The only shop in town that I trust to do any work on our vehicles. He s never done us wrong. If you re looking for someone that does quality work and very reasonably priced, go see them!

I brought my car in, was told after oil change from another place it was head gasket! It was not a gasket thank God. JON spoke with me over phone, very good man, I got in, my daughter car got done and the expense was super affordable, I've been ripped off by other places bad. He is a good man and just like these reviews says is what brought me in. I will recommend coming to Transmission auto! I'm a new member for them. The guys there were very good to talk too. I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with the shop owner John and office manager Rasheed. These are honest very knowledgeable professionals. I paid exactly what I was quoted and left with a 3 year warranty. Also the Transmission Medics gave me the best price (I did get 4 quotes before picking this business) hopefully I won t need any other major work done on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline but if I do they would get my future business. Thank you !

Had such an informative talk with John about my transmission. We were setting up an appointment when he realized my car was still under warranty. He explained to me that I should take it to the dealer and insist they honor the warranty. It was a second hand car and I was not aware the warranty was still good. He actually called the dealer for me. Great person with real patience with an elderly women! I'll recommend this business to everyone I know. He could have taken advantage me and I would never have known cause I stay far away from the dealership, no trust in them at all.Service: Transmission

After having lots of car issues..I got a referral to Transmission Medics which I don't regret bringing it to John the owner who quickly access the problem and fixed my car he explained in detail the issue. I was well pleased with the service and highly recommend TRANSMISSION MEDICS TO EVERYONE...not to mention the cost was very reasonable.

Excellent service. Rasheed provided me with a quote on my repairs. My final bill was less than what I was quoted, and my car was completed within one day. Based on my experience, I will continue to utilize their services. Job well done!

Very grateful for the work these guys did for me. My transmission in my shuttle bus went out driving home to ohio from Florida. Not only were they able to get me in at 430 when they close at 5, but they managed to get my transmission rebuilt a day earlier than expected. They even gave me a ride to and from the hotel i had to stay at while they did the work. Truly shown the southern hospitality people always talk about.

No other shop will treat you with as much respect, or give the attention to your vehicle needs like theses guys. Best prices i ve ever seen. They rebuilt my transmission in just 4 days.

Took my Ford Taurus to them with soft brake pedal had it at 2 other shops that could not fix it. These guys were great found the problem quickly had it fixed and returned within a day. Great shop will be my only shop I will use in the future. Thanks again.

Jon and his crew are incredibly reliable, and accommodating, and did I mention, Mechanical Wizards!!!!! He rebuilt an un used, rat infested, moldy Chevy van to working order! Any additional jobs were attended to with the utmost diligence and efficiency. Jon s care comes through in his mechanical skill. You will be cared for like family!! I recommend highly! Cannot say enough about this shop! Our alternator went out with 1 hour left in a 14 hour drive. It was so aggravating, and hot, and disappointing.But when I called, Rashed answered the phone and everything got better from there. I was able to get a same day repair. They were top notch in every aspect of service I ve never been in Kingsland, GA before but Rashed and the staff made me feel like I belonged there. They went beyond customer service to professional hospitality. They were so honest, helpful, and kind. Can t believe how they turned a bad situation around into a fun memory. Thank you!

I had my car towed in off I95 because my transmission fluid overheated while towing my Airstream. John, the owner, spoke with me on the phone while I was waiting for the tow. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. When I got to his shop, John came out right away and put my car to the front of his work load. Seemed like a busy place. He explained what he thought was wrong and what he was going to do. He did it right away. He did not try to oversell me or recommend a repair I didn t need. He diagnosed the car, topped off the fluid, test drove it and told me to add a cooling fan and have it serviced when I got to my next destination (and to slow down a bit). He was honest and friendly! He even called to check that I had arrived at my destination. Excellent experience!!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

This place saved us!! Our car overheated and we pulled over and they were closing and helped to fix a complicated problem THE SAME DAY to help us go home. They also figured out what the issue 3 other mechanics we went to prior couldn t figure out, which is amazing !! Thank you so much Rashed and team!

