Been coming here for a very long time. Usually very happy. Can tell they need staff. Staff friendly but they dropped the ball today. Did not check wiper blades or air filters didn t fill windshield washer fluid or check tire pressure until I asked them to. Didn t offer to reset maintenance light had to ask. Don t think they checked anything except oil level after filling. Plus waited long time for vehicle in front of us. Not my usual visit. Not happy.

I have been coming to the same location for nearly a decade, if not more. The service is always on point. The employees, whether they are new or old, always take care of my vehicle in a timely manner with professionalism and kindness. I love this location, and I travel a long way to be certain that the people I trust will care for my vehicle.

I went in today to get an oil change and got serviced by Darian and Austin. They were super friendly and had me in and out in no time! Great customer service and I HIGHLY recommend this location!

I usually get good service here. The guys are always polite and helpful. Keep in mind some of them are learning so be patient. I do feel they should actually be performing the items on the checklist every time and not just marking them complete. It's hit or miss on this every time I go.

It aas my first time here, found them off Google and I m SO glad I did! Very sweet and cool people, I respect that attitude. The name is true, I was in and out for an oul change and they even replaced my air filter when they spotted mine was bad! Ten out of ten for me

Sorry to say, but I have been to this place for years. And tonight was the worst. The guys working there were on their phones joking around, but maybe not in the most appropriate way though. I didn t hear anything nasty. The guy showed me my air filter which I can replace on my own so I didn t choose to do that. And it took probably 20 minutes to get through this. The worst part is I did go and get a new air filter and went to go put it in myself and realized the guy did not even close/latch where the air filter goes. It s not easy because it s connected to a lot of other things, I know bc I ve done it myself. He left it super open. Very disappointed. This was not the quality of service I ve always had. Not sure I ll go back there.

This is a go to for your oil change. They won't try to sell you anything you don't need.In thirteen is very kind. The whole crew Including Austin, Brandon, and Darian are organized, proficient, and professional. I would definitely be coming back.

Very quick. Staff is very helpful and checks everything rather than just changing your oil and sending you on your way. I had an issue with the price I was quoted over the phone and the actual cost, but they quickly adjusted it and informed me of the price for future reference. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They went over the available oil types for the oil change and what benefits each one provides. I was able to apply my $7 off coupon from their website with no hassle. Service was fast and thorough and I was out in under 15 minutes. I came here to have my emissions test done. The test was done quickly with very little wait time. I was provided a comfortable place to wait while they performed the emissions tests. I will use them again.

Had my oil changed yesterday and now I'm stuck on the side of the road because there is a leak and I'm out of oil. Of course it's Easter Sunday so they aren't open. Thanks guys! :(

This place has lost my business. Went on there forty minutes before closing, the manager told me that I couldn't get my tires rotated after an oil change. That's just telling g me that you don't my money so I won't be going back there.
