Broke down 50 miles outside of Atlanta on I-85. They really came in handy. Sent Calvin my GPS coordinates, and they sent a truck to my location in less than 15 minutes, Zack was professional and courteous when he hitched my car. they re really honest, would recommend to anybody who is in a jam.

I needed my SUV towed from Lake City, GA to Lagrange, GA and wasn't sure who to call. I was a little nervous but after reading reviews for Extreme Towing I decided to give them a call and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Mr. Calvin was extremely nice and professional. IAAI was a little busy but he waited patiently, and even gave me a jump off when my battery died. Overall, hands-down the best experience I've had with a tow truck company!! I 1000% recommend this company!!

By far the best !! Very prompt and courteous, we had to have our truck towed from Lagrange to Pine Mountain. I can not say enough good about this company and our driver!! Thank you for your help in a very stressful situation, I highly recommend them and I ve saved their number for future use and recommendations to anyone !!

This company came out and towed us to a tire shop after we had two flat tires on the interstate. They responded quickly when my insurance company could not find anyone to tow us under our policy. Friendly and fair price.

Car wouldn t start, battery? Called Extreme Auto & Towing. They responded immediately. Verified battery. Jumped auto & followed to shop. New battery installed in less than 50 minutes from original call. In fact, verified battery still under warranty ( with 1 month to spare).Trustworthy & efficient.Thank you Calvin, Courtney & Chris.

If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Matthew absolutely saved the day and took care of my family last week. My wife, 6 month old son and I were stranded on the side of the highway for 2 hours waiting for insurance to find a tow. We were on a road trip with about 4.5 hours left when my alternator died. We finally decidedly to call a tow ourselves. Matthew showed up to take us to the nearest pep boys within 20 minutes, but they were about to close and that meant we had to stay at a hotel in a pretty rural and unfamiliar area to us. Matthew asked a few questions and we found out he himself is a mechanic. He offered to stay late and install a new alternator for us for a fair price. He had us back on the road in an hour and we are just beyond grateful. He treated family like he would his own and as a father of an infant, I couldn t be more grateful to him for helping my family get back in the road safely that day. I just cannot say enough about this positive experience and I will definitely be paying it forward. Faith in humanity restored!

I pulled over on the side of the highway to grab instructions and got stuck in the mud at night. I called and he came right away, pulled me out and I was on the road in 10 minutes. Very professional and friendly

Calvin is a devoted business owner who truly cares about his customers and provides amazing service. My insurance company had me wait three hours for a tow truck. After Calvin heard of my situation, he responded within minutes. He even offered to pick up snacks and water since I was out there for so long. He went above and beyond and began to troubleshoot my car and give me recommendations on what he would suggest to do to fix the car in the most timely and cost friendly way.He was the only one working this night because he let all of his other employees be at home with their loved ones for Valentines Day. He offered to drive me to his shop and troubleshooted my battery and alternator real quick. Ultimately I had to decide to bring my car to a dealership closer to where I live so that I can get the car in the morning the next day, otherwise I definitely would have left my car with Calvin to get it fixed! Ten out of ten would recommend to a friend. I have used Calvin multiple times for all my vehicles at this point. I m not even sure I ve listed all the things he s looked at and fixed or replaced. The most recent being the alternator and battery replacement. He s amazing. He s honest, his crew is awesome, they get you in and out, and as a female who knows absolutely ZERO about cars (I actually did learn today where my hood button was today!) I never feel like I m taken advantage of. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our car started overheating on our way home to Mobile. It was 730pm. We got a room for the night and these guys got us fixed up the next morning and back on the road again with a new radiator. Can t thank them enough. They even gave me a ride back to the hotel after dropping the car off. Thanks again!

Calvin was very nice and offered to tow my daughter from LaGrange, GA back to Auburn University. He was very nice, professional and called me back when he was on his way. I am in Maryland and he was the only one willing to help my daughter who's car broke down on Route 85 on her way back to the University from Atlanta Airport. We have AAA and they didn't even help her. Call them, they are awesome!Service: Special vehicle towing

The staff is very professional and fast! I needed my tire changed and needed 2 lugs and they ordered them and put it on for me. I recommend this business!! The price was very reasonable also. If I'm ever in the neighborhood and need help I will mostly definitely call Extreme Auto!

