I had the best experience. I was looking for a specific color and style of Bronco online Friday night and checked the 8 dealerships in my area. I saw that Murray Ford had one in transit, so I called first thing in the morning and got Jazz! He put me on hold to check, which turned out that the one in transit was still at the factory. Jazz mentioned that he saw one on the lot. He asked me to hold, so he could confirm. He confirmed. Jazz and even took photos to make sure it was what I was looking for, which was awesome. He even sent a video of the Bronco shortly after in the showroom. It was Perfect better than I expected. My husband and I drove up and bought it. Jazz was the Best. Even though we were pre-approved through NFCU, it still took time for the paperwork. My husband and I got to know Jazz, as he waited with us. Jazz was very personable and made the wait not so bad. Actually, my husband and I enjoyed talking with him. If you are looking for someone to sale you a vehicle, look up Jazz! He was Great from Start to Finish!

The whole team at Murray Ford was very friendly. The salesman, TJ was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward in my purchase. The Finance Manager, Mike made the paperwork flow very smoothly. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I started my search for a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance because of the insane 0% financing + $3000 cashback offers. I landed on Murray Ford of Kingslamd because they were 1 of 2 Ford dealerships within 500 miles of me that had the Mach-E GT Performance in Rapid Red and all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I stayed because David Strickland was above and beyond patient with me during a sales transaction that entirely took place over the phone. I know I can be demanding, but it didn t deter Mr. Strickland giving A1+ service. Also: shoutout to Mike Hanley in the finance department for giving exemplary service too. You can tell he s a professional that s been doing this for years - he again eased my mind during the whole process. They also flat-bed delivered my vehicle over 3 hours away free of charge - WOW! Murray Ford of Kingsland - you have a lifelong customer, and I will definitely recommend friends and family to you!!

The entire team was awesome. Balal and Amir were very accommodating and worked with my needs. David was the most knowledgeable salesman I ve worked with in the auto industry. It was a plus that he was a very genuine and honest person. I ve definitely found my forever store for Fords. Love my new truck!

I love the service I received at Murray Ford in kingsland. I got a 2024 Ford edge, and I couldn t have been happier. My sales woman was Julieana, and she is amazing at her job. I 100% recommend her if you re looking for a vehicle.

Julieana was our sales person and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly during the time we were with her, helping us find the right fit for a growing family. However, I am not happy with the detail company that works with Murray Ford, when we went to first pick up our car after they cleaned it and put on the Xzilon coat and it was painfully obvious that the only thing that was touched on the car was the tires, the pollen and bug residue from test driving was still on the car. It was clear they didn t even try to clean the car properly. When we brought this up it was taken back immediately, and found they gave it to a new start to detail, however the next time we tried to pick it up the coating was poorly applied, bubbling and pooling in obvious spots, and had to send it back again for proper application, after that the manager/supervisor of the detailing business finally came in and did everything properly. It left a bad taste which is sad as me and my husband had gotten two cars from this location before and had no issues with the detailing at pickup. The Sales team was amazing through the entire process and cannot be praised enough for their professionalism and friendly attitude in the face of such a problem. I am only dissatisfied at the detailing company being unable to take pride in their work and attempting to pass off a job they didn t even try to hide they didn t do.

Thank you AMBER for working with us and getting the right vehicle for our family. If you are looking for any car, go see Amber at Murray Ford. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and NOT PUSHY! Amber goes above and beyond to make sure she knows her clients wants/needs before purchasing a vehicle. She provides excellent service while shopping for a vehicle, during the paperwork process, and after the purchase. My husband was on a search for a Bronco for over a month and Amber would contact him anytime a new Bronco came to the lot. When he finally found the vehicle, Amber called us and dropped everything she had planned and met us at Ford around 7pm on a Friday night. Ford was very quick and efficient with the paperwork and we had a new vehicle by 9pm that night. Thank you Amber!

