Just got a cold air intake and back seat delete. Looks amazing! I've never been disappointed with the quality of work or the knowledgeable staff. Everything is always right, and if not they'll fix it immediately.

I recently posted a review of this dealership relative to their partnership with UWA and Chrysler corporation. While Chrysler is still yet to respond, Mike Patton stepped up in a big way to ensure that my problem was resolved. Jeff, Kevin, and Josh in the service department took complete responsibility and provided a remedy with an OEM part that appears to have made my Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited run like new. They took a very poor customer service situation and turned it in to a scenario where I will likely be purchasing my next vehicle from their team. Thanks again

I want to give a huge shout out to Bryson Hawks for my recent purchase. Bryson kept in touch with me throughout the process and made me feel like part of the family. I needed a minor repair for an elusive, intermittent error message and Brian Smith was fantastic. He walked me through the whole diagnostics process and, to be honest, he went above and beyond the call of duty to trouble shoot and fix the problem. If you are in need of service I highly recommend Brian!

Originally took my Ram to a dealer in Newnan that had absolutely horrible customer service. Reached out to Mike Patton and Hollie in the service department helped me out and made sure my truck was good to go. This will be my new home dealer for any service needs on my truck and it s well worth the drive to know my truck is in good hands with this dealer. If you re looking for a dealer to buy a truck from or get serviced, look no further

I just purchased the Jeep Mohave from Mike Patton Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and could not be happier with the service, honesty and fairness. They gave me an EXCELLENT value on my trade-in (2015 Jeep Rubicon), and my salesman Tony, provided me with all the information and help that I needed to make the deal work. Dave and Gabby made my wife and I confident that we made the best choice in buying from Mike Patton. My only regret is not wearing my glasses when I took the survey. They deserved the highest scores!

Mark Cardinal was my sales consultant and he was amazing with the entire process from initial contact to the drive off the lot. He really went above and beyond to help me.I had contacted another dealer in Mississippi about a used Ram 2500 they had for sale and it was sold over the weekend before I could really get anywhere with it. Sunday I looked at a used Ram 1500 at a dealership near me while the dealership was closed. I submitted an info request on their website and received a call within an hour, then talked to a sales person Monday morning and expressed my desire to buy it after work. They had sold the truck to someone else by lunch.My wife and I quickly look around online for another dealership and came across Mike Patton. My wife went there first since by the time I got off work and the hour time difference, they would be closed for the day. Mark heard about the two other trucks sold out from under us at the other dealers and by the time I got there they were signing papers to borrow the vehicle for an extended test drive. We went back the next day after work again and completed the purchase.

If you re looking for a new ride, I highly recommend you go see Mark Cardinal at Mike Patton CDJR. Mark reached out to me and we talked on the phone a few times and sent some text messages after I found this truck on their website. I made an appointment once financing was done. No exaggeration, my appointment was at 1100am and I was driving off the lot in my truck at 1130am. Steve the finance manager had nearly everything digitally ready to sign. These two guys were on top of everything. It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

After having a horrible experience with the Dealership in Newnan though I would give this one a try and i am glad i did the service department is top notch and Hollie was super helpful definitely my place for my services going forward.
