My shopping experience with Kimberly was efficient and succinct! She was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the purchasing process. Although I wasn't too thrilled about the hit and run that led to me purchasing a new vehicle, Kimberly and Josh made the process painless. Plus the Honda reliability, warranty, and service package give me great peace of mind about my purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing a car for my 17 year old son at Mike Patton Honda of LaGrange, Ga. I searched online and found the car I was looking for at their dealership. (2020 Honda Civic)When I arrived and walked in the door, the first person I saw was Kimberly Parker-Milner. She greeted me with a smile and answered every question I had. She was patient and very helpful. Within a short amount of time, I was finalizing my car purchase. She was an absolute joy, and made my car buying experience one to remember.

I had a great experience working with Hannah when buying my car. I was her first ever sale, and she handled it so well. She is very sweet and professional, and she made me feel good about my purchase. She even texts me from time to time to wish me happy holidays, and to give me offers and updates about the dealership. She's so nice and friendly. 10/10 customer service, and 20/10 employee!! She definitely goes above and beyond and deserves all the praise one can give.

My husband and I worked with Hannah Porat, and she was absolutely amazing. Helped us from start to finish with getting his custom truck ordered and Kept us up-to-date on everything happening with us. Easy smooth experience ! Kim and the crew made sure I was taken care of with the least effort on my side! This was important because I live 40 minutes away and own my own business , they did all they could over the phone and with docusign , Kim even brought me my brand new 2024 Honda and took my trade in ( Whitch I got top dollar for!) back so I didn t have to reschedule my Clients! We were shopping around in Atlanta for an Odyssey, and getting jerked around. Mike patten went $1000 under our best offer in Atlanta without the hassle. Definitely worth the drive, and Kim was positive and great to work with.

My husband and I purchased a Explorer ST. from Mike Patton and our salesperson was Hannah Porat, she made the buying experience amazing, she was very helpful in every way, she was even able to find a discount that we weren't even aware existed. After the sale Hannah has been in contact with us many times to make sure we are happy with our vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable sales experience. I submitted a request for a special order for the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor in December on a whim not expecting to have my order received by the dealership. With most speciality vehicles, it seems nearly impossible to get an allocation on a whim , and the staff at Mike Patton Ford went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get an order created and submitted.Sales Team: I strongly recommend Hannah Porat if you re in the market for a new Ford. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she will go above and beyond during every step of the sale. I continuously received updates from Hannah without any prompts, and she was so patient with my wife and me while we were waiting for my truck to arrive.Finance Team: Sean was phenomenal! Usually I hate the entire process of signing all the required documentation to finalize a new sale. During this process, you re usually heavily pressured into adding a plethora of options to increase your monthly payments tenfold, but Sean never pushed the boundaries and made the process quick, efficient, and stress free!Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team over at Mike Patton Ford. Their no pressure sales approach, values, along with their fair pricing made the entire process of ordering a custom speciality vehicle an absolute breeze!
