I was amazed by the professionalism of my whole experience. My vehicle was properly diagnosed, and when it came to repairing my truck, the Tech, Paul went above and beyond to source me the needed parts and install them. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it had been detailed, along with all of my fluids being topped off. I was also made aware of minor issues that would need to be taken care of soon. I will definitely use eTech Auto Works for all my future automotive needs.

Paul is absolutely the BEST. Phenomenal customer service and communication throughout the process. The definition of integrity should have a photo of Paul and his website. I can t recommend enough.

Had an awesome experience while getting my dsg transmission serviced on my Volkswagen tdi !! Hard to find people to work on these Etech knocked it out of the park with their prompt and friendly service.
