Arrived on February 5 2024 a very convenient location off of I 95. This is our third time at this KOA, always well maintained, bathrooms were very neat and clean. The office staff were polite and helpful. While we were here we needed some work done to our water system, the on site technician Jeff did an excellent job replacing our fresh water pump. Jeff was very informative telling us everything that he was going to do and answered any questions we had. Jeff is a great asset to this company

Met Jeff today, I needed a new switch for my bathroom fan. I took it apart and asked Jeff if he had one , he said no , but without hesitation, he said give me the old one , he went and got it for me .Not the end , new switch bad , again, without hesitation, he ran got me another, job done . Thank you Jeff , you re awesome. Recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Jeff .

I just got a new to me rig and figured there would be a few kinks to work out before I hit the major roadways. Ken, Amanda, Steve, and Team have done an excellent job servicing several of my needs. We started with a full inspection and servicing of the AC systems of the coach. I knew I already had a water leak but they found a couple of other items that needed to be repaired as well. A lot of mobile techs are not full service but they truly are full service (from electrical, to water systems, to AC, to tires, and even did a wash/detail for me). Ken also did a great job educating me on some of the systems and how they work. They are super responsive. When in a pinch they are there.And last but not least...Amanda that answers the phone and does scheduling is such a delight and so easy to work with. Thank you all.
