Had my water Pump go bad went to them for service l was out before l knew it. Good service reasonable prices. Mechanic top notch. Definitely recommend. Comfortable waiting are with refreshments.

We recently moved to Lagrange and had to find a reliable mechanic for my Mini Cooper. Well, not only is the staff reliable, but they are an absolute delight to work with. The prices are quite fair and the work is outstanding. My only issue is that sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment because they are so in demand. I don t trust my Mini to anyone but the fellas at Quality Import Automotive.

My husband came to me and expressed how this place (Quality Muffler) had provided a really good customer service. Not only did this shop fix his pipes in a timely manner but inform him on what was causing his truck to rattle and squeak. After trying to figure it out month after month and one shop after another. He even recommended where to go because their shop doesn't provide those services. Thanks to this place for giving my husband a great experience, you will be seeing us again.

These guys are always there when I , a friend , family member or even a stranger is in need of quality repairs. Professionalism is first and foremost when it comes to helping others. The crew always is honest with the right answers, if its a service they dont offer then they have working relations with the shops that do. My Audi started having serious issues, took it to Quality Import Auto and they diagnosed the issue (cylinders not firing properly) and coordinated the towing up to the Atlanta dealership since they couldn t perform that level of engine work there. When we traded in for a Toyota, we had them do a third-party inspection on the car. Overall very pleased with the helpful and pleasant customer service, quality work, and affordable pricing. Was even able to work remotely in their waiting room while I waited!

I went to Quality Import to get an inspection on my suspension. First let me say, the waiting area is about the most comfortable and clean area I haveever been in. Very good customer service and the wait time was not long. They diagnosed the problem and will return for replacement pump. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the building. All of the employees were professionally dressed and treated me with the highest respect. The building was very well maintained and clean as a whistle. These guys did an awesome job with my repairs and the price was honestly less than I had expected. They have definitely moved to the top of my list in local auto repair. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Thanks.

My car quit running out of town on a business meeting. They made every effort to have my BMW running the next day so I wouldnt have to pay for another night in Hotel. Ordered part immediately, great service and great price. Definitely went the extra mile to help. Great People!

Nice, clean shop, wonderful Decor in the waiting area which was spacious and roomy, with a TV. The staff was very understanding of my particular desire in a custom exhaust system which would be legal but yet have a very desirable sound. I could not be any more pleased and have gotten several compliments on the sound of my vehicle. They are my go-to exhaust service. It is my understanding that they are a full-service shop primarily geared towards European Vehicles however I have a Ford and I tend to fix it myself. I had a wonderful experience with them and highly recommend them.

Took my BMW in yesterday because the heater/air would not work. These guys were GREAT! The mechanics were so nice and answered all my questions about the vehicle. They checked for a leak I was concerned about, replaced the blown fuse for the heater and charged a fair price for the repairs. Honest and Knowledgeable! Great customer service! I will definitely have my car repaired here again!

Will charge you for nothing. Had service done a few days before coming here, was referred here to save time to finish maintenance check, tried to offer more services I did not need just to make extra money thinking I was naive. Had the catalytic converter replaced on my kid s Kia. Quality charged about 1/3 of what the dealer quoted (nearly the value of the car at the time last year). There was a small spot on the weld that left a hole in the exhaust. I called them, brought it in and the fixed it while we waited.Highly recommend themService: Exhaust

These guys are absolutely the best in the state of Georgia! If you are looking for honest mechanics, then definitely stop by quality muffler and have Ron, Bryan, and Andy take care of your vehicles. Bryan definitely goes above and beyond his call of duty. A+ in customer service and the quality of his work is impeccable. This is the only place I will ever trust to work on any vehicle I ever own. Great job guys, keep up the outstanding work.

I put my 2006 BMW 750i in there for the antifreeze flushing thermostat replacement.I asked them to do a dynastic test on it and they found out that the person who put my plugs and coils in didn't put them in properly.They corrected it and didn't charge me that much at all.

Took my car to this place they did some exhaust work and come to find out they did some welding with the battery plug up it blew some fuses and also to the tag bolt out cause some problems to my car and over charge me for labor.
