My rear view mirror fell and I went online and tried everything suggested to do it myself and nothing worked. It's a Cadillac with OnStar built in to the rear view mirror so it is wired and very heavy so none of the online remedies worked at all. Finally I called a nearby glass shop and they recommended me to the glass man. It took them 5 minutes and it cost about as much as I had already spent on the various glues and kits to repair the rear view mirror. I wish I had just come here to begin with! They were so easy to work with and so quick!

Don't really understand the negative reviews. For me the process developed as follows:1. Called establishment, explained the issue.2. Appointment was scheduled, part was ordered.3. Technician arrived at my place of work, executed the service (replaced windshield), and I was assured a warranty.5. All was done in timely manner.6. Price was decent.7. No issues with leaks or anything since repair.In summary: no-nonsense, job well done.

Exceptionally professional and helpful. They were able to come out on a weekend to repair my window after it was broken into because I was moving that day. The repairman was extremely nice and professional, and when I had to call the office to get another copy of my invoice for my insurance company, they were really helpful about that. My window works and looks great! Highly recommend.

After cracking the windshield of my government issued 2016 Ford Explorer in March 2017, I called the Ford dealership who recommended The Glass Man. Last week, I was driving ion I-285 and saw the side panel begin to flap in the wind while a few moments later it was pulled off the car completely. I retrieved the piece and saw that every single plastic clip had been broken off and he had loaded the back with glue in order to try and secure it. I then looked at the other side and saw where it too had been held down with glue and cracked the top of it.I called Joey and he simply said, "that's what happens with that model and they tried to save the panels by gluing them, sorry." I asked about his claim to offer "Lifetime Warranty on all Craftsmanship" and he said that the 2016 Ford Explorer does not qualify and everyone breaks the panels to put a new windshield on. Then I asked about the claim on his website of "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and he said it was too bad and that I would have to pay $400 for new panels to be put on. I asked if there was anything he could do in order to keep future business from my government agency and he said no. I then called Atlanta Glass and they could not have been more helpful. They said if I really wanted to fight it then he would have to warranty the craftsmanship, but I advised I wanted Atlanta Glass to fix what The Glass Man had broken. DO NOT trust their claims of any warranty or 100% satisfaction. Very bad business model, very hard to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM, there are way too many windshield repair companies in Metro Atlanta, not worth the risk.

You know those landscape guys that are using leaf blowers beside the road? Well, one of them blew a rock at my windshield & cracked it! Very small crack but I didn't want it to spread.Lucky for me, I saw one of The Glass Man vehicles soon after. When I called they were extremely knowledgeable & explained the process so I would understand. I set an appointment for two days later. MJ called this morning to let me know when he would be here & showed up on time! He was very polite and professional. He explained the process again and completed my windshield crack repair quickly! I Really Appreciate the wonderful customer service this company provided and am very happy to recommend The Glass Man to anyone that needs glass repair service!

Spoke with Joey the owner who at first appeared to be professional and about his business. I was wrong, my wife's car needed to have a windshield replaced. Joey and I agreed on a day and time and not only did he not show up there was no call or text to inform me. When I contacted Joey his words were, "We got swamped and couldn't get to you let's reschedule." Being a business man myself I gave him the benefit. Wrong again! The gentleman he sent to my house was professional and went about the job until he took out the broken windshield and discovered he was given the wrong windshield information by Joey. Needless to say it was late in the evening and the glass couldn't be replaced until the next day. When I tried to contact Joey that evening he didn't answer and didn't return my phone call until the next day late in the afternoon. I decided to go with a different company. I saved myself any additional anguish and $40 in doing. #horribleservice

I scheduled an appointment one week in advance for a technician to come to my home to install a windshield and a back glass in my classic car. The day of the appointment, I took the afternoon off from work to meet the technician. Prior to leaving work, I left several messages to confirm my appointment and never received a return phone call. I finally reached "the Glass Man" after I got home and was told that he was down two technicians that day and needed to re-reschedule. "The Glass Man" was very rude to me on the phone, did not care that I was inconvenienced and told me to find someone else to install my glass. I gladly found someone else.

On-site work with great quality. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again. They were also the least expensive of 6 places I called for windshield replacement.

Had a cracked front window, Glassman never returned my attempts to contact them (calls, voicemail, etc)Been two weeks, still no response. I recommend skipping the hassle, and just reaching out to your local Safelite. I made a same day appointment at safelite, and they repaired my window damage in under an hour.

Hi called the Glass man to find out were was the water coming in on my Nissan Altima. I thought it was the front glass. Because they replaced it about 3years ago. The Tect that they sent out did not know what he was doing. He spent 5 hours on my car to correct a leak in the sunroof. I was happy that he came on Christmas eve. But I thought the leak was fixed. Found out last week. Which was January 4 that the car was still leaking. Because I don't drive the car. I have two cars. I called the Tect to let him know. His name is M.J. is what he called him self. He came back out to try a fix the leak, try to charge me again. Then wanted to double charge me about 150.00. I refuse to pay him. I let him know that He didn't fix the leak the first time. They have a lifetime warranty on Worksmans ship. I said I was calling the company to report him. He cut my calls off. So I could not leave a message. I got my sister to call, she was able to leave a message. February 6, 2021 is when he had to come back out. When he had just tried to fix the leak on December 24, 2020.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Glass Man was very professional in replacing my windshield. They conveniently came to my office and changed it in the parking deck so that I did not have to miss work. The price was much less than well known competitors. Thank you Glass Man!!

Steer clear of these amateur's.I hired the Glass Man to put a new windshield on my Jeep. After a rainstorm, I noticed 2" of water in my passenger floor board. I spent 10hrs pulling my dash and a/c box, thinking that it was leak in the engine firewall somewhere. It turned out to be the windshield install that was done months earlier by Glass Man was the issue. I took pictures of the windshield gaps in the front before I took it out and in the back of the windshield where the sealant did not meet the window after I took it out. After explaining the issue and showing the pictures to Glass Man, these nitwits stated the "lifetime warranty" would not cover the issue since I removed the windshield. Interesting position to take since they know it was the unprofessional install that caused the problem. In addition, there was no formal warranty details provided (I believe it is a make it up as you go warranty). It would have cost them a half hour of time and half a tube of sealant to do the right thing for their customer. If you end up choosing Glass Man for work, all I can say is...you have been warned.

Sloppy work that is very expensive. I would even say that the job was not even finished. The glass was thrown into place, and that was that. Little to no caulking or finishing to make the outcome look professional. Customer was instructed that she would not notice the sloppy work after a few days had passed.

Great place I Highly recommend glass man! I did write a bad review on a bad day but I m always open to fixing my mistakes and I highly recommend everyone go to him because he s a great guy great customer service!
