This place was amazing! Customer service was top notch. They did everything to make sure my car got fixed and put back together after a finder bumper. They said it would take a month upfront, which it took a little longer. However, that was due to my insurance company continuously messing up on their end. They were very pleasant to speak with on a daily basis. They texted or called about once a week to let me know the update! I will forever recommend this place.

I brought my vehicle here for some front end work after hitting a deer. I was told the work would take 6 business days, maybe a little longer as you have had a hard time getting parts in. I brought my car in on 9/24. I was not updated on the progress. Every time I called, I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience and given a different status on my vehicle. They had my car for over a month. I picked it up and got in to leave and the radio no longer worked. I was told to bring it back after the weekend and they would look into it. My husband found a fuse plugged into the wrong spot causing the radio to have no sound. We had to bring the vehicle back anyway because the paint was too light and a piece of trim was flapping. We were told the piece didn't fit properly because the insurance made them purchase an after market part. The paint mismatch was blamed on the paint rep. The passenger door wouldn't lock. They didn't fix that. When my car went back for the 2nd time, they fixed the trim piece, paint, and door lock issue. They again had my car longer than expected. My paint still doesn't match 100%. Would not recommend!

I work very frequently, had an appointment scheduled and saw that they had left a voicemail after I got out of work, and since it was outside their business hours I called back the next day. Come to find that they had already cancelled my appointment, which wasn't for another week, and the new dates they were offering weren't for another 2 months. This is after I had already waited a month for the appointment and getting it cancelled the week before. If you're considering going to here I highly recommend going to the auto body repair in yulee, it's a bit of a drive however their appointments were much sooner dates and I was able to get my car back in almost no time. Would much rather spend the extra 20 minutes driving out than the months waiting

Customer service was terrible held the truck for three weeks and still didn't fix the truck properly was not satisfied. Everytime I or my husband called about the truck they made you feel like it was a inconvenience for them to wait on you. Pick the truck up it is what it is as they say so what kind of service is that.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Edited after 3 years.I took my truck here after a rear end collision. Fixed everything it was great.3 years later I notice my bed latch is detached. I take apart my tailgate to fix it, there was no hardware holding anything in place. All of this was internal so if you bring your stuff here and want to dig that deep, go ahead. They also may not have the same bodymen anymore either.

My sister came in with her car and it had storm damage from the previous tropical storm/hurricaneShe was met with 3 weeks of no car (she has two kids) and when she received her vehicle they refused to fix her trunk. They also didn t clean her car it s a complete mess.Also misplaced her car seat and didn t return it to the back seat.They were rude mean and nasty to her and refused to give her her car back and said he looked forward to the insurance calling him The front desk lady was also extremely rude and refused to give receipts to my sister.Never go here

Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The rude lady at the front desk, has a stick up her butt, and tried to tell me she remembered a converstaion between herself and I, that never happened. And the lack of communication from anyone, it's not worth it. They tried to do a quick fix on my truck, and I noticed before I left, and they tried to blame me for their rushed job. I ended up speaking with the owner who apologized, and said he would make sure it got done. Had I not noticed they would of had no problem sending me away and charging me for the job, even though it was not done. Then told me for 3 days in a row that my vehicle would be done that day, only for me to call in and be told it would be the next day. And then the next day. Also was told my vehicle was pushed back because a police officer brought their vehicle in to get fixed and they get priority, even tho I had been waiting for over a week. Also noticed on the paperwork from the first time that they put down that it took 5.1 hours of labor for what they did, when I was only there for an hour and a half. (Came in at 10, left at 11:34) Seems shady, as if they are ripping off the insurance company. Not a company I would recommend, or use again. They also charged the insurance company both times for the same part, so got paid twice for the same job... overall would be ZERO stars if possible.Service: Body & Trim

Fast friendly service, and they definitely keep you informed at what stage your car is in. The young lady in the office was smiling every time I walked in. I got my car back a little early. I would recommend them for your auto body work.

Would not paint my car because I did my own body work. They would not give me a quote. I don t understand this policy but will not use in the future.

My husband had an accident on November 27th. It took forever to get the car transferred to them and we don't know why but it wasn't their fault. When they got the car of course everybody is a little behind but they did their job they are very professional and very helpful on the phone. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you all very much

I met with their estimator by the name of Bobby.He had the best customer service I have received from any body repair shop. It only took about 15 minutes for him to look at the vehicle and do a written quote and give me a date when to bring my truck in for repair. Said it would take a couple of day's. So far I highly recommend Advanced Collision

Have had several vehicle parts painted here.....always treat their customers with respect and professionalism.Their work (for us) has always been of quality in nature; they always ensured we were satisfied.Just recently, the paint on the spoiler of our Honda showed signs of scaling; we had it painted four years prior.Bewildered, I took it to Advance for them to inspect; they explained it might have had something to do with an older paint process they no longer employ.Without hesitation, they offered to redo it at no cost to us. They did a great job, the spoiler looks brand new!Most important to us was they stood by their work and their promise to deliver a quality product to their customers.Thank you to all the staff at Advanced Collision Center for a job well done!

