Tidwell Ford Collison did an excellent job repairing my truck! They got me in for repair in a timely manner, kept me updated throughout the process and provided an excellent quality repair. Highly recommend! Other companies wanted to use aftermarket parts. Tidwell Collision provided only genuine Ford replacement parts!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had been looking for a 2019 GT Premium Convertible 6-speed and somehow luckily found an exact match with all the options. Bought the car (very excited & happily) on 01/20/2020 (2 days before my b/day) and was enjoying it thoroughly. On 02/14/2020, was out w/ the wife enjoying a sunny valentine's day when I was rear-ended on Canton Rd near E. Piedmont. If you see the pictures, I still had the dealer/temp tag...had not even finished my 1st payment....talk about being super upset.Regardless, took the car-in on 03/03/2020 to Tidwell and they kept me informed about all the repairs on a very frequent basis (much appreciated). I got the car back on 03/26 and they were nice enough to make a few tweaks to align the truck, etc. Thus far very happy w/ the repairs; no complaints.

I must rave about the service I have received from this collision center, if you must go here I hope you have the pleasure of being served by Kenneth Rose. He took the most agitating inconvenient situation and made it a breeze for me. They did a stellar job on my repairs and when I had to follow up with problems they were very quick to address it. Ken was so intuitive and his communication is 2nd to none. The staff was always well informed whether he was there or not because he always made sure to leave detailed instructions. He gave me updates even send pictures during the process. If there were any issues he always let me know about it. Jim Tidwell is the way to go if you must go this way. I highly recommend.

First time using Jim Tidwell s World Collision and I have nothing but amazing things to say about their service! The people/service was incredible, they were always very attentive and kind to me. They always kept me informed with any updates they made with the car, they fixed my car super well, It look as if I hadn't had any damage. They left my car in perfect condition and clean. If you need to get your car fix because someone crashed it, this is the place where you have to go without a doubt. Thank you for the service, I am very satisfied. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were awesome!!! They helped me get my car fixed after being rear ended. They also helped me with the insurance company that was being difficult. Over all. Had some minor-medium front end damage that that ended up taking about 4 weeks to complete (bumper, grill, intercooler) was told MULTIPLE times "truck is in paint" & then finally 3 days after the last "paint" call it was finished. Horrible lack of communication & updates as well I think the longest was about 8 days straight between update calls. Wouldn't recommend anyone here Ever.Service: Body & Trim

The experience Kennedy and I had with Tidwell collision started with a phone call to Crist when Kennedy hit a branch and did some damage to the front end of her civic. That phone call was professional, informative, completely honest about what to expect. We got the car there, and it was estimated and repaired with quality work and in a timely fashion. We picked up the car and the work was fabulous. They handled everything from the insurance company and that was a huge thing. They even went above and beyond when we thought we had a related problem after delivery. Turned out it wasn't heir problem but we were still treated with respect and as a valued customer. I particularly appreciate the way they treated myself and especially Kennedy throughout this whole process. Its so very important to me to know Kennedy was in great hands when dealing with these fine folks. Thank you to the whole crew at Tidwell Collision in Kennesaw Ga. Took in my car to get fixed through insurance from a minor rear end. Tidwell did great with the repairs - bumper looks better than new! I lucked out and all the parts needed were available quickly so they turned the car around in just a couple of days. Even washed and vacuumed it! Would definitely recommend to others for collision repair.

Overall the job took much longer than anticipated for the hatchback lock and trim to be taken care of. The service people were excellent; however, two weeks after getting the job done, the same lock issue has begun. Essentially, the door hatch will not unlock with the door keys or manually, so the same problem before getting the repairs is occurring. I left a message for the service department to call me back it s still no one has.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Chris, Sue and Amanda are awesome. I had a small repair on the front of my vehicle. The repairs look great, the vehicle was clean. The communication was great and the service was outstanding.The whole process was much quicker than expected.I will definitely use Tidwell Collision in the future when and if the unfortunate circumstance of an accident arises.

Was very happy with the quality of the repairs. Things I was unhappy about was they did not finish when they said they were going to be done and then not let me know until the day I was expecting it back. They called me during the repairs to add additional work that they did not catch which I thought was something obvious that had to be replaced (apparently it was not on the original quote). Lastly I know it s a work van but I was expecting it to be washed like all other vehicles that come through the collision center. Overall I was happy with the service but these are the reasons why I gave them a three and a five star rating.Service: Body & Trim

This was the first time i ever filed a insurance claim to repair my car. Tidwell Collision Center has been nothing but nice to me. They walked me through step by step and kept me informed when the weather conditions extended my repair time. I was extremely impressed when i got my car back it was absolutely outstanding. Jerry was so awesome and made me feel like he went over and beyond. I will not only return should the need arise but refer others to this location as well. Excellent and friendly service is what you will get at Tidwell Ford Collision Center.

