Called to see if they would be able to replace TPMS sensors that I had already purchased and it was only about 25 dollars more than I was quoted at Discount Tire so I thought I'd give them a shot because they have decent reviews. To their credit the did make sure all the sensors would communicate and were compatible with my car before they started. So after they finished the job they inform me that the 1 sensor wont communicate at all and 2 of them stop working when the car starts driving. I was there the entire time watching this occur, I'd say they spent less than 5 minutes troubleshooting this before they turned the car back over to me. So now I'm out 125 bucks and I'm exactly where I started...but wait, NOW I have a slow leak in my front left tire! They said that's the risk of buying aftermarket sensors. I purchased an 8 dollar TPMS relearn tool on amazon and after about 30 seconds all were communicating and everything was back to normal. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Out over 100 dollars and now have a tire leak....Save yourselves the trouble and go elsewhere.

Brought my truck in for a oil change/ 20,000 mile diesel service. First off the facility looked to be top notch. Nice equipment nice waiting area, seemed to be a good place. The fact that the Ford dealership sent me over there also made it seem solid. After sitting down I looked out the big window to watch the operation here.I sat in the waiting room and watched the technicians hang out and smoke their vapes and shoot the s**t. Then wander around aimlessly. One of the techs sat in the waiting room and talked to a young lady for about 45 min while waiting for her tire patch to dry. As I waited two other customers leave and bring there cars right back for some reason that did not sound good. At this point I am not confident in my decision to come here. After waiting a hour they brought my truck in for service. 30 minutes later I was good to go. Check out was easy and prices were reasonable. No complaints .Three days later .. Oil spots in the camp ground drive way/Rainbow slick in the roads after the rain stopped. Truck only has 18,000 miles should not be leaking anything. I look under the truck and there is oil everywhere. Come to find out the oil filter and drain plug where not tightened all the way. I could see the oil dripping from the drain pain and filter. It was down the entire underbelly of the truck. After tightening everything I opened the hood to add oil and noticed oil rags left in the engine bay. Bottom line is my truck set me back 100,000$ and I could have either lost the engine or had the truck catch fire. I will definitely have a hard time in the future trusting other oil change/service facilities. I don t want tell people not to come here but if you do make sure and double check everything before you leave.Update: 9/24 I brought the truck back as it was still leaking oil. Andy the manager and his guys made it right. New filter and oil and so far so good. They told me to keep a eye on it and to bring it back if there are any more issues. Thank you guys for making it right. Much appreciated!

Place don t seem to be ran like it was at first . Dropped truck off at 8 Am for a scheduled rotation, oil change and check TPMS sensor 1 . Arrived back 12:30 Pm , truck was ready and done according to sales advisor. I pay get keys and crank truck to find TPMS sensor still on and 2 now , no 1. Go back in and inform advisor, he said no problem that he knew what the problem was and would take care of it . Pulled truck right back into bay , tech messed with it maybe 5 minutes and didn t touch it for another hour , I finally ask advisor and he states he had to get me a quote to repair TPMS SENSOR, after having truck most of the day and one of my initial complaints was to check and repair sensor on drop off , it wasn t done !! Like others stated , workers just standing around in bay hanging out ! Wasn t impressed like previous visits , so now to someone else to make a repair that they had 5 hours to do .

The men and women here were very easy to speak with and handle my vehicle with professional care. Thank you to everyone at "Quick Lane" and "Ford service department."

I called to have brake pads put on and rotors turned. I explained that I was concerned with squeaky front brakes as I'm putting my truck up for sale. I was informed I could have both of these services performed for a competitive price. Sounds great so far. I brought my truck over and decided to stay while the job was done. I was told after about 45 min. that they did not have the adapter to turn my rotors. Wish they would have told me that from the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere. Guess what? They did not lower the original price quoted and the receipt still said they turned the rotors. Worst part is I still can't sell the truck as the brakes are louder than ever. Called back and was met with no sympathy or solution. Not even an apology. Good looking out quicklane.

I take all my vehicles here. Great service. They keep you informed of the service/ repairs being done to your vehicle. Tori is the best custom care advocate I've worked with. She is knowledgable and caring about your car. She will ensure your car is given the best multi point inspection required for safe operation on todays roadways.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation, and I expected to pay about $120 or more. The final bill was only $69! An oil change alone at Take 5 costs me $89. From now on, Quick Lane is where I'm taking my truck.

I was passing through and had a screw in my tire. Even though they did not have the tire I needed in stock, they put the spare on my vehicle so I could make it down the road to another shop. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Very helpful staff with some confusing questions I had about my warranty. I like the building being designed around an open garage that you can watch repairs be made. Feel very confident about the service I receive here.

**First and foremost this station is run by the neighboring Ford dealership.**Like most auto service stations they also try to sell you on services and products you don't actually need. Came in for a oil change and tire patch for a screw, told the included inspection yielded nothing notable and my tire wear etc all was in excellent condition. Made it home and realized they didn't fix the screw issue when they rotated the tires. Returned to the station two days later and explained what happened. Figured maybe the tech forgot about the patch while rotating the tires (benefit of doubt). After waiting for 30+ minutes I saw my truck on the lift with the wrong tire removed right before I was initially told they couldn't patch/plug my tire despite it being completely in a lug and that I needed a replacement tire because it was so worn anyways, and that they pulled the tire off the opposite side because the valve stem that they said checked out fine two days prior was now leaking. After telling them I wouldn't replace the tire because the tread is fine (not even 50% worn) they then said they could plug the tire and replace the valve stem at no cost.In the end they are fixing the issue, but not before trying to sell me unnecessary services and posts.I do find it comical that shortly after my visits that I received a phone call from the Ford dealership trying to cover me to buy a new truck with my current one as a trade in... Told them no thanks.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this place. The guy at the desk, Jacob, has been the most professional and courteous person I've met at an auto repair place.

