AMAZING Service!!! From the front desk, towing, service, all around - excellent job. Complete water pump replacement, belts and thermostat, etc. GREAT prices, extremely fair labor costs. Awesome job all around, back on the road again! -Your new Mississippi friends!

I've been going here for years (even prior to the name change), I recently moved, but I was back in town for an appointment. I got a flat as I was getting into town. I called, told them the issue, and gave them my tire size. When I got there, the tire was ready, and they were waiting on me. The longest part was waiting on AAA to get to me.AAA needs to add A Better Way to their towing contractor list.

I had a poor experience here.Prople try to talk rude and condescending on the phone and they will rip you off.Predatory towing with the police.I am going to make a complaint with the bbb and other bureaus.Life cost to much without a place ripping you off.Save yourself the trouble do not Go here.

Extremely rude on the phone. I had a simple request which did not involve business revenue so the rude lady on the phone hung up on me before I could ask the question. I called back to clarify and she was extremely rude. I will never go here for a car repair and I will tell everyone I know in Lagrange to avoid this business.

So I made an appointment at 9:30 in the morning.the lady told me it shouldn't take no longer than. A couple hours to do an alignment. I understand they are very busy but that's the reason I set up an appointment tell me why it's 3:00 pm and my car still hasn't even been worked on... called twice about how long and process ect. All they could say is just a few more minutes.. very unprofessional and apparently unorganized I feel like u should have been notifies about wait especially since it's been 6 hours

They fixed my car swiftly never had a problem again.friendly and once it's finished doesn't take all day to call you.

I took my BMW here for a simple oil change. After an hour and three minutes of waiting, the owner comes over and says he finally figured out what the problem is. First off, I had no problem when I arrived! After leaving with no oil change and claiming they balanced and rotated my tires in three minutes which is impossible, my car smells of loud fumes, making a loud noise and the check engine light came on. I went back and the owner was so very disrespectful and was not concerned the least bit about my car and denies doing anything to it. I had it towed to BMW and $2200 later, they messed my car up. They are negligent and the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Several employees have gone on my social media and laughed at the fact that my car is messed up and one even messaged me on Facebook stating what the problem is. Hmmm, wonder how she even knew if they didn t touch my car. I will be filing a court case if they refuse to pay for repairs.

Had an unfortunate breakdown on I-85. Whitney was very quick to respond, maintained excellent communication on her ETA and was kind enough to offer a ride to the repair shop too! Fantastic conversation, professional and caring. Highly recommended if you need a tow.

We got a flat while on vacation. Our insurance company recommended Lee s. We were quoted about an hour wait and he got there in maybe thirty minutes. He took care of everything from start to finish. Towed our car to two different tire shops to get us the right tire. Helped make the situation much less stressful.Thanks for the wonderful service!

I actually had a job to do there and every single day they wouldn't answer the phone so I started going over there that you did not answer to let me know what was going on my friend has a car that's inside and we could not get to the car for the insurance claim I don't know what's going on over there I will never use him

My daughter came home from school last minute. I knew she needed an oil change and I wanted her tires rotated and balanced also. Bobby and the other two gentlemen at Lee s Crossing went out of their way to work her car in, despite already having a busy afternoon. They went above and beyond to help us out! I ll definitely give them my business in the future!

Was told to be there between 2 and 3 today. I show up and was pretty much told it be tomorrow before I could get my tires rotated and balanced. I walk in the waiting room was empty then other ppl started walking in I was pushed to aside so they could deal with them. NEVER TAKING MY CAR BACK HERE. I have known you guys all my life .y grandparents my mom and older brother had always had problems with these slums working on their car.

This hands down the best and most honest person I have had the pleasure to meet. I was visiting Lagrange for business and had 2 flat tires. Being 4 hours from home and my husband not with me I was a little overwhelmed. They took great care of me and went above and beyond to help me.

Front desk ladies took me to lunch with them while I waited for my car to be finished!! Everybody I dealt with at the shop was extremely nice. I had a great experience all around and will definitely be going back for any future vehicle issues!

I was in need of a new tire on my vehicle. I wasn't sure where to go when a friend of mine suggested that I try Lee's Crossing Tires and Service. I'm happy that I took her advice. From the time I opened their door, I was met with friendliness and efficiency. I wanted a certain tire for my car and Eric got right to work finding the tire and trying to have it at the store before the store closed. Needless to say, I had my tire on my car and I was on my way very happy. I also want to thank Eddie for helping me to get back to work and picking me up in order to get my car. It's things like this that makes a customer want to return because of their thorough service and caring. Thanks to each of you for helping me this way. I'll be back! Kathryn Neighbors

Locked myself out of my car, contacted insurance who forwarded the service call to Lee's Crossing. The technician arrived on-time and completed the service call quickly while being completely professional and being very careful to ensure no damage to my car.The guy who answered when I called their shop to confirm the service request went through was a bit curt, though.

I have relied on Lee's Crossing Tires and Service for many years now. They are always courteous and helpful. Supporting local businesses is important to me. I've purchased a lot of tires for my families vehicles over the years, and I know that if something isn't right with my vehicle, Lee's Crossing Tires and Service make it right.

