented a Nissan Rogue for 6 weeks while waiting for a car we ordered, to replace a car that was totaled. Alex and the other fellow were very responsive and polite, and helped us out by extending the insurance rate even after we had to pay for it ourselves after 30 days. A few minor problems with the vehicle, but no complaints, we appreciated the customer service.Back 6 mo. later, to rent a car for 7 days to cover one in the shop. Branch manager Stephen was very patient and professional with questions about rates and options. Thanks!

Good price except it's alot for the deposit and if you're a young driver but I think it's like that everywhere . I love the rental I got and the guy that helped us was really patient and nice . Had no issues .

One star is too much. I made a reservation, received confirmation, and thought I was set. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was informed that they 'didn't have any cars'. I was informed that I made the reservation after they closed the day before. Which is a lie. I have a receipt showing I made the reservation at 4:15pm, and they close at 5pm. AND, I was told that they tried calling me that morning to let me know they didn't have any cars. I did not receive a single call that morning.I reserved this car because my car needs to have some repairs and I had to take my special needs child to a specialist in Atlanta that day.I called Enterprise's headquarters that same day, informed them of what happened, expressed my anger, and was told that a supervisor would call me shortly.Never got a phone call back.I am extremely angry and I will never recommend any Enterprise to anyone.If you screw me over, that is one thing. But to screw my child, my blood is boiling.I want to speak to a manager/owner to let them know of this horrible service, not to receive anything from it.How does a car rental agency have 'no cars'?Extremely disheartening and disappointing.

The customer service here is amazing... They are fast and super friendly! The staff at this location make your experience very pleasant The car they gave me to drive was spotless, and in perfect condition! I definitely will use this location again, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very pleasant experience. Cars available; great customer service. They take the time to look the car over before you leave and when you return to make sure you haven't left anything in the vehicle.

I had a great experience. The person who did the paperwork was kind and easy to talk to. He also gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. Who says no to that! The car is clean and I'm happy. I just wish they could deliver, but, when you live in the country those conveniences aren't available.

Great service. I reserved my car in advance and they were ready for me. It took less than 15 minutes to get the car and everything was great. The return process was fast and efficient and the final price was exactly what I expected.

Went to pick up rental car on lunch break and the hub was rubbing a very loud noise. Returned car with no other vehicle to rent unless I drove to Atlanta. DO NOT RENT HERE. Needless to say 3 days ago why did a mechanic not check it out? There is a service station next door. No more Enterprise

The rental process was very simple. Although I would have like to have been made more aware of the security deposit and that I had to have a card in my name. It would have saved me some hassle and time. The fact that you can t go into the lobby because of Covid is kind of annoying,. I mean it s hot outside and waiting was uncomfortable. Other than that, the overall experience was great. The rental was amazing. People were friendly. Will definitely be using this place again. Thanks guys for getting me to my vacation and back. The kids loved it as well!

So far so good. My car is almost done so l will be returning the Truck. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that whoever rented it before me had left alot of my rocks in the bed of the truck and some empty plastic bottles. I was so focused on the outside of the Truck that when we did the walk around neither one of us looked in the bed of the truck. Im short so l didn't catch that until l come out of a Doctors appt. I was standing outside by the truck smoking and just for some reason looked at the bed of the truck and saw that. I called and let them know but when l wash it before returning it l would wash them out. I know they usually have everything extremely clean inside/out but first time renting a truck. I'm not mad their great anyone can forget a step in something. We're all human. Yes l would recommend them any time. Great customer service!

I rented from Lavonia location just this past week from 6-22-20 up to 6-26-20 because my car was in the shop. I had a great experience and the lady who got me and in out was so nice. I however have a dislike that I had to do the paperwork before getting into the rental car. No big deal but when I got into my rental I only had a 1/4 tank of gas not a full tank. The young lady told me to just bring the car back with about a 1/4 tank since that s what I m leaving with. I didn t think about it at first to get her name or even get her to type up something with her name but I brought it back with a 1/2 tank and was basically charged for not having a full tank. I called and talk to someone about the situation and they said they would take care of it and I was nice about the situation and so was they but after talking to them I didn t get a email from enterprise. So I suggest if you get a car and the tank is not full get a picture, name of the the Staff who puts you into the car and where you pick your car up at. I m not mad but kinda disappointment on why come I was charged for not having the car on a full tank of gas after returning it and when I got into the car it only had 1/4 of tank. Like I said they said they would fix the situation but also make sure you send a new email stating that. Also I wish Lavonia actually had a number of their own instead of the number from Athens.