Great professional service at this location.Walmart had stripped my oil pan bolt and lied about it. Also Walmart on Highway 40 had 1 of my tires inside out.Quick lanes fixed both issues with no charge .Really appreciate the great Customer Service. Keep it up!!!!!

Needed an emergency replacement tire while moving up north, we had no appointment, but our service was exceptional. Staff was friendly, extremely quick, and the price was superb. Will always come back when possible, and highly recommend.

If I could give it a 10, I would. Our car developed trouble while my wife and I were on our way to Florida. After having to spend rhe night there in Kingsland, Ga., we went to the quick lane there. A guy that worked at the motel where we stayed recommended. Got there right after they opened. The manager working there was extremely nice and helpful. They quickly found the problem and had it fixed within an hour and we were on our way. They took a very stressful situation and took care of it. Thanks to all the quick lane employees.

They will treat you right and admit to a mistake. They did not charge me. I had an 8 AM appointment, they did not take my car back till 9AM, when I complained. They did the work quickly and courteously with an apology. I will use them again.EDIT, 6 months later, had another oil change and some repairs. All went fairly well, but today (one year later), not so much. Had a 10am appointment. Got there at 9:20am and at 11am, after car had not been moved, I asked for my keys back. I make appointments for a reason. Don't mind waiting a few minutes, but at least an hour EVERY time is just too much.Services: Tires, Oil change

I just CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this shop. My family was broken down (without me) late in the afternoon. They were able to get towed to Quick Lane (around 5pm!) and not only did they have part (alternator), they stayed until 9pm and fixed the car. My wife said they were wonderful. SLEAZY DEALER TACTICS...Be careful when you bring your car here because Quick Lane shares your information with Murray Ford of Kingsland next door and the sales men/women will call and try to get you to come in and buy their car.My wife brought the car in because it was overheating and Quick Lane replaced the electric fan with an aftermarket fan that failed a week later. They stood by their work and performed a warranty repair, but I was not pleased when the dealer next door started calling me.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I took my car in for an oil change, including tire rotation. I already knew my brakes needed to be replaced before going. When I picked up my car, they told me everything was good, including my breaks. That was not true. Later, I noticed they never rotated my tires. Several months later, when it was time for my next oil change, my car was almost out of oil, and it's only a 2018. The mechanic I went to said what oil that was left was filthy and looked as if I missed an oil change. So there is evidence they never even did the oil change. Ultimately, I paid them for nothing. I highly recommend not going there. This has not been the first time I have had bad service with Murray. Normally, I go to Paul Clark in Yulee and have never had a problem.

I was traveling back home and a bolt came loose on my front brake caliper stranding me at a Pilot truck stop in Kingsland, FL. Spoke with Jake at Quick Lane and provided me tow information and a little insight on my situation. When I arrived he informed me he preordered some parts in preparation of my vehicle showing up. Alex got my car on the lift and began working this was at 5pm, mind you they close at 7pm. Prior to all this my battery died after idling at the truck stop for so long with the A/C running. They ran a diagnostic and determined I needed a new battery. So they provided that and also fixed my brakes so I could get home. I was prepared to stay overnight if needed. But Jake made it a priority to get me home that night which he did! Can't say enough good things about this business and the team. If I am or any of my friends and family are ever back in the area and need car assistance I definitely know where to send them! Thank you for getting me home safe!Services: Electrical, Brakes

Full service on my truck, including a tire and bulb. Showed up a few minutes before my appointment and was already waiting to pull my truck in. Great lobby and staff. Was nervous about other reviews but after looking over my truck service was perfect.

Paid $72.00 for oil change and free tire rotation on my F150 that's pristine condition.Felt scammed when I was told because all my lug nuts were swollen they couldn't Rotate my tires unless I paid them $200.00 to replace every lug nut.Avoid the scam and the. Quick Lane

Quick service. No hard pressure up sells. Reasonable prices. Clean lobby and restroom.Went in today to plug a tire on our Tesla. A quick tutorial for the technician on how to drive the car, and they had me up and running in less than 20 minutes. My go to place for service. Bring all my ICE vehicles here for oil changes.

So been going here for a few years. Moved out of town and drove over 45 to get oil changes here since the did a good job. As of today I will no longer use them. I got a cold call from the Ford dealer and asked how and why they are calling me. They said the see I own a used truck. The got my number and information from quick lane.

Don't bother making an appointment at this place because it doesn't matter. I got there at 11:45am and had an appointment for noon, the lady at the front said that I'm in line and have to wait. So I waited till noon came back and my vehicle hadn't moved yet. I talked to the lady and she said it will be started on in 10 minutes or so. I waited and then decided to go grab my keys so I can come back another day, I told her I needed my keys and she looked confused and went and grabbed them, I explained to her what an appointment means and she just handed me my keys with a smirk on her face and said have a lovely day. I won't be back to this quicklane and I will call to make a complaint on the individual and establishment. Maybe this review will help save a lot of people's time because time is valuable unlike what this quicklane thinks.

I had signed up the day before at 0700 am just to get the 2 front wheels on my truck balanced. The girl at the front desk said I would be the first one to get the job done in the morning.I arrived at 6:40am in the morning and was the first, but another manager at the front desk started servicing other vehicles. Why are you unwilling and unable to keep your promises?I have a commercial vehicle and I lost my time because of your negligence and I had to justify myself to my customers because of the forced delay.I do not recommend this service.

Ryan, one of the managers, was both extremely professional and helpful. He made my partner and I feel comfortable, and also properly explained every step of the process. We got our oil changed, tires rotated, brake pads swapped, and engine light checked all in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. We will absolutely be returning in the future!
