This is so unprofessional!!!! I just passed by the repair shop heading from my siblings home and noticed that they left the hood up on my car and it is after their hours of operation. They are supposed to be repairing the ac condenser, radiator, and front bumper. Anyone at this point could take parts from my vehicle. I will be calling my adjuster on tomorrow to request removal of my vehicle from this location. Each night that it has been there, it has been left out and exposed. Very unprofessional. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would.Service: Body & Trim

Had scary catastrophic wheel-bearing failure at 4am near Kingsland (800-miles from home); awesome GA State Policeman called an even more awesome guy (Mike) to tow me off I-95. Russell's wrecker showed up quickly and dragged me back to his shop PRONTO (before opening hours). His shop (Kingsbay Tire & Service) repaired my truck as honorably as Mike's delivery. I agree with others: 6-star rating, if I could.

owner was arrogant and rude. had an appointment for quote to paint three panels on my car. quoted $1700. after i questioned a few things, then quoted $800. l then asked a little bit more about the labor involved and the price, the owner then told me " you know what, I wont even do the work, I can see your going to be a problem". Since when cant a customer, who is paying for a service, not be able to question the provider of the service?Avoid this business at all costs. Owner (who also does the quotes) needs a severe attitude check. PS...having the car done at another shop...no problems whatsoever.

**updated 8/23Had to take a couple trips to fix the leak in the trunk that was caused by 2 small holes in their original body repair job. They were very professional about fixing their mistake and resolved the issue. I'd be willing to due business with them again due to their honesty.Took 5 days longer than their 2 week expected completion date to replace a rear end collision. They left water in the bottom of the trunk where the spare tire is stored. Didn't put a couple bolts and screws in the trunk liner and left a small chip in the tail light. Overall they did a good job with the body work and replacing everything, but mistakes like leaving a puddle of water in the bottom of the trunk makes it not worth doing business with Russell's Collision Center.

Rude and unprofessional. My adjuster emailed the estimate over to them. I called to set up a time to drop off my vehicle. However, before I could explain that the adjuster emailed the estimate. I was cut off in miscommunication and advised that s not how it worked that I would need to schedule to leave for another estimate and pick it up later that day and then schedule a time to stop for repair. Had the owner been customer service oriented and demonstrated a friendly tone. I would have possibly used them. However, given his brash attitude. I ll take my business elsewhere. Honestly he was just rude about it and wouldn t allow me to speak.Also, Mike acted as if he didn t need or want the job that I the paying customer/insurance should accommodate him.

After a semi tire lost a tire and hit my car, I had to have it fixed. They were extremely kind and efficient. My insurance co delayed getting there to assess it, but the body shop had all my parts ready to go when they finally came. They did a great job making it look like new again, and got it done quick. Really friendly people, helpful and understanding. Of course it took longer than expected, due to outsourcing the glass.Jan 2020, almost 2 months later, we are preparing to put our vehicle back in the shop. The rear window was not sealed and unknown to us, every time it rained, water ran down behind the seats, soaking the carpet. This was discovered only because after a week of heavy rain, the carpets became moldy. In addition to the mold and mildew, when the back seat of the truck was emptied we found lots of shattered glass in the seats and on the floor, so the promise given of a detailed cleaning never happened. Perhaps we just didn't get the quality of service most get, but before you leave, make sure the job was done correctly.We have now been advised by our Progressive rep that there are more problems with our truck than 1st thought. The ENTIRE JOB must be redone. Be very careful where you leave your vehicle for repairs.

Horrible professionalism. Had my car for 24 hours. called and still had not even looked at the car. Every time I would speak with the secretary she was very rude and short with us. Refused to give us a timeline as to when he would have a chance to even look at the van. Never apologetic or understanding of the inconvenience in any way.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great guys that went above and beyond! Needed some work done out of pocket and they really came through with price, quality and overall great service. They did more than I ever asked for and couldn t be happier. Recommend 10/10 for anyone who needs paint and body work done.

The painter gentleman was really nice. When I spoke to Mike he acted like he did not have time for my business . They are too busy. If you treat potential customers like that you want be too busy long.

I was very pleased with the service I received in a timely manner. The did an awesome job repairing the damage that was done to my car. They even vacuumed out my car for me which is so nice of them :)

Good place. Someone drove and totaled my car and it was towed here. They were really friendly. Let my ins rep do what they needed to do, let us get everything out of it with no problem and had all ownership release paperwork ready to go. Very friendly.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I was traveling on I95 with my family coming from NY to Fort Myers Florida when a tire blew from a tractor trailer and hit my car head on. Terrifying to say the least, but luckily my husband, child, dog and myself were okay. The car was not okay. The front of the car was smashed in, and the radiator was destroyed as fluid streaming everywhere. The car was not drivable. We were 7 hours from our destination and in the middle of nowhere. Mike Hulett the manager of Russell s Collision and also the owner of A&A Towing not only towed us to the nearest exit, but arrived to pick us up in less than 20 minutes after being called. He took us into Kingsland GA and helped us find a hotel that was nice and would take our dog. He personally went into the hotel to speak to them and explained that we were in a desperate position with a pet. He also took my Maxima and repaired it back to new. He worked with me on day, time, amd pickup of my vehicle knowing we would have to travel 7 hours back to Georgia to get it from South Florida and was more than accommodating. We are very grateful for his hospitality during that very scary night, as well as his excellent service when it came to repairing my vehicle at a very fair price. Whether you need a tow from A&A Towing or need your car repaired at Russell s Collision Center, you are in good hands!

Got involved in a hit a run took my Jeep to them Bec they close to me they fix the door and front fender and all but when I got it back it sounds like something about drop out from under my truck when I turn left they cant tighten bolts back either I decided to look under my truck to see what was going on the some bolts ain't even tighten and now I have all kinds of light on my dash yeah want let them touch my truck againService: Steering & suspension repair