My insurance set a tow for me for Lee's crossing. I got a text saying it would take 2 hours to arrive.That was fine because we were having it towed from home to a shop. Well, they call my husband and say there in there way and not even 15 minutes after they call I get another text saying they canceled and I was assigned another tow company. Don't call and say your on your way and then turn around and cancel. 2 hours wasted on them when I could already had tje car tow. Worst service ever.

This place is horrible from A-Z. I mean the service is SUBPAR at best, and god forbid you re not happy with the work. The owner will do everything but the right thing to get you gone and absolutely will NOT refund and as you can see from other reviews, will only try to discredit whatever you say. His name is terry baker and I d be willing to say he s the rudest small business owner that I have ever encountered. Not to mention, I ve spoken with SEVERAL people who have worked for him, that he REFUSED to pay and like the reviews, he would go to great lengths to discredit them as well. Crooks like this should not be allowed to do business if they can t do it right!!

I have been a customer of lee's crossing for many years.Their customer service and quality of work is outstanding. My recent visitwas for a complicated electrical problem.They solved it and had me going again when promised.Good honest people, don't take my cars anywhere else.

I always have the confidence when I bring my Truck in for service that I can trust the mechanics to do quality work and the cost to be more competitive to other service centers in and around LaGrange. Friendly staff and willing to explain and show the reasons for repairs. Great job guys, Keep up the Great work.

My daughter's car was towed from college because she was parked illegally and these people were so nice. People when getting in touch with them be nice to them and they will in turn be nice to you. Be angry either at yourself or your child for parking illegally. Please remember these people are not the reason cars are towed they were just doing their job.

Check the date codes on your "new" tires from this place!!!!!! I bought a set of BFGoodrich All Terrains for Mt Hummer in 2017. The date code on these expensive tires was 2011!! SIX year old tires! It gets better...I just replaced the trailer tires on my car tailer that I had replaced by this place before I moved in 2018. Why? Because the tires they sold me are rotten, they were built in 2005!!!! THIRTEEN YEAR OLD TRAILER TIRES SOLD AS BRAND NEW!!!!!! Crooks, Crooks, Crooks. Wow.And now I read your response .....you sold us tires for years! Highland Marina Resort....Danny Ellrich? The tires you sold me on my truck were also old as hell too. I couldn't remember the date code, so I didn't even bring those tires up in the review. These are facts, date codes on tires don't lie, but apparently you do.

Man at Cashier was rude. Svc Mgr was nice.Just because the Cashier at the front desk is who see's the customers 1st... I am surprised they are still in business. I liked the Svc Mgr, but have no plans to ever go back...I can't tolerate keeping Mr snotty in business. Had 2 tires mounted & front end alignment & they charged $10 in shop supplies....which is fine w/me...if they had given me an itemized bill...but all they gave me is a receipt for the charge on my card...& then got an attitude when I asked for the itemized bill.

Went for a brake job, was quoted for the whole job at one price. When job was finished was charged double. Now two months later at a better shop because steering wheel shakes when I hit the brakes, and my old reliable mechanic states it's because the rotors were installed incorrectly. Would not recommend this business to anyone ever again.

Even though Lee's Crossing Tire and Service blocked me from their facebook page and most likely deleted my review, i took screen shots of it, along with the few comments, most of by me, which stated how Terry Baker Sr, the owner, shorted my check and refused to pay me for the hours I turned bc i quit his shop. If it was company policy or a documented agreement, i wouldnt be so furious about it, but you LITERALLY cant short somebodys check for hours they turned due to personal feelings ESPECIALLY as a business OWNER. Thankfully i learned from a previous experience and either have hard copies of all my R.O.s or photodocumentation.

My truck broke down toward the end of the day. They jumped right on it and took good care of me. The mechanic was awesome. He worked hard, got it fixed in a timely manor and the repair was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Thank you.

I would never recommend this business. They close for vacation so you can't get to your car and then charge you a daily storage fee!!! 911 needs to remove this business from their rotation. Would give them zero stars but then I couldn't post!

My experience at this shop was horrible this time. Went there believing getting warranty on my right rear wheel bearing which was replaced by them about 11 months ago. They said the noise was from the heat shield bent and rattling and it'll be $79 for straightening. Also they asked me if I was aware of the TPMS indicator is on because of the tire pressure sensor was not good and they said the price would be $158.90 and I said go ahead and fix them all. ... The day after I got my car back, the TPMS was back on and went back to them and they did something and I got my car back again. Same day on the way back home the TPMS was back on again.... And I went back to the shop for the same problem 2 more times for the same thing and I asked for refund but the owner wanted to fix it one more time and it seemed fixed. And then I was leaving work, got in my car, started engine, and then Low Tire Pressure sign was on. But drove straight back home from work because the shop was closed, and got back home and found my right rear tire was flat. Sweating, I put my spare tire on..... Next day, Saturday morning, went to Walmart Auto Care Center to fix the flat tire. Received my car back and the invoice was $0 and the reason for flat tire was "Loose Wheel Sensor" and they fixed it for free ... The result was, Lee's Crossing Tire & Service didn't finish the job completely and Walmart finished it......
