I have no doubt repair service is good, but when a vehicle goes in for a check to see what is wrong with it, it should at least come out without more damage! This has happened twice in the past few years! Enough said, will never use this place for repairs, they do not stand up for their mistakes nor repair them.

Oil Change make an appointment. Wate or drop off,If they find a problem, They let you decide whether they fix the problem or take it some place else.Check prices there in line with oem parts.Very Happy with there service.

Awesome service department and great prices for oil changes, repairs, and parts. Cheaper wiper blades and fuses than parts stores in town.

I've been going to Bennett for about 8 years and have always been well taken care of! Tracy at the service dept is so sweet and always remembers myself and my little one when we bring the cars in. The service writer Tracy Drain did an amazing job! She got me in and kept me posted every step of the way.. She was very professional and patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend her and Bennett Chevrolet.

Update: Always a problem with scheduling appointments. Their tickets never reflect the work requested, whether requested on the phone or online by their website or by Chevy's. If you ask for a 60,000 mile check up on chevys website, Chevy knows what you're talking about. When you show up here though, they're going to ask "what service they're completing" and if you say "the 60,000 mile check up" you have to be much more specific and then they'll tell you they can't get all of that done during the scheduled appointment. If you make multiple appointments, you're paper work won't reflect that they did any or most of the required checks. Sander thing for oil changes, sometimes they "fill in" that courtesy checks were completed, and most times they don't. When they do fill in numbers, expect your break pads to "grow" over the course of months, and for your tire to gain more tread. It's a miracle!If you go to autozone and have a few battery and charging system check done, then call Bennett's to change the alternator because the manufacturer placed it in a goofy spot or you're disabled, don't expect them to have the alternator on hand when you show up for your scheduled appointment, you're going to have to leave your vehicle the whole day - at a minimum. Also expect them to charge you $160 to "diagnose" your alternator when your battery is still good and all indications (including that free check at autozone) say you have a bad alternator.Moral of this story, if you don't care about good service, the records you keep for your vehicle, or if you don't want to have confidence that they're doing the things they say they will do - well, then Bennett's may be just there place for you.If your under warranty, it's no less a headache to get service here. Take your vehicle somewhere else.I suggest Mavis, they do almost everything. And Coastal Car Care, though I haven't been since they have had a few staff turnovers.Best of luck!

Supper fast and as I was sitting waiting i watch the Manger try to save a customer money that he didn't have to pay. I was very impressed by this. He could have took the man's money but he helped him save money. Very impressed by this. Love my Chevy

The parts and service department those guys are very rude and very snarky they judge repairs on a vehicle's make and model and what they think the owner of the vehicle may or may not have in his or her bank account they are extremely overpriced they did a particular job for my next door neighbor and it cost $95 I went in looking to get the same repairs done with the same make and model car and they quoted me $350 you tell me am I wrong for writing this review?

They take good care of ya (: dont have to worry about them trying to make money off of you by saying other things are wrong that aren't.They take care of what needs fixed and do an excellent job. I dont go anywhere else.

First of all the people at Bennet, specifically Mike in service deserve alot of credit since GM has completely dropped the ball on this diesel emmissions problem. Very long story short. Your diesel engine will disable itself due to a chronic def heater problem. The part is not available and no one in chevy customer service, dealership, or online can help you. Mike at Bennet is an extremely kind, patient, empathetc and faithful person. His genuine kindness helped me so much and I am so grateful to him. The one thing i cannot get past is GM is focusing on trucks and they have no emmission parts for their trucks and they are leaving their front line people to deal with inadequate supply of parts to the customers. I expect if the vehicle breaks... someone should be able to fix it.... not say the part is back ordered and no one can say when it will be available... really... Chevy doesn't know where their parts are in the year 2019... inexcusable. I feel bad for the business truck that came in after me at Bennett and the 3 trucks sitting at Anderson Chevy, 25 miles away... all waiting for the same part and not knowing when it will show up. Sorry for the long rant but someone in GM needs to fix this. Thank you Mike and Donna at Bennett.

Friendly staff. I came for my 1st oil change. They rotated the tires, topped the other fluids. Also did an inspection. In and out in about 35 mins.