Great body shop. They repaired my wrecked Toyota and you could not even tell that it had ever been touched. Very kind and organized. I was given updates based upon them receiving necessary parts and they even got my car repaired ahead of schedule. Excellent work performed.

Would not give me a chance to explain what the insurance company instructed me to do for repairs to my truck. The lady just rudely cut me off. So I left and will never go back to them for nothing ever again.Insurance company asked me to get 3 estimates, by the way

Took it to Advanced Collision Center, due to a car accident. My rear bumper and assembly needed replaced. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and when it was time to take my vehicle in for repair, they had it back to me within 24hrs. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Advanced Collision Center.

I really wish I would have had a good experience. I even gave them a second chance to fix everything. Nightmare absolute nightmare. I have lost money and now I m stuck with taking my truck to another shop in hopes for a decent paint job. After having our truck for over 5 months I picked it up (while raining) after we were home and the rain dried all the mistakes, runs, scratches miss spots were all visible. I cried!! My husband called and spoke with them and they agreed to fix it. We took it back. When I picked it up this time things were not fixed at all. They got one bubble out of the paint and that was it. You could see that they buffed it in some spots but not the whole truck. It now has more scratches and it looks like some one tried to steal my rims while it was there. I had my rims powered coated by and awesome company and I just put the rims back on before I had to take it back to them for them to repaint my truck. My fresh powered coating is chipped on every rim. I would absolutely tell anyone to run from this shop!!!! I am heart broken about all this! The truck has sentimental value and the project was started by a very trusted person that would have never let this happen. If we knew it would end up like this our truck would have never left Yulee.

Prompt and excellent service. They even made sure my vehicle was clean when I picked it up, which is surprising and needed... most auto repair shops don't go the extra mile anymore so I appreciate Auto Collision showing A1 customer care and service

My car was side swiped while parked in Belks parking lot. Other party had GEICO so I went to Advance because they are a preferred body shop for GEICO. Was told I would get better service. My driver side rear view mirror needed new paint (not related with insurance claim). I had them include that job while they had the paint out. I paid out of my own pocket $200.00 to get the mirror painted. I was told it would take 5 business days to get the entire job done. Long story short, it took 12 business days with an extra 5 business days due to business closing for 5 days for hurricane Dorian that never made land fall. I was actually without my car for 21 days when you count the weekends. When I called to check on status, they acted like I was bothering them. They were pretty rude and unfriendly. The receptionist was busy eating at her desk when I stopped in to check on my car. A full spread and acted like I was interfering with her meal. They never called to update me on the status each time it went longer than they told me it would take. When I finally went to pick the car up, they sheepishly told me they could not get the motorized mirror to work. Then they said they felt it was broken when I brought it in (why would I pay $200 to have a broken mirror painted? My money would have been better spent on a new mirror if that were true). This is not true. I am very dependent on the side mirror. I would have had that repaired right away if it was not working. Normally, I would have put up a fuss about this but have a lot of other stress in my life right now as a widow so have just let it go. I bought a five dollar stick on mirror to get me by until I can deal with it. My friends are telling me to "Don't Get Mad, Call Ken". They were not very friendly at all. Also the GEICO claim adjuster has never done any follow up on the other work that the insurance paid to have done. I was not impressed with the customer service attitude, status updates, length of time and the fact that I now have a mirror that no longer works. I did not have a satisfactory experience. I don't have the strength to argue about the mirror. I can only give a review and move forward. I am shocked at the time it took to repair this little side swipe. I hope others have a better experience.

Earlier this summer a deer struck the side of my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 truck. The team at advance collision worked with me on the schedule to get the repairs done. They did an excellent job restoring my truck to show room condition.

I used this company about a month ago as had a slight patch of paint scrapped off myleased car & was sooooooo afraid they w/n be able to match the original sparkle black paint on my car but they matched it PERFECTLY!!!! No one w/ever be able to tell the car had a triangular spot scrapped off the original paint job. And, they finished the car just as promised time wise!!! ABSOLUTELY TAKE UR CAR HERE IF REPAIR/PAINT JOB IS NEEDED-U WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED Service: Painting

Had my wifes car repaired here. It was just like new with the exception of a headlight that let moisture in. They were more than happy to take care of it at no charge. Good customer service.

Someone backed into my Rogue and knocked my parking light out of the front fender. My husband brought it in to make an appointment. They fixed it in ten minutes for no charge! Highly recommend this company!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went in for a quote, which I felt was extremely high. They also wanted to replace my headlights for a small crack, which wasn't even a crack. It was simply where the metal was fused together in the same spot on each headlight. I ended up not using them because I found another option.

We were sent here by the insurance company said they were a reputable company let me tell you something people don't bring your vehicle your truck your car nothing to this place they will rip you off the owner thinks he's a tough guy talk to my wife like she was a piece of junk made her sign a paper before she could get her keys back pretty much held my my truck hostage they had my truck for 3 weeks to replace a bumper the bumper hit the back of my car chipped it up a little bit they didn't even fix that worst place we've ever dealt with if I was you I'd stay away stay away from this place you will get nothing but a run around and the worst service they could possibly give you
