Had scheduled appointment for basic services earlier in the day so that it couldn t possibly get too backed up.Showed for appointment on time, was told it may be a while, because of how busy they are. After 3 hours of seeing my car in same spot, I inquired. Was told I m next. After 30 more minutes of no action, I left.They were very busy, but was told that corporate just allows many people to book same appointment times, so it was significantly overbooked. I don t believe this to be the fault of the shop. But this same thing has happened at 2 other shops owned/operated by Mavis corporation.

Very easy to make an online appointment. I showed up and they saw me right on time, figured out what was wrong with my tire, and fixed it for me free of charge as a courtesy. They also helped me replace the back wiper blade that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere locally. The waiting room had a desk area where I could sit, plug in, and work on my laptop. It was awesome to be able to get stuff done easily while I waited. Overall really happy with the service I got there! Will definitely be back for future tire needs :)

I had a nail in my tire. I brought my car there in the morning thinking I would have to leave it all day,or be told they were filled up today and could I bring it back tomorrow.Corey the service manager greeted me. I told him about the flat he took all my information went out to the car with me got the flat tire out of the back f. I told hIm I could come back later in the day to pick it up. Corey said they would get on it right away. They had it repaired in about an hour!While I was there Roger the manger came over and spoke to me.Kyler the tech who repaired the tire was very careful and thorough.Corey was great! He was professional, polite, and very helpful!The bottom line is when I need new tires I am definitely going there to get them!

The staff here were very pleasant and great to deal with. The customer lounge was quiet and clean. They were able to take care of my tire needs quickly, so my wait was short. I would definitely return here for help with tires.

Corey and team were awesome. I recently got a tire rotation done there and had a lugnut cap swell and break off. They helped me at no charge get it off and replaced with far better solid core products.Awesome service and earned my continued business.

Amazing service, speedy and informative. Took tire to have it patched due to nail in tire, planned on dropping off and picking up next day. Before I finished shopping at Walmart received a call letting me know tire was ready to go. Would absolutely recommend using mavis tire service in Kingsland.

I discovered a large screw in my left front tire today on October 19, 2023 after I parked my car at Publix because I heard what sounded like a tapping noise, I looked and found a large screw in the middle of my tire tread. I went straight to Mavis Tire Service right there, had no appointment, the store manager took my information, and within 50 minutes I was back on the road. I would recommend any auto service that you would be in need of. They know what it takes to get you back on the road. Thank you Team Mavis !

Roger and Kameron were extremely helpful with my tire bead leak. I got refused by Auto Pros down the street because they said it wasn t worth their time and I should just replace the tire, but I knew the tire was fine. I called ahead and came here 5 minutes later, and Roger suggested replacing the tire as well, but was fine with trying the dismount, bead seal, and remount. We tried it, 15 minutes later with Kameron working on the reseal, I had my tire back and they didn t even charge me a cent. Definitely coming back here next time I can t complete a job myself.

This place is the BEST!!!I was driving from Florida to NC when my tire light came on ..I could see my psi was fading fast. With a trailer in tow plus driving on a Sunday I knew I had to get this addressed fast. This Mavis was the closest tire shop from my location and I am so happy it was. When I pulled up I was expecting to be told that it was going to be awhile before someone could replace my leaking tire valve. The service writer (I wish I would have gotten her name) had my truck in the bay almost as fast as I handed her my key. 15 minutes later and my truck was ready to roll. When asked what the charge would be she told me that this was on the house!! I was amazed at the level of service, how quick the work was done, and was floored that they didn t charge me for the repair!! I wish I lived closer because this would be the only shop I would bring my truck to in the future!!!! I couldn t be more grateful for bailing me out of what I was sure going to be a bad situation and lengthy delay on my trip!! Ma am, who got me in and out .THANK YOU! Sir, who replaced the valve expeditiously, THANK YOU!

Great service. They were timely and honest. If they carried my brand of tire, I would definitely use them. As it is, I'll go there next time I need brake work.

I have always loved Mavis but today took the cake. I knew how busy our store is daily so I stopped in yesterday to see if I could come in when they opened today. I am in school so I did not have a lot of time before I needed to be in class. They did not have an opening but Ben, one of the techs, said, I ll take care of him when I come in. I was beside myself that he would make me a priority.I came in this morning at opening as planned and about 30 minutes later, I was told my pickup was fine but needed a reset and relearn for my TPS. Didn t charge me a thing. Gave me the directions to relearn and I was on my way.I love these guys! Best in the area!

First Customer in the New Store in Kingsland :)and The Crew working on my car answered all my questions and I watched as the changed my tires out. They Paid attention to the small Details Like Removing tire labels before balancing the Tires on the Balancing machine. and and lettings me help them set up my unique car ( a Tesla Model 3) to raise it up with lifting up on my batteryService: Tires

I came in from out of town with a bad tire and my car driving a little off. They made sure to address my concerns, notify me of what was going on in a clear manner & got my car fixed up in a timely manner. Thank you for the hard work guys!

I needed a windshield washer fluid pump replaced, finding a replacement pump that fit properly was harrowing, but Roger was there every step of the way. Great service, great employees!

Friendly, quick, and clean! Great location in Kingsland, you can drop your car and get it serviced while you knock out your grocery shopping or hit the gym. Love the big clean windows you can see your car being worked on. Good waiting area with clean bathrooms if you decide to hang out. Staff was very helpful and patient.

Super friendly staff and they work as quick as they can to get you in and out! Their prices are also easy on the pockets, so that's always a plus!I'll admit I know absolutely nothing about what's under the hood of the car I just know how to drive it and put gas in it. But the mechanic broke everything down and made sure I knew what was going on with my car and help me understand it.Will definitely be coming here a lot in the future! My husband and I were traveling from Florida to North Carolina and he noticed our tire pressure on one of our tires was low. We pulled off 95 and he added air. However, a little while later the air pressure was low again. We tried 3 places along 95 which could not help us until we found Mavis Tires and Brakes in Kingston, Ga. They didn't have the tires in stock that we needed but they were able to repair the tire. We were advised to get new tires when we got to our destination, which of course we did. The staff was very courteous and friendly! I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable they were. I hope all Mavis Tires and Brake locations have the same knowledgeable and friendly employees like the Kingston, Ga. location does. Thank you for helping us and putting our minds at ease during the rest of our trip!Service: General repairs & maintenance

OUTSTANDING !!! Traveling back to Canada I experienced a flat on I95. It was 5.45PM when I showed up at their place. Regardless of their closing scedule (6.00 PM) they took my car in, repaired the runflat and wished me the best for the road back to the cold weather with a NO CHARGE bill... What could I ask more ?The shop was nice and tidy, the manager was knowledgeable and Jeff the mechanic took good care of the flat with good humor and jokes despite working overtime.Should I live in this area, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR TIRE NEEDS !These guys saved my day. Tried to get some help with a tire repair and got nothing but excuses and delays until I called Mavis Tires.. Immediately I was welcomed and told to come right over. While the work was being done I had a chance to ask questions about an upcoming tire purchase for my sons vehicle. All of my questions were answered and my questions about different sizes were explained in language I could understand. I felt like they were happy to help me. Worked with Erie after some tire damage after the tornado. Excellent service and very professional work...not something that is seen in businesses anymore. Would highly recommend for any work that needs to be done.

Able to plug a tire that another nearby location said they couldn't and would rather charge $250+ for a new tire. Definitely gained a new customer today.
