This place is awesome! The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and work as a team! I didn't need an oil change but wanted my fluids checked and wiper blades replaced for an upcoming road trip. They checked everything and also replaced my engine air filter, my cabin air filter, and performed a complete coolant exchange all in about 20 minutes. I am very confident in the service and will definitely be back again!

When I say exceptional service I mean it! ALL THE GUYS working the night I went were professional, knowledgeable and caring! Explained everything to a T, no hidden pricing! I m always a late planner as to why I had to get a last min oil change but they made me feel right on time! JOB WELL EXECUTED!

Overall amazing experience as usual. Forgot the name of the gentleman helping me, but they were all very friendly and nice. They honestly are the 5 star of oil changes & anything else you might need for your car!

I only come to this location for an oil change and other vehicle needs. Today (01/19/24) I was serviced by Malik. I had an outstanding experience with this mechanic! Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in the thorough inspection and efficient maintenance they performed on my vehicle. The service was not only prompt but also accompanied by clear communication throughout the process. The team's honesty and transparency regarding the maintenance needed gave me confidence in their work. Fair pricing and friendly customer service made my visit pleasant. I highly recommend this mechanic for their professionalism, reliability, and overall excellent service.

This location on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw is absolutely the best; it s equipped with great service advisors and technicians. They are thorough and very punctual. I felt an ease of steadiness as these fellas worked in unison. The process was just seamless. You just sit in your car and the technicians do the rest. BIG THANKS I truly appreciate your service.

This is my second time using Take 5 Oil change they were very very pleasant professional and I would not hesitate to use them again over anyone else. I was even able to bring my own oil and paid them to change it and paid for a filter. Fantastic job!! Really nice people!

The only saving grace is that I got a discount. I waited over 40 mins to be asked to pop the hood and then another 20 for anything to be done to the car. I was there for an emissions test and oil change. They did not tell me until 40 mins in that to get emissions done I d have to go to the Smyrna location and by then I d wasted enough of my time and just went ahead and had them change my oil. They neglected to tell me that they were TRAINING someone who was changing my oil. That further extended my time there. I spent over an hour at a Take5. Wouldn t recommend, they aren t communicative and horribly expensive if you don t get a discount. $80 just for oil, without the discount it would have been over $160! I m going to a standard mechanic from now on.

I had a good experience at getting my oil changed the technician as well. Educated inform me that I needed mine inside air filter changed which I authorize and also that I need my Hulu system plus and recharged no pressure. It was all done in a timely manner, very professional.

Wife got her oil changed there and the next day the rock guard underneath fell loose and tore away a quarter of the panel off. Was told they would try to fix so wife went there they told her they fixed it...when I got home and saw it was exactly how it was when I made initial call. Spoke with 2 managers and 1 corporate. Still waiting on a call back with a solution...it's been 16 days thus far...

I want to extend a warm shout out to Take 5 Oil Change who took great care of me!! I waited to the last minute and whipped in their lot at 10 min before close and the guy approached me with a smile and handled business! Customer service is missing now and days but Take 5 showed me there s still hope!! If you want great customer and car care, this is the place!

I went to the Take 5 location on Barrett Parkway on 3.5.24 for an oil change. They were fast and professional. They said my air filter looked good instead of just selling me one. They checked all the fluids and air pressure in my tires without me having to remind them. I have been to this location several times and will continue to do so.

I visited Take Five for an oil change, expecting a routine maintenance service to keep my truck running smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience at Take Five was nothing short of a nightmare. To my horror, shortly after leaving the service center, my truck's engine began making alarming noises. Upon inspection by a qualified mechanic, it was discovered that the oil change performed by Take Five was botched, leading to severe damage and ultimately causing my engine to lock up. The financial burden and inconvenience this has caused me are beyond measure. The lack of care and expertise demonstrated by Take Five's staff is unacceptable. Proper procedures were evidently not followed, resulting in irreversible damage to not one but two of my vehicles. Take Five must prioritize quality control and ensure that all staff members are adequately trained to perform their duties competently. Additionally, implementing a thorough inspection process before releasing vehicles to customers could help prevent such catastrophic errors in the future. Despite my frustration and disappointment, I urge Take Five to address these issues promptly and take responsibility for the consequences of their actions. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Take Five for any automotive services. The disregard for customer satisfaction and the negligence displayed by their staff are simply inexcusable. I've reached out and even went to the location but have yet to here from their avp about the matter.

