The company is dedicated to helping local residents keep their homes comfortable as well as affordable. They offer the most up-to-date and high-tech systems available which helps you keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They replaced our 15 year old unit in our first home and installed our two zone system in our new home. Couldn t be any happier with their products, prices, or customer service.

Since AC Service Center decided to grace me with a reply, I shall give my full review. I called this company out in 2021 to repair my AC. The owner of the company came out an fiddled with a few things and got it to work for a day. I called them back our when it went out again and the owner showed up again. She gave me all kinds of excuses on how she couldn't diagnose the issue of it wasn't happening while she was there. It was an intermittent problem with the blower. She went up into the attic for a few minutes, came back down and told me the entire system needed to be redone. It didn't sound right to me, so I called a different AC company. The tech from the other company did some troubleshooting, spent a great deal of time in the attic and came back down informing me the problem was fixed. He found that a piece of equipment had messed up and replaced it. The system worked flawlessly afterwards. Do not trust AC Service Center. The owner is a scam artist.Service: A/C system repair

Excellent Company and Technicians. Had to have the outside condenser coils replaced (leak). Eric and Kieth (techs) arrived right on time (7:30 AM), worked in the rain and had our system back in service by 11AM. Our AC decided to act up on a holiday weekend! They came out on a Sunday and were quick and amazing!! Replaced the part and checked to make sure the freon and our filters were good! The service was amazing and our house was cooler within a hour!!! Amy also called me 2 weeks later to make sure that everything was still working well!! Will use their services from now on!!!!!

I have lived in Camden County over 30 years and have been using AC Service Center for the past 10. They are the best I have used, and I wouldn't use another! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always take the time to explain what they are doing (even for routine maintenance) and my options for repairs. I have never had trouble getting them to come out, and they save me time-off from work by being prompt. I have listened to people complain about having to wait for a service tech from other companies and tell them to call AC Service Center! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Amy, Keith and their whole team are very professional and always a pleasure to deal with. They have always went out of their way to ensure we are taken care of quickly and completely satisfied. I have tried to use other AC service businesses in the area, and was very disappointed in the service and price each time. I now only use AC Service Center for my AC needs. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone.

Xcellent techs & service....trustworthy and professional. 1 issue I did have was paying half of the fee before the work was started.....but I understand that this is the new way of doing business in these parts, because of unsavory customers....which makes it bad for everyone else that is honest! Oh my gosh Amy made my day my week my year! Lovely Georgia scorching heat and humid weather and my AC goes out. One call to her and she s promptly out here after instantly knowing the problem on the phone (and accurately). In literally a blink of a eye she has the repair done at an amazing price. She also gave me some important tips regarding AC that I appreciated. Very professional people! Great service at a affordable price! Have dealt with them for years keeping my old AC unit alive. I decided to get a new unit which they installed in only 5 hours. All of their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They always ensure I know they have my best interests in mind. They do NOT make up fake symptoms or sell you a bunch of equipment, or services, you do not need. I recommend them to everyone I know who says they need AC services. You are wasting your time if you call anyone else!

AC service center did a great job installing a new hvac in my house. It went out and I have a newborn. They sent someone over that day and within 4 days they installed a whole new system in 4 hours. The staff was very nice and they cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I called AC Service when our unit went out during the heat of the summer. They were quick to come out. Amy, our tech. Was prompt and told what was going on with the unit. She honest and gave us our options. We were thrilled to have our AC fixed in no time and affordable the honesty that surprised us the most. When we need a new unit, AC service is the only place we will call.

Absolutely the best in the business. They just earned a life long customer. Amy is the best, very smart and knowledgeable HVAC tech.I bought a new house and AC wasn't working well , Amy came out and diagnosis the problem within 20 minutes...she then had her colleagues at the shop call the manufacture of my AC unit and get the condenser covered under warranty(I would have never known that)...they then ordered the part...called me when it came in and was out the next day to install it..These people should be a model for every business!!!

Very Honest and Dependable Company. I myself do AC work in another area and was in the St. Mary's area when I experienced a problem. Mr. Keith came out and had it handled in no time. Very professional, honest, and courteous. I highly recommend AC Service Center to handle any needs you may have.

