Great store. We had an annoying windshield wiper so we stopped. Andrew came out in the rain and fixed it in minutes. They are all super friendly and their goal is to help you. This is my go to auto parts store from here on out. Andrew is awesome!

A huge thank you to Justin at O Reilly for replacing and removing my old battery for me and my daughters. I am super pleased with the outstanding customer service he provided.Thank you to the store entirely as well. Camden county needs to have more employees like Justin because his customer service and kindness made the trip there well worth it :)-Bree

First off do not go in if your looking for help or good customers service!I went in there to looking for something that they end up not having, i then asked an older man in a green shirt for help and he told be he was to busy and walked right past me. I then went up to the counter asking if they had what I was looking for and the read head or lighter haired guy stood there and just looked at me then eventually said no and I said thanks and walked out.

I went there with an emergency windshield wiper situation as mine had snapped in half in the middle of a storm. Andrew was so helpful with helping me get new wipers and replacing them for me so I had a safe drive home. I never write reviews for places but I just wanted to shout out Andrew!

I had such a great experience with the people at O'Reilly's especially Mr. Gary. He helped me look up my part but also went the extra mile by installing the part for me at his home. He is a Godly man with a willingness to help. So shout out to Mr. Gary. You are valued. Thank you for your acts of kindness you do with me and other.

I was frustrated knew what most likely the problem was went to advance auto first . That was a mistake . I went over to O'Reilly's and was frustrated told the gentleman there what was going on. They helped me no questions asked and got the fuse out I needed to change . Thank you to the assistant manager there he is super sweet . Five star guys good job !

I went to O'Reilly's today to have my alternator checked. Gary assisted me with this. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything as he checked the alternator, battery, and starter. All these parts came back with good results. Gary noticed a problem with my battery terminal, completely fixed it, and I left feeling very assured my problem was solved. This kind of service is very hard to find these days. Thank you Gary, I truly appreciate everything you've done today!

If I could give no stars I would ! Worst service ever. Assistant manager wouldn't help even our daughter check her brake fluid. Wow. I have never heard of a parts store not helping a customer

I was having problems with my battery and Andrew was so helpful and very pleasant as he changed out my battery and explained what the problem was. I had a wonderful experience at O'Reilly's tonight.

We were traveling back to Georgia on 04MARCH2023 after purchasing a boat in Florida. One of the taillights was out on the trailer so we thought we needed a new bulb. I'm so glad we pulled into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kingsland. We received the best customer service I have ever experienced. Gary and Jack brought their tools, removed the bulb, and determined the light assembly had to be replaced. We purchased a new set and they replaced both lights, even though we only needed one, in the parking lot in the blazing heat. I tried to pay them, but they declined it by saying, "We don't do this for money, we want you to be safe." Thank you, Gary and Jack, for taking care of our family.

Couldn t get a screw out of my rotor with two hours of trying. The dudes here handed me an impact drive set, and it came lose the first try. Love O reillys, and appreciate all the help even if you just need advice, this is the place

Me and my gf were traveling down to daytona for her brother's daytona 200 race and had a wheel bearing fail we managed to roll to this orileys and start working on it. The whole staff helped find parts and the 2 parts they didn't have Gary gave me his helmet to drive my moped we had with us 20 miles to get the parts. We were there in the orileys parking lot for an entire 24 hours getting it fixed becaue it caused alot of damage to the spindle. In the end the whole staff helped make are trip possible so thank you guys in the end we made the 2500 mile round trip back to freezing michigan. They all deserve to be rewarded for there efforts to get us back on the road and am forever grateful. Still need to get them some pizza

I've been at this location a few times. I've never had an issue. Today I went in to buy an air filter for my truck. Rob assisted me in finding the right one, as well as installing it for me. Above and beyond helpful. Great service, I'll continue to shop here.

This place is usually amazing, but sadly today there was only two young people there. The girl was extremely helpful but as for the red head guy, (didn t catch his name) he was one of the most unhelpful people I ve ever met. Walked away from helping me and my husband without helping to go talk to his friend.

The men that work here are so gracious! We lost our oil cap in our car engine and they helped us get it loose, after they didn t have the oil cap we needed. We would have had to drive 1 hr away for a new gas cap, but they saved the day! Went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you!

On 1/9/22 on a Sunday our motorhome broke down with a cracked fuel filter O'Reilly's did not have a fuel filter that fit Hannah the sales girl went way out of her way to locate a fuel filter for us without her help we would have been stranded on the side of the road thank you Hannah and O'Reilly's for your help

My daughter in law was in o'reilly's kingsland, ga this am.She purchased a car battery. She requested the only male clerk to install the battery as they advertise. Clerkrefused to install battery because "it's raining". It was cloudy, had been raining but surely, without mistake, it was NOT raining. Great service butt wipe. We'll never go to an o'reilly's again.

The only parts store I shop at. They are pretty knowledgeable and nice. The manager has helped me a few times now and if you're ever lost just talk to Lenard. I don't think there's anything he doesn't know.
