This particular location offers a set of pumps for RVers for easier access to both gas and diesel. The benefit of this setup is that there is more space to maneuver a long or large rig. The drawback at this location is the pump dispensing regular unleaded requires the customer to enter the store and pre-pay. If you pay for a certain amount and end up only needing, say half of what you paid for, your card is credited. That happened to us, so we will have to see if it gets credited back. It was. Wry easy to leave by swinging around to the left of the complex and back out. I wish every gas station offered this setup as most regular lines of pumps are too close to the convenience store parking and are not conducive to easy maneuvering by a truck towing a 30 camper.

Easy on/off interstate access. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent variety of food and snacks. Wash rooms are clean and sanitary.

Shower cleaner guy waits until all the showers are empty before he cleans any of them. Mean while 9 people in line waiting for a shower. He just tells drivers to wait or go somewhere else. Very unprofessional attitude. 4th time I have seen him do that. He hides out while 5 showers are empty.11-15-23 4Pm.No excuse for this lazy mentality. .

hey Pilot, there js only one problem with this. My tank is 24 gallons! never have I ever been able to fill up more than 23. Somebody is cheating! I should have called the cops on you, lucky for you I was already late for a delivery. I m so disappointed because this was the truck stop I ve always used going into Florida.

Great customer service. Store is a little out dated. Has a Wendy's and Dunkin Express inside store. Roughly 100 truck spaces available for overnight parking. Parking lot is big and spacious. Cat Scale onsite.

Got here last night and wanted a shower. Had to wait 20 minutes just for one to be cleaned and I was the only one in line. The cashiers were nice though. This place is very clean. The main problem didn t start until the next morning. I wanted to eat breakfast at Wendy s and I couldn t even enjoy myself. Who I can only assume is the manager is yelling and screaming and cursing out the staff the whole entire time I sat in there to eat. I understand being frustrated, but I drove 10.5 hours the day prior and really wanted to sit inside to eat. And some of the problems she was lashing out about were her own personal problems. Definitely will NOT be coming back here. I will stop either before here or after

Never again... The showers are disgusting. By far the nastiest pilot I have been too. There is another One that is much bigger and cleaner .2 miles away

If I knew the showers was this old and really nasty with no automatic check in, I probably wouldn't have even stopped here! A major need for remodel!!!! The only plus side is that the parking lot for trucks is huge. Makes it easy for rookies to park, and gives a place for the late driving warriors to park safely.

We stop here regularly and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is clean and the selection of coffee and snacks is great.

Its not bad, the service is great. Grab some donuts and souvenirs to take home, also stop and get some burgers from Wendy's. I seem to get better gas mileage wirh this gas , better than the 2 places across the street than charge more, also a much better selection of things to make your stip in Georgia a memory of a lifetime. Be careful if your headed North, the local police make a lot of money by ambushing you on the highway, they like to hide behind the bushes up to about mm 20 or so, dont go over 79 and you will ok. Come back and see us soon.

Nastiest showers I've seen in forever. The whole store was old outdated and nasty. I made the mistake of eating at the Wendy's and it was as dirty as the showers...They gave my food to another customer and when he brought the bag back they just handed it to me, totally nasty. Go to the flying j across the interstate if you have to stop at this exit... This location needs to be torn down and rebuilt, a face lift remodel wouldn't save this building.

The staff are always nice when I come in. I deal with the night staff most because I work late and start early. Every morning the hot food is done and ready and always fresh. The donuts here are great and coffees are hot. This is by far the best place I have stopped at and will make it my new morning routine. I hope management really appreciates the good jobs these works do.

Not the best showers for cleanliness at this location.I would say these are at least 20 yrs old and pretty run down.place is in need of serious remodeling job.mold in shower number 1 and the shower is stained with grime.won t stop here again

A nice Pilot gas station that has good fuel prices and donuts too. Easy to get into and out of also. It also has a really nice large parking lot to park in out back

This is one of the most run down Pilots with staff, while friendly, don't care. At 0530 the coffee pots are almost empty. Some are and the others you were getting what's at the bottom. The showers are old, I mean as they were when this was a Wilco over.

DO NOT SHOWER HERE! Floors are dirty leading to the most outdated moldy dirty showers. I ended up just using the sink.

This Pilot needs to b torn down and remodeled...everything is 30 years outdated. The ladies bathroom is a diaster, i thought we were the better species...clearly we are not! The employees can quickly restock the donuts but clearly cant do a bathroom clean check. Dont recommend you use unless you have a strong stomach and your own cleaning wipes. YUCK!

Brand news showers they just haven t activated the mobile part of it so you have to come inside to get a shower

I stop here every trip to Florida and last night was my last time. The overnight manager Chelsae was extremely unprofessional and went back and forth with me because she was wrong with an attitude and i gave her a few choice words. Told the other employee not to service me as she proceeded to try and kick me out while calling the cops. Refused to give me my receipt and honor pilot app coupons. As a manager you don t become combative with a customer and mention your brother is black just because i am and your clearly nowhere near it. Im sure my money wont make a difference but i recommend some classes or something for better customer service .not to mention how disgusting the ladies room was at around midnight on 1/9/23. Tissue everywhere and unflushed toilets just unacceptable. I commend the other employee who was on the floor alone the entire time i was there (45 minutes) and respected his unprofessional manager to not service me but that was immature and makes me wonder how she even qualified as a manager. Btw she can t count change either because my change isnt correct after the police had to give it to me. Do better pilot #4562
