Great staff. Website allowed me to know they had my part in stock when Advance Auto showed they didn't. Loaner tool was helpful (although it had 13mm and 15mm but the kit doesn't even come with a 14mm which I needed!).

Mr Jeffrey Vassar was a Godsend to me and my family this past weekend! In town from Atlanta, my car quickly went out while 1 mile away at a baseball tournament. Mr Vassar took ownership and went above and beyond to ensure we had the accurate parts and stayed after his shift to see that they were installed properly. He saved the day and won MVP ! While he looked over the car, several people stopped to tell me Mr. Vassar was indeed the right person. My husband and I are truly grateful! Give him a raise! Mrs. White

I highly recommend shopping at the Lagrange store!! The store manager is so kind and helpful, along with the entire staff! I was greeted with a friendly smile and immediately assisted with help!! I ve been getting all my car parts from autozone for a while now and this store is by far the best!! Keep it up Autozone!!

Extremely terrible service. Employees straight up lied and giggled infornt of me. I bought a $130 headlight bulb and they won't help install it. Other Autozone usually does.

I'm handicapped and had a friend replace my front brakes. So the friend went in to handle my order of parts I made earlier on line. Everything went pretty quickly considering how busy they were on Sunday. While I was there I figured I should have my battery tested. No surprise to me it was very bad. The battery was around five years old. So at the same time I had AutoZone replace it. We couldn't have been there for more than 25 minutes. Great service!

I wish there were 0 stars because that's what Auto Zone deserves!! One guy in particular was very rude to me, was not helpful at all!! Another worker informed me that the hateful guys name was Brian, not sure! I had previously been there the same day to get my car tested because my engine light came on. A different guy that was much nicer tested it and he printed out what I needed. I go back to purchase the part and that's when the "rude" guy didn't seem to want to help me! He acted like I should know what part i needed. I'm a female...I know nothing about car parts!! I understand they are not certified mechanics, but the point is.... he didn't have to be so hateful to me! Very. poor. customer. service!!! I went somewhere else where they were willing to help me that was more friendly & knowledgeable & with much better customer service!I will never deal with Autozone again for anything! They need better customer service skills!ZERO 'S

Amazing help, came in with no knowledge of how to put the coolant in my car (water mixture), with my engine smoking. An employee Zach helped me right away. My car was set and ready to go just in time, and I was able to get to my destination safely. Great service!

Was not very happy at autozone today. When i purchase something with my bank card i should not have to have a reciept to return it!.....but they put it back on my bank card instead of giving me cash. Too much hassle to deal with, ill just go somewhere else from now on.

Very good auto parts store for quick fixes and parts needed. I always find whatever I need for my cars and I can change myself. The store staff is always nice and helpful. They do offer charging system test and help with battery replacement.

Horrible service!!!! The manager is the worse! She always has a bad attitude and over talks you when you re trying to tell them what you re looking for. You can forget service over the phone as every time you call they say please hold and never come back. I ordered a part this morning and have been placed on hold 4 times while they check if it s there and not once have they came back to the phone. 38 minutes to confirm a part is in is just unacceptable!!!!!!

Autozone has everything you will need for your vehicle. If they don't have it, they will find it for you or have it ordered. If you have a bad battery, they will check it for you in the parking lot & even replace it for you, if needed. Or if you need to borrow some tools to fix something on your car/truck, whatever, you only need to ask and they will provide it. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to get wiper blades. I took the blades I picked to the register and the guy at the register asked if I was sure of the connector type. I wasn't, so he went out with me to check. He not only kept rm from purchasing the wrong type, but put the correct ones on for me.

The workers that helped me were great tried doing help me with my battery and see what was wrong with it and even called in advance to see if they could install a battery. once i got there and looked at batteries and seeing which one i needed the manager and another lady told the guys that were helping me they couldn't install it even if they had the battery i needed .

Called about a electric rail mount fuel pump yesterday. After being on hold for 26 minutes to be hung up on and called back being put on hold again luckily 12 minutes. Guy picks up, would not give his name, told him what I was looking for along with the part number from the autozone website, asked if he had it in stock. He kept telling about a pump i never asked for and I asked him where they metal or plastic. He said dose it matter! Do you want it or not? Autozone needs to hire folks with experience in auto parts instead of folk who can look stuff up on a computer and be rude! This location is a joke!

Just went here a day ago. They were very polite. One person took me to what I was looking for even though they had already pointed to the aisle. Great customer service!! She asked me a couple of questions to make sure I was fine and all.

Always good service here! I watch these guys every time I come in and they treat everyone so well, answering the phones, giving advice, finding parts, always with a lot of patience, just busy busy. Neat and tidy store too.

I had a headlight out and went in to purchase a bulb. I had no idea what I needed (not much of a car person), so one of the employees came out to my car, checked it himself, found the right bulb, and replaced it for me all in less than 10 minutes. I was impressed with the customer service.

Manager here is by far the worst out of all the autozone stores I ve been to, she s rude, impolite, unprofessional and obnoxious. Always cuts people off while they are talking and she s lazy, plus she won t even show you where the items you are searching for are located. Pos lady

Ordered part on line that's said in stock. Got email part is ready for pick up rode to pick it up got there guy said it's not ready till 3pm...came back at 3.pm told me it didn't come in be there at 7pm came back at 7pm.. was told it didn't get ordered be in the next day.i was not a happy camper.....

Woman that answered the phone needs better customer service training. I work in the maintenance repair field and with customers and I'm master ASE Certified. I was hung up on first time, second time when I called back and said I need to check on a part she said OK and I was put on hold, when she came back and said welcome to Autozone and I said again I need to look up a part she just said Ok.....I said yes a couple of parts actually, again she says OK.... Thinking my phone was cutting out I asked if she could hear me and she said UH YEAH I'M WAITING ON YOU
