Nina is the worlds best most greatest person ever!!! She s very professional, kind loving and caring she s very strict on what type of oil to put in my car and reinforces it 3-4 times each oil change just to make sure that it s done right, I feel like family here! This place never disappoints! They even worked on my Mercedes Benz and did a phenomenal job. These people are the shizz !

Thomas took great care of me! I came in with a hard pull to my passenger side and steering wheel shaking. After 2 other mechanics said they didn't find any issues, he diagnosed my issue right away. He even stayed late to get the issue resolved, while also bringing other things to my attention. 10 out of 10 recommend Mavis.

I was warned about coming here but I wanted to test them out and sure enough I should ve listened. I came for basic tire change, $1000 later my car is messed up and I have to go to the dealer ship to get it fixed. They broke a sensor changing the tires, then replaced them, then my dash board went haywire and when I brought the car back I was basically told we can t help with this issue, it s a dealerships problem now. Never coming back or recommending. Nina had great customer service though, the desk people in general are great, just don t like how my problem was handled.

Awesome service! I was at Tire Outlet in Callahan FL which performed a Oil change which included a Tire rotation that cost an alignment issue. Mavis did an alignment, but didn't resolve my pull to the right, without any hesitation they issued me a full refund! The manager explained if I had performed my oil change at their location they would never rotate my tires because of the wear and old age of my tires! Thanks Mavis for excellent customer service, what is extremely rare to find now these days!

Had an appointment to repair a tire at 0900 on Saturday. Went back at 1030 and they had not did anything to the vehicle yet. Went and got some lunch and came back at 1130 and the vehicle still had not been serviced. It was then at that time they brought the vehicle in and repaired the tire. The manager did wave the price of the repair (just remove a nail and repair.) Finally got the car back at 1200 Saturday. The manager was sympathetic but could not keep the schedule. That was one of the reasons to go to Mavis was the fact that we could make an appointment. I will give them another chance. Hopefully it will be better on the time frame for whatever service I request.

Friendly staff and great customer service! I brought my car in toward the end of the day because my splash guard was dragging. They got me in the same day and told me what parts to order from where. They told me once I had the parts that I could bring them back and they would install them for me. Love it!

My go to place for all my truck needs!Mavis has the most friendly and professional staff in the area!Whether you re there for a few minutes or a few hours, they always make you feel welcome!I normally give them a list the length of my arm and wait with my pup Max!Nina makes sure everything I say gets noted and checked.Fair pricing with quality service!Love it!

The team was amazing and so compassionate! Drove 12-14 hours moving to Florida and 90 minutes away from my destination my tire blew on the side of the road; The following morning the team was eager to help and gave me a great deal. I will never forget this shop and how nice they were in the middle of my crisis; they have a forever customer!

It's never a good thing when your tire monitor comes on with low pressure. I've run into the problem before first thing in the morning and not being close by to anyone who could service it. Ended up having to buy a new tire because of that particular situation. This time was in the middle of the afternoon and the first place I went topped up the air but also found a nail causing the slow leak. They weren't able to help because of my tire size and their machines. Went to the next shop they recommended and there was no way they could fit me in for 2 days. Frustrated and worried I remembered that Mavis was up the road. Corey came out and checked the air pressure again and said he could definitely patch the tire. Since it was the end of the day and he had an hour and half wait to get me in I opted to come in first thing the next day. Corey said he'd fit me in or would get it done himself. What a relief! Super job, super people. I was so appreciative and they just said that's our job. Nice to hear in this day and age. I will consider them for other work also as they do more than just tires.

I ve come several times and am used to a good wait for my car to get worked on, I ve always been a walk-in client so a long wait is expected. Today I had a tire repair and an oil change scheduled for 9am. I made an appointment. Usually an appointment means that you get taken care of at the time of the appointment and walk-ins can wait. Don t bother making an appointment here, they don t respect them. It was more than an hour and a half before they even brought my car into the garage. It s currently 11:30am and I m still waiting on them to finish working on my car. Completely unacceptable, scheduled appointments are scheduled for a reason, this blew my entire day out of whack and now I ve got to make arrangements for my other commitments. Real, living, working people don t have many days off and a lot of things to get done on those days off. So don t bother making an appointment here, they don t respect your time.

Went in for a tire repair, and Roger provided above and beyond excellent service. He was pleasant, efficient, and just all around so helpful. Will definitely continue going to mavis, and I highly recommend them!

This is the best tire shop I have ever been to! I had blown a tire on the road and came to Roger and Kameron with a spare right before closing and they were incredibly helpful and nice. Without them I would ve been stranded. To give that level of service and professionalism is incredible and I highly recommend this shop for everything tire related and expect amazing service!

Mavis Tires and Breaks had amazing customer service for my first time ever going there. Roger, Corey, and yarn were of great help and got me in and out very quickly. Very nice people and would recommend to anyone.

Had to take a tire in to get fixed today... Staff was amazing and friendly and got the job done fast considering they were super busy.... Will definitely be back for all of my tire needs

Having something go wrong with your car can always cause automatic anxiety, but our experience with Mavis could not have been better! The level of care and attention they provided to us, at CLOSING TIME on a Friday no less, was second to none. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Their help with our battery gave us peace of mind and their price on the battery saved us money compared to the other guys. Thank you Rodger and crew!

Had a flat tire on Black Friday.Came to Mavis and they got my tire patched super fast, I was in and out and pleased with the experience. Excellent customer service! Will definitely return for my tire needs!

At first we thought we got great service. Then we realized they were so nice because they gave us TWO different size tires. I thought I needed an alignment but come to find out it was two different size tires. I guess I learned to double check someone did their job correctly. Ended up having to buy a new tire somewhere else because we moved across the country!

My car tire had a nail in it. I went to Mavis in the Publix Shopping Center in Kingsland later in the afternoon the day before a holiday weekend to see if they could squeeze me in. I was also working with some serious time restrictions. The audacity, right? I know. Believe me, I know!But there is man named Roger who works there and Roger is a God send. He was genuine in his kindness and his demeanor was friendly and so very approachable. He was like talking to an old friend. And he had my car fixed in an unbelievable timely manner. Shock was present as he called my name when my car was finished in the shop.Roger, I was having a pretty rough week (a car accident along with depression and anxiety struggles because of said accident). What you did for me was above and beyond what you had to do or what most other people would do. I appreciate you, sir. I thank God for you. You have truly been a blessing.

This was my first experience having work done at a Mavis.I needed the tires on my wife's vehicle rotated and just walked in to the service station to see if they would do it. They took me right in and it was done in less than 30 minutes. And to top it off....there was NO CHARGE!I will definitely seriously consider them the next time I need tires or any other service they provide.

Service mechanics and staff were great!, purchased 4 tires from mavis website and had a steering alignment. Did some research, price was fair and competitive, got a little discount. Mechanic did a superb job installing tires on different rims and re-installing center caps.