Best customer service ever!!! John did a fantastic job explaining what was needed to repair my Mother's car. Service was completed the same day at a reasonable price. Most mechanics would try to hit you over the head with pricing, not this shop. Word of advice to everyone in Camden...this is the perfect place to take your vehicle for needed repairs. Thanks John!!!

We are from Canada and had problems with our converted Ram Promaster Cargo van transmission when we got to the Georgia/ Florida line.I looked at shop reviews online and found Transmission Medics to have excellent ratings.Called and Let John know we were from out of town. He scanned it & found the problem; ordered the part and installed it that same day. John is a very knowledgeable veteran.There was other minor items to be corrected the following day.Our conversion is our home on wheels and John provided us with a space and power for the night. We were off again before noon after all work was done and road tested.I have HIGH praise for John and his mechanics and would recommend them 100% to you.

My experience with this shop will be short and sweet. Because that s how my time there wasI drove in with an engine that was compromised in power and performanceAnd I had 5 more States to goThe owner John came out and handled the issue quickly and expertlyHis lot had lots of trucks s d cars in itBut he gave me some quick friendly attentionHe discovered the vaccum leak and set me on my way with no chargeNice guy and expert guyThe team at the shop all seemed friendlyAnd if I lived in that neck of the woodsThat would be my go to place for repairsHands down

Jon and his crew do great work. I had some part issues with a supplier and Jon worked the issue and got it resolved. Once they received the parts, the clutch was replaced in a day. I downgraded one-star because when I got the vehicle, there was a little bit of grease on my cloth seats. Hey, it happens. Otherwise, great experience and highly recommend. FYI - if you intend to use a credit card, be prepared to pay a 5% surcharge.Service: Transmission

I had called a few transmission shops. L&D wanted 5500 to put a new transmission in. Royalty wanted 9200 for a used transmission that already had 50,000 miles on it. So I called transmission medics. He said 3000.00. John rebuild my transmission and gave me a year warranty. My car has ran great since then. Thanks John and crew for getting my car done before my trip to Pennsylvania

My ABS light came on and I called every person in Kingsland and Jon was the ONLY one who returned my phone call and didn t want to charge me $2-300 just to put my car on the scanner. I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day, Jon communicated with me through out the whole time whilst my car was there. He even checked my breaks out when I explained there was a squeaking noise. Definitely my new go to when I m having car troubles, he didn t make me feel like I was being used or charged me more for what was done 10/10 recommend and 100 percent will be going back to this shop again Definitely recommend and loved the way the guys were such an amazing team thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Jon the Owner was amazing. We called at 9am because our van was leaking transmission fluid...which we had tried to fix on our own but it still was leaking. He said he was able to see us in one hour and take a look to see what the problem was. It took him 5 minutes to figure out the problem. On top of that he is a military veteran and we enjoyed talking to him for over an hour about everything and anything. He ensured us our van would be fixed in the same day and at a fraction of the cost we expected to pay. He kept his word and we are now on our trip again! Thank you Jon!

The best mechanic shop I have ever did business with! Everything they said they delivered. The estimate I was given before the work didn't increase like everyother shop I have ever did business wit. Nor the time they said it would take.. Jon " the owner" made it a point to communicate any concerns throughout the process. I can't stress what an amazing mechanic shop " Transmission medics" is. Thank you guys again for the amazing work u guys do. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Excellent mechanics at this shop they really know how to fix your vehicle ,had me in and out in days with a rebuilt transmission they rebuilt there! John the owner is amazing a Navy veteran who is superbly honest and straight forward. John and his shop were Awesome! My RV broke down, and no one wanted to work on it. John accepted the job, and did a fabulous job. They worked with the 3rd party warranty people, repaired the RV, and even added a powered transmission cooler so we would avoid issues in the future. Jon is an amazing person and very capable mechanic. I have used him for several different vehicles most recently for a complete motor swap which runs flawlessly. His shop stays pretty busy but patience is worth the wait because when you get your car back. It actually works... Small town guy, former navy service and most importantly I count him as a friend.
