Driving from auburn to atl, stranded on the side of the road as my car started to shake on the highway. I called at least five other locations and said they were unable to help me until I reached Ben, upon chatting on the phone making sure I was safe first, he had a hunch as to what the issue could be And sure enough he was right. He was able to get the parts and get me in and out super quick. Accompanied with great conversation! I couldn t recommend him enough, I wish I lived in Lagrange, so that way I could see him for all of my automotive issues. Thank you so much.

I called about a pre purchase car inspection and it was immediately obvious that they care about their customers and are genuinely kind. The service they offered to perform was also better than the dealership I spoke to about the same issue. You will not find this level of quality customer service at any dealership!

Ben was a lifesaver today when our college son broke down down the road from his shop and didn t know who to call. He came to his rescue and even took time out of his busy day just talking with my son and getting to know him after he couldn t get his hands on the part needed to get the vehicle back on the road today. We got there a couple hours later and he was very friendly and welcoming and bragged on our son s demeanor and said he was a great guy! When I said I wasn t even sure why my son took that route to his destination - he said God sent him this way . Amen to that! I highly recommend this shop and Ben if you need any auto repairs. My son informed us he was very knowledgeable about vehicles on top of being an amazing guy. There are good people in this world and Ben is for sure one of them. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area needing automotive work done!! I pray God continues to bless Ben and his family as well as his business!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I highly recommend Lagrange Automotive. Ben was able to get me in same-day and had very reasonable prices. He is not only a knowledgeable, experienced mechanic, but also a kind, honest man. As a female going alone to get my car fixed, I always worry about getting taken advantage of. Without a doubt, this is the best automotive place in Lagrange and potentially the best in Georgia. Ben was amazing, called him up, quickly diagnosed the problem together and was available to get us back up and running. We were on a road-trip from Mexico and he was truly a godsend helping us out. Showed me what the problem was when he had the car up, and even informing me a thing or two about the car. If you re ever in need of car repair have no doubt in calling up Ben!

Excellent. We came to wolf Lodge for vacation and are tire became flat out of nowhere . He is the only mechanic that would help us because of the Christmas holiday and wouldn't take any payment just said Merry Christmas . What a wonderful man thank you so much from the Bohdal family.

Such a great experience. Ben is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable. Very fast and high quality job. Would recommend him for any mechanical project. Excellent value as well, much cheaper than the competitors and treats customers very well and friendly.

One the nicest customer service experiences I ve had. Service was affordable, fast, and well done. If you need work done, Ben is the man you need. They will definitely be my go to for any and all repairs.