My wife had a fuel filter emergency on a long trip where fuel was spraying all over the engine bay. in a matter of hours this shop was able to get her in, fixed and back on the road where the dealers and other shops in the area were booked through the next several days.The price was absolutely fair, work was complete and error free. Staff/people were cordial and accommodating for my wife which I truly do appreciate. They are on my recommended list for travelling through GA on I 85.Service: Auto maintenance

I was broken down off I85 for nearly 3 hours waiting for AAA to help me in 29 degree weather. Upon calling Calvin with Extreme Auto and Truck Repair, he made his way to me very quickly. The people with this business made a clear impression that they truly care about helping the people that call. They went above and beyond to ensure my safety and help me find a place to stay. On top of that, my vehicle was fixed and ready to go the next afternoon! As a law enforcement officer in Florida, I can honestly say these people are good people. My Sienna wouldn t start after fueling in LaGrange. A local sheriff recommended towing to Calvin at Extreme Automotive and I m so glad I did. They diagnosed the problem(starter), secured the part, and had me back on the road same day. Thank you, thank you, thank you

My car was impounded in their lot, they took extremely good care of my vehicle, and rolled my windows up before the rainstorm that night. They also helped fix my brake light and did it for free! The reason why I only gave a four-star rating was because of the pricing. They did very good work and finished the job when promised. I was told that the labor would be anywhere between $150 and $175 turns out that the labor actually came out to $225.Also they did not inform me that since I used a credit card that there was going to be a credit card service fee of an additional 3% on top of my bill. My bill was supposed to be between $500 and $600 turns out to be that my bill came out $656.32 they said the part that was ordered did not come with gaskets and did not inform me of the additional charges.Other than that they do good work but it it would be better to inform the consumer of additional charges when they received all the parts. Also lack of communication is also a factor.They never called to give me an approximate time or how much the bill would actually come out to. For the future I suggest letting consumers / customers know and not letting it become a surprise on the final bill. Thanks for the work.I am not disputing the bill and I understand the additional charges I just wished I was told before hand. Not at the time payment was due. A phone call to the customer would have been nice.

My trucks carrier bearing went out, I called Extreme and they said it's better not to drive it so their wrecker came and picked it up, the young man driving the wrecker was very nice andl polite. The following evening they called and said the truck was ready. I went and picked it up. On the way home the truck started skipping. When I got home I called Extreme and they said bring it back the next morning which I did. They began running diagnostics and changed out some parts (at no cost to me as it was not the problem). After several frustrating days for them they were able to find an older diagnostic machine, my truck is 19 years old, and it told them it was a bad wire. They replaced it and my truck is running like new again!!Bottom line is they never gave up, as frustrating as i am sure it was for them, and they did Not just throw parts at it giving me a bill I couldn't afford and a truck that was still not fixed. They worked long and hard to find the problem and did not price gouge me. They were polite, kind and treated me with respect....like things used to be . I am So very appreciative of their fairness and good work!! It is so refreshing to find a shop that a lady can take her vehicle to when she has a problem and not worry about being taken advantage of. My sister, her granddaughter, and I were stranded on the I85 freeway due to a loose rear wheel. Matt picked us up at 9:30 pm within 25 minutes of calling, made sure he had room in the tow truck for all three of us, took us to our hotel, and towed our car to the shop. The parts needed were purchased and all repairs completed by 9:00 am the next morning! Excellent and courteous service overall - highly recommended!!Services: Tires, Car towing

Calvin and his amazing crew go above and beyond for the fleet of trucks that we have for Comfort Ride here in Columbus, GA. The quality of work that they put in, and the timely fashion in which they get us trucks back is beyond anything we've had before. Whether it is a major issue that comes up, or basic vehicle maintenance, we cannot ask for anyone better than Extreme Auto and Truck Repair. They are absolutely the best at what they do, and just a great set of people. Would recommend them 10,000 times over.

I was stranded on the highway with my truck and my horse in tow. Even though it was almost after hours, this incredible company came to my rescue! Highly recommend! Very kind, courteous and fairly priced. Definitely one of the few Good Samaritans left in the auto industry! Calvin is a good hearted person. I was leaving Georgia and heading back to Florida. I was driving my husbands truck and ran over something. He was the only service that would help and friendly and reasonably priced. He s an honest man.Please keep in mind this was today Christmas 2021. He took time from his family to help me. I will forever be grateful to him and his family. Thank you Calvin! Merry Christmas!
