I had to go today with my break light and as someone who has ZERO idea anything about cars! All I knew is I had already changed the bulb and that was not the problem! The first girl I spoke did her best to help (she was super nice) but it was Tony who helped in the end! He took the time to help figure out the problem and he saved me some money as well because it was not as bad as I had thought! So thank you Tony for your customer service!

Only one person taking care of customers. Waiting time is long. More staff is needed to cover in order to provide a good customer experience.

Went in tonight to price a battery, instead I ended up charging my old one for the time being. I didn't get the guy and girls name but they were very friendly and helpful.

Roxy Hooks was amazing today!! It was memorial day weekend where all the shops were closed and she went above and beyond and found a local mechanic to help out with our out of state cargo van. We could've been out of service for 3 days without her. She was knowledgeable and kind.

I was in this store on 7/29/23 in desperate need of a battery for my truck. The CSR (female whose name completed escaped me) that assisted me went above and beyond. She was not able to help replace my battery but made sure I received help to get this done. I left the store with great appreciation of her willingness to be honest and helpful to an older woman in much need. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the gentleman also working who offered absolutely no help or suggestions, though I realize policies and injuries. His attitude was uncalled for. Thank you again to the lady who did all she could for me!!

I called last night for assistance, they were really helpful I told the gentleman that i would be at the store in the morning to pick up the part for my car. When I got to the store this morning, I stood at the counter to be waited on for 10 minutes. I didn't get any " I will be right there "or anything I was even spotted by a employee and just continue to do whatever he was doingI did not like the rudeness or customer service so I will take my business somewhere else.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I m traveling through the city and my 16ft trailer needed a new stud. The first time I came in the first time and the old man helping me did not want to do anything for me because the part I need was for a trailer and he couldn t look it up. I ve been asked if he could just go in the back and see if he could find the proper size, he refused. He then begrudgingly pointed me to a section on the rack that had trailer stuff.. I purchased those items and they did not fit. I came back to the store to return the items and was helped quote by another old man who is just as grumpy as the first, and when I gave him the part number that I acquired from Carquest down the street, he had a real issue of me, asking him to type in the part number. When I asked him to put in the part number with the blank spaces that was listed for the part number he refused, and I had to ask him to humor me, and then he did it, but did not want to.My experience at this AutoZone is one that makes me sad for the human race. Here I am a stranded traveler trying to find parts, and I am met with attitude, hardheaded, lack of empathy employees from this auto zone.By the way, I found everything I needed at Carquest and they had a smile and a positive attitude the entire time. They even went and grabbed a book and looked up the part and found it.

Ramos, the store manager, sprung into action when I THOUGHT I lost my gas cap. I never checked to see if it had actually fallen off my car. He did everything to help me and funny when we walked out to open the gas tank it was there. He said we were good. And we parted ways! What great guy and he offered amazing customer service! In 2022 it is really hard to find good people in customer service roles who care and care about such small issues. Thank you for helping me ! It will be a good story at the dinner table :)

This is hands down one of the most amazing Auto Zones I've been to! I've had to do a lot of work on my cars and every time I go in they are always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I have and help me out! Hell, today a worker took the time to help me put an axle on my car as I couldn't get it off (it had seized up) and after that I couldn't get it lined up quite right. He helped me with all questions and helped me get everything I needed for my repair. All together its an amazing place to go to to get parts and awesome service!

Best customer service experience I've experienced. I had a bad alternator on my honda pilot, Im not from the area and Stan helped me understand what my situation was and what I could do about it. I was referred to a mechanic that he vouched for and offered us to come in and cool down while Jimmy was fixing our car. Stan came out multiple time to check on us. Honestly my family and I are grateful for all of your help Stan. Take care

I shop at AutoZone a lot and I'm very happy with most of the staff, except Roxy. I can't stand this person, she has no idea what she's doing or anything about cars. Why they even hired this person I have no idea. If you have to shop at AutoZone stay away from Roxy and just wait for somebody else to help you because trying to talk to her is like talking to the birds in the woods. Don't believe me go see for yourself. For the love of God somebody please fire her.

Fred Ramos, the store manager of the Lavonia, GA store, was AMAZING today! I needed a tail light for my Hyundai that gave him fits! He was patient, kind, and extremely professional! Every establishment needs a Fred Ramos! Thumbs up AUTOZONE!!

I always enjoy going in their store. The Clerk's always willing to help you find what you need. I always wear my mask when l go in out of respect. So l would recommend them for any of your parts you need for your car. Just make sure to get their store card and use it when you shop it builds up credit that you can spend. I like that very much.

I was driving south on I-85 yesterday and it had just started to rain. Turned on my windshield wipers and the driver side wiper flew off. I knew the rain was going to get worse so I quickly found the nearest parts store and it happened to be this Autozone. I called to see if they were open and the woman who answered, Kayla, couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. She checked to see if the wipers for my car were in stock (they were), took my payment over the phone, and told me to call them when I got there and they would come out and put them on for me, which was great because I had two of my three kids in the car. I pulled up, called, and they said someone would come right out. Two seconds later, James came out, handed me my receipt, and installed the new wipers. He was so kind and efficient, especially since it had started to rain a bit harder. I didn t have to get out of the car and he was so quick, my kids didn t even complain. I am truly thankful for this establishment s incredible customer service. You turned what could have been a nightmare into a very slight, 10 minute detour. Kayla and James, thank you so much!

I needed a particular item that I thought they might have, so I went to the local store. Downside: no employee asked if I needed help, but they were pretty busy for that time of evening. Interestingly enough, I went to the website and looked up my item - it said the local store had a few of that type. I saw one and carried it to the register. There I asked about the items. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Apparently the version I had was probably the better selection. I purchased it and headed home.

Fred, the manager of this Autozone was a life saver. My alternator went out during a 12 hour drive home from North Carolina to Louisiana. We stopped in the closest small town which happened to be Lavonia. Fred helped us test/diagnose what was wrong with my car. Then he went above and beyond to help us find a mechanic on a Saturday when most shops were closed. I cannot commend the customer service enough. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this store for any of your auto needs.