You can't go wrong with AC Service Center! Amy and Keith went above and beyond to fix our a/c and we'll never use another a/c company. They installed our unit in October and then came out in July for warranty repair and showed the true meaning of professionalism and pride in one's work.

Our A/C decided to take a dive on a Saturday afternoon in July. I called AC Service Center after reading the reviews online but was not expecting the over the top service I received. Keith was at my house within an hour of the call and our AC was blowing cold about 30 mins later. To top it all off, the bill was about half of what I was expecting to pay. With 3 children in the house, going without AC on a 104 degree day was not an option. You will not find a more professional and reliable company in our area. Thanks for the outstanding service!!!

The folks at AC Service Center are life savers! We woke up this morning to find that our AC unit had stopped blowing cold air. After doing the routine checks ourselves (check the filter, fuse etc...), we decided to call in the professionals.They were able to send someone out the same day. Amy showed up prior to the time I was told they may be able to stop by, and immediately identified the issue. She was able to fix the issue and get cold air blowing within 20 minutes of her arrival! The staff we interacted with were friendly and again, I'm super impressed at Amy's ability to identify and resolve the issue so quickly. As someone who is 8 months pregnant and doesn't handle the heat well, getting this addressed as quickly as possible was of the utmost importance. I would definitely recommend the folks at AC Service Center!

I am updating my review of AC Service Center of Kingsland, Ga. While yes they did destroy my shop-vac. I appreciate the timely and professional response of replacing my shop-vac and issuing an apology. I m glad to have had to work with them and do believe this was an isolated incident. They do good work and would have them work on my unit again.CG

This is the BEST company!! My AC went out on Wednesday and by noon on Friday they had my new AC system installed and running. They had 3 techs and each one had their on job and worked together so well.

Great customer service! They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. The bill was half of what other contractors would have charged. Can't say enough great things about our experience. Highly recommend you give them a call.

Horrible customer service. I called them after working with a smaller company that was having issues ordering a needed part. They gave me a quote for $280.00 over the phone and then $345.00 in person. Then could not give me 3 mins to straighten the problem out before they just left and told me to wait another day. Then i was called a liar and that they where too busy to come back to my house because of the weather and i needed to drop off the money and i would be taken care of the next day. Never again will i ever consider this company they are by far the most rude people i have dealt with in this industry.

Well I gave them one star for showing up, after that it would be 0 stars. Woman came out took a few pictures said we'll have a quote for you tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, I called a few days and they kept saying she is working on it. Have not heard from them yet. I'll go with a more professional company.

My lower level AC unit suddenly stopped working on May 17, 2017I Googled HVAC Kingsland, GA and found AC Service Center. I called and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day.Two very knowledgeable technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired with twenty minutes. I was expecting to have to replace the freon pump, but the problem was much less costly.Very reasonable pricing, very good explanations of the problem and very friendly folks.I highly recommend AC Service Center in Kingsland, GA.

Tech was prompt, identified the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. They came recommended by friends and I just recommended them to four co-workers. One of them literally just called them for his AC being out....they are meeting him in 15 minutes!

They've came out TWICE in the past month to "fix" my AC, yet it's still not running properly. It's set at 72, but it gets 80 in the overall house, 81 in my FOUR MONTH OLDS room, 82 in my sons (4) room upstairs. So after the 2nd time they "fixed" it, it's running 76-78, set on 72, I called and explained that I have a 4 month old & a 4 year old, I sit with no blinds open & no lights on & don't cook to help it stay cool. Yet it still stays 80. The desk clerk had the nerve to tell me she would let the workers know about my "little rant." Her words. NOT TO MENTION, on their site, it says "open 24 hours." Then it says "open 24-7 for emergencies. So when I asked to send them out today, she said "They're done for the day." Cause i guess my four year old and four month old don't make it emergency enough. OR the fact they've been out 3-4 times. Don't. Use. These. People.

Absolutely the ONLY "heating/air" company to consider in Camden County. these folks are top knotch - VERY Professional and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend to everyone five stars two thumbs WAY UP!!!
