I really was not impressed with the service that I received this week when I needed to get my wife s vehicle emissions tested. When I entered the store, I had to wait about 5 minutes to even tell an employee what I was there to have done. An employee was more concerned about finding something in the Manager s desk drawer, than waiting on me, yet acknowledging me.I did have to wait to get the car tested, which was no problem at all. What was a problem was the general lack of concern & customer service. Then when my vehicle passed, I was checked out by the Manager, who seemed to give off the impression that, here you go, next, your business was not that important to my business.

Second visit cuz the first was a great experience! The two techs doing the oil changes the day I went were just as friendly! They have a great sense of humor and have great customer service. I even got air in my tires! Finally the "light" is off! You don't find that service very much nowadays!

I had enough energy to try getting an oil change and emissions test done. Was not dressed up and was going to back out, go home. A young man asked if he could help me. Said he d check oil and get emissions done easily. He did exactly what he said. Oil checked. Emissions done. He told me about a kiosk close by for car registration. SO kind! I was beyond grateful! Will go back for oil change. Good people. Go here, you will be treated well.

The folks at this business are great! I recently went there for an emissions test. The process was flawless! Clean and comfortable lobby. The icing on the cake was when the technician informed me that their was a kiosk in the Kroger across the street to renew my car registration. I highly recommend this business!

Although I normally bring my vehicle to my dealership for the majority of maintenance services, this Valvoline Instant Oil Change service center does serve some useful purpose for me. Year and year out, I have been using this particular establishment for my annual emissions test. It is a convenient location, five minutes, at the most, from where I live. The staff is courteous, efficient and thorough. The costs for the emissions tests are standard for this area and reasonable. Naturally, I have enough valid purposes for being a repeat customer for this shop, even if only for one specific initiative.

I didn t even leave the parking lot before I wrote this review! I really appreciate the customer service I just received, and I wanted to also pay it forward - Alli was so kind, friendly, and attentive. I was impressed with overhearing the great communication the staff were using to do my oil change quickly and efficiently. Brian and Allie (names may be spelled different) were very helpful, and thorough in their care for my vehicle. I came in for an oil change, but it was close to closing time. Brian was able to service the vehicle despite my timing. During the service, it was found that I needed an air filter, and another one that s behind the glove compartment. I also needed a side-marker lamp that was out. It was further explained that my service would be noted on CarFax, as a way to show how my Van is being maintained. On top of that, I was given a discount. Kudos to them both for their great service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I wasn t able to catch the names of the team working, but I stopped in on 12/27 at 5pm and was greeted before I even pulled up to the building with a huge smile! Everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. They all seemed to enjoy being there and had great attitudes! I will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

Go see AJ!! He ll take great care of you and your car! He has such great customer service! The first time I took my car here, he immediately fixed something another shop broke. Grateful to have a place I feel comfortable taking my car!!

Great service ! Was in and out in almost less than 10 mins. today! Workers here are very respectful and do not try to get you to have all these other services done that s not needed like other places are known for. Would highly recommend!

Went in for an emissions test. Was in and out in 10-15 minutes . The tech, Shawn Johnson was very efficient and polite. Overall, a very satisfying experience . As long as I work in Kennesaw, I'll have my emissions and oil changes done here.

I went in for emissions testing. Fast, courteous, helpful. I will go there again. And the kiosk to get your tag is just across the street in the Kroger building near the restrooms. Perfect!

Had a great experience! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was fast. Prices were fair. I'll definitely be back! I didn't catch the team members name who was under the car but Alli and he worked well together to get it done!

Excellent costumer service, and really good prices here. This was my first time getting an oil change by myself and after hearing all the ways people at other places get scammed I was kind of nervous. they were very upfront about the pricing and what they were doing, and didn t push further when I denied something. Will definitely be coming back for future oil changes! Brian was very considerate and informative, and the other gentlemen whose name I don t remember sadly (wearing a beanie) was also super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend! :)Service: Oil change

The fellas at the Jiles Rd. , Kennesaw Location ,were very direct and to the point. Explained the cost involved up front. No surprises. I had a very good experience. These guys represented their Shop and Valvoline Motor Oil very well...!!. Definitely will be a returning customer

I knew my vehicle was in perfect mechanical condition. This shop did not try and sell me anything extra. They simply changed my oil, told me it s in great shape, and sent me on my way. One guy was working all 3 bays. Wish I had asked his name. There were 4 cars ahead of me. He never stopped!I was in and out very quickly. He was also extremely professional and kind! I will let all my friends know about the Valvoline on Jiles Rd. in Kennesaw!

I visited this location today for an emissions test. This place had a line. They approached every vehicle to acknowledging the customer and provide an estimated time frame. They were professional throughout the service. Greatly appreciate acceptional customer service.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. Shout-out to Brian for taking care of my vehicle and letting me know exactly what was going on with it. He was professional and efficient, while also being very polite and did not try and force extra services on me. He gave me excellent recommendations for other services I needed at the time and got my tag light taken care of. 10/10 will be coming here for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

Exceptional Service! I ve been going to this location for many years. It s now the best it has ever been. I stopped in for windshield wiper blades. I was greeted by AJ, who took time to discuss windshield wipers, answer all of my questions, and then complete the installation. He was clearly knowledgeable and so friendly and attentive. I also noticed the entire staff following safety protocols that I have never noticed at other oil change businesses. It got my attention. The assistant manager, Brian, came over to ask if I was happy with my service. That has neverHappened before. I have confidence in this business and will be going back for my oil changes. Highly recommend!

I came in for an engine oil change and to see if they could help get rid of the lights on my dash. Brian helped me initially. He was patient and friendly. He checked my tires, wind shield wipers, etc- even teaching me about the sticker on the inside of the door that says what pressure your tires need to be at. I appreciate this immensely because he was kind enough to take time to show and explain to me things about my car that I didn t know and are helpful to know! Plus, I didn t feel talked down to or rushed. They mentioned things that I didn t realize were happening to my car like having excess brake fluid and helping reconnect a valve for my washer fluid.He and Mike explained to me some of the problems my car was having when replacing my coolant. Brian, Mike, and AJ all took a look at my car since it was not blowing heat. Although they couldn t fix this for me (a mechanic can), they knew what was causing the problem. Mike explained to me that I needed a blend door actuator serviced. Brian was able to tell me who and where to get it fixed.I couldn t have had a better experience here. The staff was personable, honest, patient, concise, clear, knowledgeable, and helpful! (That s a lot of adjectives. ) I will definitely go back and recommend others too.Thank you three so much! Wonderful and friendly service!! Normally I do not feel comfortable as a female going to an auto shop and tend to get scammed or pressured, but that s not the case here. Brian Jackson was the tech on duty for emissions and he explained everything he was doing step by step then explained all of the details on the invoice in case I had any questions. Real nice guy. Will definitely come back for any other car maintenance and upkeep!
