I travel constantly for business. My fifth wheel is both home and office for my wife and me. We are almost never in the same place for more than a week, so it is almost impossible to get into an RV facility when we need a repair. For these reasons we usually utilize mobile RV techs. While in Valdosta, GA recently my 12 gallon Gas / Electric water heater sprang a leak. I called the RV facilities in the area and only one of them would send out a tech. Theirs was the most expensive quote by far. Two of the facilities that could not help me recommended Gene at Family Time Mobile Repair and Service. I found he also had great on line reviews.I have used many mobile service techs over the years, but have seldom found one like Gene. Though his schedule was full, he made room to squeeze us in. He was responsive to all communications (phone or text) and was even willing to talk to me after hours. He was able to order the correct replacement water heater, and even though the shipping company was late in getting the part to Gene, (two days) he came early in the morning on the day we needed to leave, and with his assistant, Jamie, installed the new water heater in a short time. They were friendly, organized, honest, hard working, and informative. He had excellent attention to detail and invited me to inspect his work. He did his due diligence in his post installation testing. He was fair in is pricing, and flexible in his payment options.I would highly recommend Gene and his company for any type of RV repairs or service you might need.

Wow!!!! I didn t know that this kind of work ethic and integrity still existed!! If you need an RV repair of any kind, Gene and crew will take care of anything on a RV!! What a pleasant experience, and they know campers!!! They also kept everything clean as they worked and cleaned everything before they left!!! Gene & Jamie were our techs. From the very first phone call, to the completion of the repair, COMPLETE satisfaction. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. They made the extra effort to show us what the trouble was and how it was going to be repaired. They went above and beyond to be clean and to make sure we had no other troubles. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!!

We recently had water damage to our small camper due to leakage around the window in the slide-out. The 3 walls of the slide-out and the surrounding main wall were affected. Family Time Mobile RV Repair gave us the best repair estimate so we went with them. They gave us options and explained in detail what would be done to make sure we would be happy.They went out of their way, going as far Lake City, FL, to search and locate wall panels that would best match or at least complement the existing color. They sent us photos of what was available so that we could choose ourselves. While they worked on the camper, the temps got below freezing so they winterized it with anti-freeze to prevent damage.In the end we were very happy with the final result. They caulked and leak-tested the window and thoroughly sealed the exterior trim of the slide-out. They removed the water stains on the vinyl floor and even washed the exterior! And because I had commented about my emergency brake-away cable dragging on the ground, they replaced it with a coiled version at no cost. We highly recommend them!

Super impressed with the equipment and technical abilities of the whole team. I know my RV situation wasn t a dream job for these guys. Nobody was retiring off this job. It was a headache after headache. But by honor or integrity alone they stuck it out and got us squared away in time for hour honeymoon trip.As a small business owner myself I really appreciate the effort these guys provided. It s not easy to get good work at an affordable rate these days.Biggest things for me is honesty and effort. I got both.

On the way back to Georgia from Florida, one of my jacks was leaking hydraulic fluid. After stopping for the night at Eagle s Roost campground in Lake Park, Georgia, just south of Valdosta, I found a faulty hydraulic hose.After looking on line and weeding through reviews, I called Family Time Mobile RV Repair.I spoke with the owner, Gene, and he mentioned that he was overbooked for the next day BUT he would do everything in his power to find me someone to come out in the morning. He called back at 8:30pm to let me know he could not find anyone. He said he would be there himself first thing in the morning BEFORE he started his already overbooked day! He came, diagnosed the situation, ordered some parts, and came back in the afternoon to complete the job and get me back on the road!I will continually recommend him and his crew, and definitely use them again if I m in the area.I could only give 5 stars because there is not an option for 10

I ve never experienced such genuine humanity before Gene helped me with my car. I popped my tire on the way to Arkansas and my trip wouldn t have happened if Gene didn t help us out of the kindness of his heart. My tire was changed in an instant and Gene made sure we made it to an air pump safely after checking all the places around for us. There are truly not enough words I could use to thank him and to say his company deserves all the greatness in the world. If there s a company I will spend forever spreading a great word about, it s this one.Service: Tires

When they 1st came out they were great and would have given a 5 star. They came out on Aug 11th and was putting in the claim and then would be back. They were going to come out and do our roof and caulk the sides on Monday. Never came or heard back we called and finally said they'd do everything once they got the ac and gear for the slides. Never heardanything kept calling and calling nothing. Finally got hold of them and couldn't find the ac. Thought they'd come and do the other stuff it's now Nov and we are leaving still nothing

They were awesome. Showed up to my work and upgraded our old unit with a new and did a retro-fit to make our old duct work better. Will definitely be calling them again if I ever need them. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a blowout on the side of 75 traveling from Florida to Georgia. We had no way to jack up our heavy 5th wheel so called around. We found Family Time Mobile Repair only 11 miles away. We called and Gene said he was not able to help us but referred us to Fussell Tire. Told us they were good people and gave me their number. Can't thank him enough! Good people helping people. Thank you Gene for the referral! 5 star service!