I had the best experience here for my oil change. Tavarius was exceptional - he explained everything to me in knowledgeable detail and made sure I was comfortable with the process. He was very friendly and courteous too! I highly recommend this location

My girlfriend took her vehicle in for an oil change at Take 5 and two days later I noticed it was leaking oil in her driveway. We didn't know at the time that there were puddles the size of bodies at her work from where she had parked. Needless to say it ran low on oil because the technician didn't put a washer on the drain plug. I have reached out dozens of times, wrote corporate and have been given the run around by management. Do not have your oil changed here or you could be faced with replacing an engine yourself! Next stop is an attorney. Not playing games with these guys anymore.

Amazing amazing performance for me everyone there!! Especially Malik!! Explained everything detailed to me and didn t hide any fees or charges. Very polite and funny too! Always asked if he could check anything on the car and gives amazing recommendations! If you want exceptional service, definitely come here. Will be coming here again, most definitely!

I am a new customer of Take 5, as I usually use a dealership for all of my vehicle needs. After my experience here the next oil change that I need will definitely be done by these guys. They were ALL extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I was in a bit of a hurry as I was actually doing this before my subcontractors were getting to my j on b so I went early and I was in and out in was seemed to be just a few minutes. I highly recommend these guys for anyone that would normally go to a dealership you need to make an appointment here I just pulled up stayed in my vehicle and they changed my oil. It was a little more expensive but if I factor in my time an extra $10 - $20 from my dealership was definitely worth it. I will gladly come back and let it be done from here on out. Thanks again for all your help and for such a wonderful experience!

The service here was very good. They had the system down to a T. One person manning computer and charges one person doing the labor. Communication between all of us was fantastic. And yes, it was truly 5 minutes. I will be back

Hands down the best oil change experience I ve ever had. Fast, honest, thorough, and incredible customer service. Knowing very little about cars, I can t express how much I appreciate all of the extra safety checks and services (including tire pressure/air). I feel they genuinely do what s in the best interest of the customer, not trying to sell an unneeded additional service, which has been rare for me to find in a service location and is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Take 5!

Took My Grand Marquis in for a full service oil change last Friday and needed some other things done!! Jason was my technician and took care of everything!! That Guy is An awesome Technician very knowledgeable and helpful I would definitely recommend this location The whole Team is A1 and Professional!!!!

This is consistently the best place to get your oil changed. We bring all of our vehicles here and have always had an excellent experience. Everyone speaks to us, are polite and professional, explains all of our options well but are not high pressure at all, and they get us in and out quickly. I highly recommend this location!!

This was my first visit; was nearby and took a chance! I will say exactly what I said while I was there, This was a great experience! -Much better than making an appointment with a dealership and spending half a day there just for an oil change. I was also able to get new wiper blades. I just liked the whole process of watching them all work as a team. I would definitely recommend using them to service your car! Everyone was so nice! Got a new customer in me!

Jason and his coworkers were fantastic. This take 5 has the best customer service. I got to sit in my car, and have what they were doing explained to me in a way that wasn t condescending at all. They fixed my problems without making me feel like I wasn t being sold a bunch of stuff I didn t need. I ve never had a nicer oil change experience.

I didn t know if they closed at 8 or 9 so I got there at 7:55. I felt so bad getting there so close to closing time and offered to just come back later but they were so kind and told me they were happy to do it! The first person I talked to was Marc and he was so kind and welcoming. After that Savannah took care of me. Highly recommend. Very fast, and very kind. Will be getting my oil changed here from now on.

Totally Awesome Experience! Was there yesterday for 2nd time this year! Took about 15 minutes totally. Checked Everything under the hood! I will compare the service to a 5 star French Restaurant. Front waiter, Back waiter, food runner, manager, busboy at every table for every possible need! Absolutely wonderful service! Totally RESPECT the EXTREME diversity in the employees because our neighborhood is VERY DIVERSE! Keep it up!

This is the most uncomfortable I ve ever been made to feel getting an oil change. I ve been to take 5 s before, but on this day I was having trouble pulling into the bay. The employee was having me pull into the extreme right & appeared to be loosing his patience with me & told his co-worker It s always a women . Then continued to talk to me like I was a child. I hate dealing with car places anyway of any kind & this kind of person is exactly the reason for that. I understand he was just doing his job trying to help me, but if you re going to laugh at my expense, do it after I leave & don t treat me like your kid.

Edit: Added updated pricing as of 11/3/23Nice staff. Told me my oil still looked good and let me decide whether or not to get an oil change. Thorough checking of car. Gave upsell options but didn't pressure. Service was quick, especially on a Saturday. Price is good and there are often coupons. Would come back.

Polite and professional from start to finish.I had to take a company vehicle in and the tech was wonderful, explained things that warranted an explanation and got the job done quickly on a van that required some special attention.I would recommend them to anyone and will be taking my personal vehicle to them when the time comes for an oil change.