I'm not satisfied with the customer service. I was never notified when I need it to drop my vehicle and their response was that they don't have time to let me know so had to wait another 2 weeks to drop my vehicle. when i drop my vehicle the collision guy told me that he forgot to order the windshield and need it to confirm it was part of the incident, and he was the person that originally did the appraisal.

Chris is by far the best manager I ve ever worked with. The beginning was a little rocky but once Chris got involved everything was taken care of; he truly cares about his customers. Not only did they fix our truck back to perfection but they also detailed it inside and out and filled it up. Thank you for taking care of us!

Loved my experience. They were determined to get me in a car. I doubted there ability to met my wants and needs in terms of payment since it was my first time buying a car. Both Stephen salesman and Gloria in finance made my experience amazing!! I love my car. I've come across one very minor issue with it but its used and I'm sure itd covered under warranty so I'm sure it will be taken care of in no time!! Did I mention I love my car!!?? . it really was a great experience!!!

Chris and Sue at Jim Tidwell Collision Center are both awesome! Chris is the manager and really values producing quality work for his customers. You can tell that Chris puts his customers first and wants all of his customers to be satisfied with the work that Tidwell does. Sue is also very helpful and nice. My car bumper looked horrible when i dropped it off but it looks great now. Chris did not want me to leave without being 100% satisfied with the work on my car, which I appreciate. AMAZING customer service!

I brought my Ford Edge here after a rear-end collision. Amanda and Sue were great to work with. They took care of having my car towed from the wrecker service to their facility. They answered all of my questions and had a pleasant attitude. The car drives great.

Chris Crist and his team do a brilliant job! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and making sure the client is happy with the work performed.I have purchased many cars from Jim Tidwell Ford, and have had interaction with the Collisions department on three occasions now. On all occasions, it was spot on. I recommend them for vehicle repairs and such...

I had an accident in November 2021. My 2017 Toyota Camry was towed to the Collision Center in Kennesaw. I spoke with Chris, the Collision Center Manager, several times about insurance and the rental car. Chris was very helpful in explaining theirprocess of fixing my car. I received my car right before Christmas 2021. Great job!!

So we were looking for a vehicle for my wife. We searched all over the internet and knew we wanted an explorer. Ended up going to several other places, but didn't like the value or the customer service. Came here, no pressure what so ever. Found the vehicle (incredible value). Then slept on decision and bought the vehicle a couple of days later. The only issue we had was vehicle was supposed to be detailed prior to delivery. Which wasn't, I called up manger. They put us in a loaner and went above and beyond to make us happy. Due to customer service and the way they treat you. I recommend this place in that alone, price was great, vehicle was a great deal.

Customer service is fantastic, they did a great job and is the reason they get 2 stars vs 1! Had a drivers side mirror replaced and the drivers side of the truck buffed out. After Tidwell worked on my truck there is now a super annoying metalic rattle now inside my driver door which sounds like someone is shaking a metal closet hanger inside the door and the buff job is completely full of swirl marks and obviously was not polished out. Not at all satisfied(UPDATE) Received a call from Manager Chris, he got me in ASAP and they corrected the issues to my satisfaction while I waited.

I recently brought my F-150 here for a warranty issue with my sunroof. My below average rating is based 3 things. First, and most importantly, while fixing my sunroof they scratched and chipped my roof, and then failed bring it to my attention. I found the issues while inspecting my truck prior to leaving, and then raised the issue with them. They kept my truck an additional week, but were unable to restore it to the previous condition. Additionally, they would not propose a solution that would have returned the value that they took from the truck by damaging the factory paint. Secondly, the customer service team is friendly, but not responsive and very hard to reach by phone. Lastly, they clearly made this an issue that I had to fight to resolve, which considering the amount paid for Ford Trucks, is not in line with quality customer service.

Second time coming to the body shop for a different vehicle. Fixed with wrong glass; got replaced 2 weeks after I noticed it wasn t OEM. Noticed headlight has fingerprints, on the reflective material, inside the housing. Paint mark on driver side rear door that didn t get polished off. Repaired F-250 Ford. First time using Tidwell collision. Very nice people & great quality work. Chris called or emailed with updates throughout repair-many times. Never had repair done with people that were that concerned with doing a good job. Thanks guys!
