This was my very first time doing a tint for car and I gotta say that I m very impressed. Customer service was outstanding as well , they explained all the information I needed to know before making my decision and they definitely toke care of me 100%. I would recommend this place to more people because they are very good at their job to be honest.

UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the owner Lauren reached out to me to determine what went wrong during my previous visit and find out what she could do to make it right. After speaking with her I scheduled another appointment, and the shop performed another cleaning and inspection of my car. This time, however, when I picked up my vehicle it was spotless (see the 2 new photos added).It s now very apparent to me that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them, and they re invested in the people who utilize their services. Based on these facts, the openness and honesty from Lauren, and the service they provided the second time around, I am more than willing to recommend them again. Thanks for making it right!!Initial review: I had my new 2021 Challenger ceramic coated here in March of 2022. They did an excellent job, and I recommended this shop to everyone I knew. So much so in fact that when my best friend came to visit from Pennsylvania, he didn t hesitate and took his car there to be ceramic coated too.Maintaining the coating is pretty straight forward, and once a quarter you need to take your vehicle in for them to inspect it. The bright side is that when they do the inspection, they also wash and dry the exterior of your vehicle, so it s not necessary to clean it before you take it in, a point the staff made sure to let me know before my first inspection.The first year my car was coated the pre-paid package was only $129 for four inspections. However, in 2023 the prices nearly doubled to around $250. I get it, everything was (and still is) getting more expensive. However, during my most recent visit, the cost was almost $70 for one inspection and the gentleman working the counter said that was an honored price that I was given as a courtesy, and that future inspections would be around $500. To make matters worse, my vehicle was NOT clean when I picked it up (see photos). I m not visiting this shop again, even if that means losing the warranty on my coating.

Came in and just wanted something simple (2 front windows tinted to match the factory rear privacy glass shade), nothing like what I d assume their normal customers usually get.They treated me just the same as their full paying clients and provided clear and transparent care instructions, and speedy, precise service/installation. Courteous crew over there. Lauren provided excellent customer service with a smile on her face and courteous attitude. Ryan walked me through the installation process and presented the final product that showed he took excellent pride in his work. Lyndon even helped me quote out some audio work to get completed in the near future, which I will be saving up to do. Tint World of Kennesaw has earned a lifetime customer and I know everyone else who is looking to have work done here will have an experience that will leave them satisfied. Thanks guys!

Don't know where all the Positive reviews come from about their customer service.Made an appointment, told them I would be waiting. I was told it would be about 2 hours. OK , I was told around an hour over the phone before making the appointment, but I figured I could go grab some food. Told them to please call if they have any questions or need anything and that I would be right next door. So I walk to Buffalos and get some food. I walk back to Tint World over 1.5 hours after dropping off the car, and it was still just sitting in the parking lot. They hadn't even touched it, nor called me to let me know it would be longer.Went in and asked for my keys. Absolutely ridiculous.I went here for good service. Was sorely disappointed.Hopefully your experience will be better, but for me. I now have to find and book an appointment somewhere else hoping to get good service.

From start to finish Brittany took care of me and got me in to the shop within 5 days. Once in the shop I waited comfortably for about two hours and the end result was amazing. Brittany was amazing, very helpful, very patient, and very attentive. She showed me examples of different tint percentages and walked me through the entire process. My jeep looks so good and I am so in love with the final outcome. They also provided me with this awesome glass/tint cleaner. Went to Tint World today and had a great experience. Lyndon was awesome, he answered all of my questions, was very knowlegeable, and a nice guy. Also, did an amazing job tinting my windows. They look great! I definitely recommend this place, super professional, good customer service, and they do a great job.

These folks are fantastic! Family owned and operated and you can feel that they really care. Tint is perfect and they directed me to the perfect tint film and percentage for what i ultimately wanted. Tint job was excellent, and cost very reasonable. I only give 4 stars because I wish communication had been a bit better. I scheduled my appointment after being told it was a 2 hour job, only to show up for my appointment to learn they had overbooked and it would be 5-6 hours. Minor inconvenience for my situation, but 3-4 unplanned car-less hours is significant.I still would recommend.Services: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films

I've been wanting to get my car tinted for literally 5 years and finally decided to give this place a chance since they opened by my gym. Although they seemed a little pricey, they weren't much more than other places I researched. I made an appt and although they said to give them 2 hours, they were finished early and it turned out great. I definitely recommend this place if you are seeking your vehicle tinted and the owner was very knowledgeable as well.

The experience with the staff at Tint World Kennesaw was fun and comfortable from beginning to end! Brittany explained everything to me over the phone, setting up the appointment was a quick and easy process! I was still undecided on what percent tint to go with on my car but when I got to the shop I met Sebastian(sorry if names are spelled wrong). He helped me out instantly, within minutes I knew what look I wanted to go for my car and it was thanks to his informative advice. I really enjoyed the whole experience throughout, the whole staff was awesome! This is definitely where all my future tint projects will be with, including friends and family!Service: Window tinting

What an experience! From the get go I was met by the owner Lauren. Rare to see an owner out and about. She was knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. Tint World of Kennesaw did an amazing job replacing the tint on my windows. The staff was efficient and professional during the entire process. Lyndon effectively and thoroughly communicated the process as well as the post-care treatment of windows. He was very patient and pleasant answering my questions and the check-out process was quick and easy. Additionally, Kevin, the person who tinted the windows, did phenomenal work. Gave TintWorld a try because they had good reviews, 3 months later my windshield tint is peeling from both corners!! I have a Tesla model 3 which is a pretty big window and they charged me more for that, not happy!! Don t even want to go back for the warranty!

The Tint World Team at Kennesaw did an amazing job tinting every window on my Telluride. I called in advance and talked to a gentleman about installation of my remote start I told him that I would be bringing my own in and asked if they would put it in he said yea and gave me a quote of around 270 so I made an appointment. But when I came in they said they don t install remote if it s not theirs and gave me a quote of over double the price. I don t know if they were trying to scam me or just waste my time but really frustrating.

I went there to get my car detailed and was very excited to see it l, when I received it there was a door ajar light stuck on and several spots just completely skipped over. I went back over the missed spots myself and discovered some of the marks they said they couldn't get off just wiped off. very disappointed and the same day my tint started peeling, I hate to point fingers and say it's their fault but it may be. 2/5 stars

Fantastic service. I carried my 1949 lincoln to Tint World (Kennesaw) due to an issue I was having with the stereo system. The team at Tint World scheduled a diagnostic and quickly identified the issue. I was also surprised to see that Tint world has a variety of services and products which include window tinting, audio systems, car wrapping, etc. I will definitely be returning!

Ryan did a really nice job on my vehicle. I had the chrome blackout done which is a very meticulous process. I was pleased with the quality of the work, and the people are professional as well.

Tint World Kennesaw is not just for cars!!! We have 3 large windows in our home that were causing the AC to work nonstop Ryan came in and did a great job answering my questions and installing our tint. He was even super patient with our dog! Our windows look so nice and it s so much cooler in our home. We ve really been able to enjoy watching TV at any point in the afternoon!Lauren helped with setting our appointments and was so sweet!