My recent rental was great! I received both emails and a phone call ahead of time to confirm, and the Hyundai Elantra we rented was perfect. Jeremy is one of the kindest and friendliest people you'll meet - he makes the rental experience a pleasant experience.

This is what customer service should be everywhere. Josh and Steve were great to work with and although we had an issue it was handled professionally with no hassles. We will definitely use them again when we are in the area.

This rental was a "miss", but a home run for the local office in Lavonia, GA: The plan was for my wife and I to fly into Toccoa GA airport and have the keys waiting after hours. Enterprise dropped off the car no problem, but the airport employee forgot to leave the keys on the counter before he went home. I arrived after hours to find no keys, so my wife and I had to fly home empty handed. The airport employee was very apologetic, and the local Enterprise manager was supremely professional and reversed the charge for this rental that was never completed.I will continue to give this airport and this Enterprise location my business; this was an honest mistake and will likely not happen again.

I reserved a rental with this company 2 weeks ago and got a confirmation number and was all good and ready to go on a mini van rental to take my family on vacation we are leaving at 9am on 8/4/18 and I just now received a phone call at at 8 am on 8/3/18 saying that they could not rent to me because I am paying with a debit card and I have an out of state license and that if I wanted to rent from them I will have to use a credit card and I do not have one. It would have been great if they would have told me that at the time I made my reservation instead of 25 hours before we are supposed to leave.I have never had this problem renting from them in the past so I don t know what is going on now. Anyway I am highly upset with this company and advise everyone to stay away from them and never rent anything from them EVER!

We drove there from Toccoa to rent a car. Because my Father doesn't have a credit card we had to bring a utility bill with his name and address on it. Ok. No problem. Except since the water bill was 26.00 past due they wouldn't accept it. No matter that we had 3 other mail pieces including a rental agrrement for a moving van he rented 2 days ago. They weren't helpful at all even with all the "I understands" I wouldnt recommend this rental agency at all. They need to learn what customer service means. The girl who "helped" us was especially flippant and her manager was useless as well.

This was the worst experience I ever had with Enterprise. I never rented through the Lavonia GA office and will never suggest to any of my peers to rent from them either. My initial call was from a man named Josh who stated I needed to bring a check and bill for proof of who I was because I was using my debit card. Unbeknownst to me when I went to pick up my car it was not that way, which sent me back to my home for 2 bills for proof. I returned with the 2 bills for proof of who and where I lived. I returned to find that these bills had a past due amount which was not sufficient only to have to return home for bills that were not. In the time being I did call the complaint line and received a call from Josh again stating I needed my husbands proof of income and a bill and this would suffice the criteria of Enterprise. I was suppose to pick my car up and be on the road shortly after only to finally receive my car 3 1/2 hours later and put me so far behind that it ruined the time allotted to visit my family for the holiday. I usually rent from Enterprise from the airport when I fly in and from this time on will. I do not have to prove anything through pay stubs and bills, which to me is an invasion of my privacy. They did not even reimburse me for my loss of time when I asked Josh he stated "give a dog a bone" what ever that may have meant I did not want to drive my car and plans were made and this particular enterprise ruined precious time with my family for the holiday. As I stated before I would not recommend the Lavonia Georgia Enterprise to anyone it was the worst rental experience I had.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!! The car had leftover pillows in the cargo compartment that made a horrible stench in the vehicle. The car had maintainence lights on (3) the whole time ... I called the location and even took it back to the location for them to assess the car and was told to "just let us know if it starts making a funny noise." I still have the rental that was initiated by insurance and I can't get in touch with ANYONE who can tell me ANYTHING except "you'll have to just keep calling your location until you reach someone." Nadine in customer service and Cynthia who was "the top of the escalation department" could not even help me; they kept repeating that I needed to get in touch with the Lavonia location ... even suggested that I drive there!!!! I can't give zero stars or I would... definately will not use again after I get this car finally taken back!!!

We were broke down on the way to the beach and these guys could not have been more helpful. The gentleman tried to assist us in finding a tow driver and got us a vehicle so we could continue. They were very helpful , friendly, and empathetic. Nice people!
