A shout out to a deserving parts technician.I recently purchased a head lamp for our Ford Edge. Orielly Auto Parts Lake Park, GA is our go to. I was served by OREILLY employee "Terrell." We have always been greeted with cheer and smiles by the personnel. Terrell had the part, and it was priced competitively and fair. Terrell offered to install the part. He was very knowledgeable, and it took less than two minutes to install. While there, another parts technician was assisting a lady with the installation of a battery she had purchased there. I also had the benefit of meeting someone who knew about my vehicle as Terrell also owns a Ford Edge. Terrell is knowledgeable, a good communicator, patient, articulate, and took a short minute with me to answer other questions I had concerning my Edge. As long as this type of service continues, we will do business with Oreilly.

Great customer service. I ve gone in there a couple times with problems, and these guys have been extremely helpful in diagnosing and standing up to their warranties.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude ignorant employees that seem bothered to help customers. I was told if a part didn't fit(oil cap) I could not return... vehicle was in front of store and they said if I went out to make sure it fit .. I buy it even if it's wrong?? Will no longer rely on O'Reilly's.

Lauren is the BEST...I came in as a disgruntled Jeep owner in just getting back my Jeep from dealership after 2 1/2 weeks with a BAD battery...She put in my new battery and patiently listened to me rant. She was professional and customer service was top notch. Give Lauren a RAISE!!!! Thank you and God Bless

Hunter, the store associate, here is amazing. He knows so much and is incredibly helpful. I came in with my back up camera and music system not working and he fixed the loose fuse, he easily could have lied and said I needed a new one but instead he went above and beyond to help me.

We live in Madison Florida and needed parts for our generator. We asked about a generator and the young man working there said yes they had some. The problem was we were in a small car and the trunk was to small. He tried everything to try to get it into the car. A man offered to follow us and bring it in his truck.

These guys need to be trained in Customer Service. We had a battery emergency and were able to arrive 10 min before they close. We ran into the store to purchase the battery and requested assistance to replace it since we did not have the tools. The attendance said they could not because they were going to close in 5 min. We kind of understood but then I saw the three guys just standing there waiting to clock out. Just hanging out inside the store.

I love the convince of the store near me. With just coming out of the big Covic19 issues I try to support local businesses. I'm sure they can use all the help they can get. But it's a 2 way street hire competent people and always look for opportunities to improve their skills. In my opinion the person waiting on me was in desperate need of training and a little common sense. I think if the computer screen went blank they definitely would have to go home. Prices were almost double of a major competitor. And that competitor will always get my future business. And I asked all my friends to stand with me and boycott all of your stores. As I tried to explain my concerns I was basically shown the door. Good luck staying in business where customers don't matter.

Was suppose to hold a part for me, didnt. Then was told the part was in Madison Florida almost an hour away. I asked if they could ATLEAST call and ask the store down there to hold the part until I got there I was headed straight there. The lady assisting me said that would be no problem at all. I drive all the way there and was told not only did no one call but they just sold the last part in there inventory. Will never use O'Reilly again. Was a regular customer until now.

My husband called to inquire about a part but was unsure of the exact names of some of the smaller parts and asked the guy to explain what that part looked like and then guy gets real rude about some of the terms and is like " Oh, you do know ...) at one point asks if this is a joke. My husband is 67 years old, a vet, and a little hard of hearing. The guy needs to learn some respect.

Yesterday I was needing a fuel pump for my Buick. After going through them no , but we can have it tomorrow afternoon. But I found it at the Lake Park store. The gentleman there helped me to make sure that it was the correct one that I needed. Very good store and will do my bussiness with them.

Great parts source! Employee very helpful cross referencing part numbers! All employees wearing face coverings and maintaining acceptable distances, would not allow customers into store without mask!

Don t come here if you don t know what you re getting. I came to get an oil filter yesterday and had my oil changed and my husband felt like they gave us the wrong oil filter but the employee insisted it was the right one, fast forward to today.. my car is about to blow up because we were given the wrong filter and when we came back to confront them about it they still charged us for a new filter. This shows they ll truly hire just anyone and put them on a register without no true experience or knowledge.

Inventory was low and the employee didnt know how to install a light bulb for me. Advanced Auto Parts is still my go to. Plus, everything is ridiculously priced. Can get the same quality for much cheaper at Advanced Auto Parts.

The store was clean organized and the employees very helpful. Some even had a sense of humor which added a bit of charm to an otherwise tedious venture.I highly recommend this auto parts store.

Wish they had parts for my car, an 02 Mustang V6. Seems no one but the dealership carries parts for it. Other than that the employees are great. Esp. Ashley.

Kind service but did not have the part i needed so I had to use a different auto parts store. I recommend on stocking stores with common parts. None of the store in a 100 mile radius had the part I need and it is a common part.
