I came in today to have my flat tire fixed. They set up realistic expectations of when the vehicle would be done(they were very busy today) and the gentleman that helped was very polite and provided great customer service. My husband and I actually swung in last week because our tires were low on our jeep and they took care of us right away and were super friendly. So when my flat happened on my Mazda a week later my husband wanted me to take it there and I m glad I did. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Great experience. As a newly single mom, not experienced with handling auto stuff, Mr. Don was a kind and knowledgeable help. He kept me assessed in a timely manner as they did their diagnostic, and he was upfront and calm. Very thankful he was there and felt taken care of and appreciated. I will be back.

Don was very informative and helpful in getting my vehicle serviced. He was observant with the service crew in completing all I had asked to be completed. The overall team of guys got my vehicle completed and were extremely cohesive making this a very good experience. I will be back with my other vehicles. Good people, good service, and confident the work and expenses are the best.

I was able to book an appointment on line this morning, they immediately took my vehicle and I was told I needed a new tire due to the location of a screw. Ordered the tire for me, put on my spare and called me early afternoon to notify me that the tire was received. I stopped by and again immediately addressed my needs and put my tire on. Great service all the way around. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My experience with Tire kingdom today was extremely efficient and helpful with my busy work schedule! I called and spoke with Donald this morning after having a tire blowout. They were able to get me in and back on the road in no time. Donald and his staff were very professional and polite when it came to handling my file and getting my vehicle set up for service. The thing I appreciated the most was the proper delivery of wait time. I was told 1 hour and it only took 25 minutes!!! Impressive!!! Will definitely be coming to this location for all tire and break repairs in the future! Thank you Donald and staff!

Above and Beyond!! Don and JJ took great care of my jeep and did so in a timely manner. We dropped off the vehicle in the late afternoon and they were done with it by the close of business the same day. Wow!! 5 stars is not enough to express our gratitude toward these guys

Randomly got a flat tire, they took me in and repaired it without issue or trying to get me to buy a new one unnecessarily, and when I brought up my brake issues they checked them out, gave me great information and again didn't try to upsell me something I don't actually need yet. For a first time customer, I'll definitely be back with any other issues I (hopefully won't) have in the future!

They did a great job on my brakes, and then a few weeks later a great job on my new tires. They had availability the same day for my brakes and were flexible when I had to move my appointment time. They were honest, clear, and forthright about the condition of my brakes I knew they were in really rough shape, but not quite how bad. The gentleman gave a thorough explanation of what was going on and gave me forewarning about other parts that might be affected due to me letting my brakes get to metal on metal (hard whoops). He helped me understand what I was dealing with. I will use that information in order to be more proactive about my brake maintenance in the future, and to plan for which parts I might have trouble with sooner than later. When I ordered my tires a few weeks later they were patient with me again. I haven t ever had to buy tires, and they didn t get mean or snotty despite my lack of knowledge of tires and brakes. We had to work out a few kinks in the final bill for the tires, but they did that without much fuss and I ended up paying what I was verbally quoted. They did ask me if I wanted them to replace my rear wiper (which is also in rough shape) but didn t make me feel pressure when I declined. I appreciate that they did a thorough check of the basics on my car to even notice that the wiper was worn out. The staff working here seem like they get along pretty well and run an efficient shop, this makes me trust their expertise a bit more. They always answer the phone too which is appreciated. Thank you Tire Kingdom Kings Bay Rd. for taking care of my Pathfinder.

Don handle our issues with our lug nuts with great tact and expertise. I was not in the best mood today as well and he even made me smile. The gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and customer-centric. Thank you Don!

Don was fantastic! He was able to get me in with no notice and swap out a tire to get me back on the road in less than a half hour before closing. Definitely come here for your tire needs!

Don was very accommodating they were closing but he got us in and was a complete gentleman. We were passing through on I -95 and picked up a screw in our tire towing our RV. We pulled up they got right on it they could not repair the tire and went and picked up a tire for us and put it on . I totally recommend going there

Amazing experience here with awesome staff!We were driving from Florida to Canada when one of our tires steel belts started separating and the tire was dangerously close to blowing out. We called Tire Kingdom and they had the tire size we needed in stock and told us to head over and they d fit us in and get us back on the road.When we arrived the staff were great and friendly; they took our vehicle in and we went for a some dinner down the road. Shortly after our dinner the tire was replaced and now we re on our way back to Canada!

I initially put a five star review with the promise from these guys that they would give me a discount for an alignment for my truck. Well I finally got my alignment done today. I was talked down to and belittled by one of the service writers because I had done all the mechanical work to my truck and not brought it to them. He said I don t know why you guys do this to yalls trucks, but I didn t build it, I m just trying to fix it . He also scoffed when I told him that I had installed all of my parts myself. I went to school for automotive mechanical engineering. I have put a leveling kit and all of the right parts that go with that. They broke a caster/camber can bolt off, they then wanted to charge me an extra $75 to replace it. They broke it, they can pay for it. It wasn t broke when I brought it to them. They did not replace the cam bolt with a new one. Instead they found one from one of the other tech s vehicle that they had recently replaced their suspension parts on. And as such they gave me no warranty for it. They also lowered my truck to stock height as well causing my tires to rub against my fenders. I specifically installed the leveling kit to put a stop to that issue. I received no discount for my 5 star review so I have decided to rescind it and leave this instead. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My family has brought their vehicles here since I was a child. I will never do business with them ever again. The service writer was completely unprofessional and rude. The tech doesn t seem like he knows what he is doing. Now I have to go behind them and readjust my ride height so my tires quit rubber at the slightest turn. I will never recommend them to anyone ever.

Bought a used car in Jacksonville, needless to say as soon as I got it home the A/C quit working. I was really upset knowing I got taken advantage of just because I was a female. The guys at Tire Kingdom were so nice and helpful, fixed everything and at a very reasonable price. If you're a female and need any automobile work done, go see these guys 1st, they won't do you wrong. The most experienced guys around Camden County.

Great place!! I was traveling and I happened to get a flat tire and I called and they worked on it righg away!! It was a super quick visit in and out! Definitely recommend! Also Donald was super helpful!

Donald and Patrick were amazing. Donald understood that my schedule was hectic and allowed me to leave my busted tire and go run my errands while they got the new one ready to be put back on. Donald also noticed that I wear hearing aids and had a hard time hearing Patrick as he was explaining something. He really made me feel comfortable and at ease while taking extra time to reiterate what Patrick has said in a more quieter setting. Panthers men were extremely helpful as I was super stressed out about the whole blowout ordeal. Thank you guys so much for the service and the time you took to ensure that I heard and understood what was going on. I will be back and I highly recommend tire kingdom in Kingsland ga to anyone.

Don was very professional and honest and was able to get me a great deal on a new tire. I was a walk in and he was able to have it ready within an hour. Would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tires!! Tire Kingdom is my #1 place for tires !!!

I arrived at Tire Kingdom in distress when my battery died on a long trip (in a new-to-me car) with many hours left to go. Don got the battery changed for me in very little time and saved me from another issue with my oil that he didn t charge me for. His kindness and competence really rescued me from a bad situation and I m very grateful. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom!

Donald service advisor was an absolute life saver moving to Florida got a flat in a rental truck he got me in right away no hesitation and got me back on the road. Absolute gentleman I recommend this store 100%