On December 28, 2023 I visited Murray Ford just to check prices on a used Ford Ranger. I had no intention of making a purchase, since I have had better experiences in Jacksonville and usually saved money. Juliana approached me and was very professional. She suggested that I get an appraisal on my Mazda cx-5 to see if I might be interested in trading for the Ranger that was on the lot. The deal she proposed seemed close to what I had in mind and with a little adjusting on the price, I traded that day.I will definitely recommend to my friends and acquaintances to check with Juliana at Murray Ford when purchasing a new or used vehicle.Paul & Regina BrantleyPS. From the moment I was interested in my now new vehicle the Murray Ford team was providing top tier customer service. Amir and Kaden got straight to work on my application & within 2 days I had financing offers to choose from and the deal was locked and loaded. When I went into the dealership Amber Gee took over my transaction, Amber provided the BEST customer service I could have ever imagined. Amber helped me complete my trade in transaction, gave me a detailed tutorial of my new vehicle and offered genuine feedback to all of my many questions. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle and I have put off this experience previously because of hesitation about the car buying experience and what felt like never ending pressure from other dealerships. Amber Gee and the whole Murray Ford team surpassed all of my wildest dreams. Amber was so easy to talk to and such an advocate for the customers experience, so much so Amber provided me with contact information and told me to reach out if I had any issues or questions at any time. This amazed me that even after signing on the many lines the 1 on 1 experience did not stop at the dealership or when I drove my new vehicle off of the lot. I will be recommending Murray Ford and Amber Gee to my family, friends and coworkers from now on. I am still smiling ear to ear and in shock at how Amazing my car buying experience was. I highly recommend Murray Ford, we Came down Friday evening 8/9/23 and left with a new Ford Explorer after 3 test drives on other vehicles. We worked with Josh he had all 3 vehicles waiting for us when we arrived he is awesome hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He did not treat my wife and me like another number he took the time to go over everything with us and had all the respect in the world. We appreciate the late night and hard work Josh did for our deal and the man deserves the world. All hail king Josh the king of Kingsland and congratulations on your future wedding you can count us in on the VIP list by the way we came all the way from Ludowici ( a hour 30 min ) from our home because that's how great Josh is and that's how great this murray ford dealership is. Stopped in to look at the options on the new bronco sports, and found exactly what we where looking for. My explorer was brought in to get work done and ended up leaving with a 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT that I have fallen in love with! Amber was able to get me approved even though I still owed a lot on my Explorer. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun! Couldn t recommend Amber enough!!

All I can say is what an awesome experience me and my wife had! AMBER IS THE BEST!!! She really cares about her customers and actually listens to what you want/need. She got us out of a situation where we felt stuck and was able to make things happen to where it fit our budget when we didn't think it could happen at all. Overall, the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and if you are thinking about getting a new or used vehicle go see Amber and she will take excellent care of you! I had two recalls addressed for my 2022 F-150. I arrived shortly before my appointment but was taken care of immediately. My truck was in the service bay minutes later. I ordered my Super duty on October 27, 2022 and took delivery in June of 2023. During that almost eight month wait time I continued my research of Ford Super duties. The more I researched the more confident I was that I made the right choice. During that time I also heard horror stories of dealerships refusing to deliver the customer ordered truck because the dealership could get more than the promised price from another buyer. I also heard horror stories of dealerships adding tons of junk fees to the price of the vehicle. The longer I waited the more anxious I became. The day of delivery came. I went into the F&I office sat down with the F&I manager. He offered several different service and maintenance contracts. I had done my homework and knew the price I should expect. No pressure to purchase any but the options were on the table if I desired. The price was right so I purchased the 120 month/100,000 mile bumper to bumper service and scheduled maintenance contracts. I also met the GM who was very down to Earth and personable. I am extremely satisfied with Murray Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Dodge, Chevy, Toyota or especially a new Ford. Murray Ford of Kingsland comes highly recommended.

My employer purchased two 2023 Ford E-Transits for work and testing the capabilities of electric work vans. On a trip back thru the area, our driver stopped at the ONLY public charger in Kingsland and it wasn't working . . we called Murry Ford of Kingsland and they wouldn't allow us to use their charger. So we went to Chevrolet NEXT door and they were kind enough to allow our driver to top off his battery to get home. Electric Vehicles are the wave of the future . . . Hahahaha!
