We made another purchase with William at Subaru Kennesaw. Very knowledgeable about all of their vehicles. Good open discussion on options on vehicles and how they best suit our needs. We have purchased a Crosstrek, WRX and now theOutback. Very happy with the purchase process.

Very disappointed. I was lied to straight to my face. In Jan/Feb of 2019 I bought a 2015 Outback. It was one of two on the lot that would have fit my needs. The first one was perfectly fine but had the standard window tinting. The second had an infotainment screen with a dead spot but very dark tinted windows. I have a sun allergy and I take care of a cancer patient with medication induced sun sensitivity. They explained that since the screen isn't needed for the car operation they couldn't replace it but if I got a certain level of warranty I could pay just 100 bucks and get it replaced. Then the pandemic happened. I take it to a different dealership in another state and lo and behold, no it isn't covered. I asked several times, had them show me where it says infotainment system on the warranty before I signed. Apparently that DOESN'T include the screen. We really like Subarus and intended on buying one for my daughter. I won't be buying them here. Should have been honest with me.
