One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I am 51 years old and have been a driver and auto parts shopper for many many years now. The staff at this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts were extremely helpful and professional. The manager, Dawn was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned about my vehicle issues. Dawn took care of my parts issues as well as pointed me in the right direction as far as the new parts I needed. Dawn's knowledge of vehicle repair as well as parts was impressive to say the least. The rest of Dawn's staff, including Jimmy was amazing as well. Of all the auto parts store chains (the big 4), O'Reilly is the best by far and this location as well as the Tucker Georgia location are the best of the best. If you are in the Kennesaw area needing auto parts, this is the ONLY place to go. Dawn and her staff will take care of you for sure. The best auto parts store experience I have ever had. Thank you so much Dawn! You and Jimmy saved me! Saved me a lot of time and money as well! A quick message to Dawn's district manager... Dawn is deserving of a raise and a promotion!

I just called the store to check to see if they had a product and the guy was willing to go look on the shelf to inform me they did not carry it however it was happy to tell me where I could find it awesome service great job!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Chris, who went above and beyond to change my battery in less than ideal conditions, with heavy rain pouring down. Chris displayed unwavering professionalism and commitment throughout the entire process. Despite the weather, Chris's efficiency and competence was truly impressive. He worked diligently to ensure my vehicle was up and running in no time. I am deeply grateful for Chris's service, and his dedication to the job is truly commendable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of automotive assistance.

I went to the O Reilly Auto Parts off Wade Green. My rear left blinker had went out and I needed a bulb. Dawn assisted me and found the exact bulb for my VW. She then installed it herself like the pro she is. Thank you Dawn!

This is my wife's profile. I don't have one, or GPS on my flip phone, and that is why I stopped at this O'Reilly. I was beyond sick of I-75 and wanted to find a different route to NE Bama, so I stopped by to hopefully purchase a GPS device and find that alternate route so I could stay the heck off of I-75. They didn't have any GPS devices, but they did take the time to print me out directions of the route I was hoping for and we talked a bit. Q was the dude's name that was taking care of me, but there were two other guys that were helping a lot as well. Great set of guys y'all got working here.

I being a full blooded Irish Man,Owned myself to try them! Aside from my heritage,O'Reilly's is hands down theBest Auto Parts Store In Metro Atlanta! I went to the Bells FerryRd Location, and can't expressEnough how friendly, and knowledgeable all of them were!! I didn't catch anyone'sName, However They were ALLNICE! I needed a headlight for my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country! They said it might be a bulb, and checked out, and sure enough it was! Instead of waiting for the new Headlight($164.00)They even installed it!! 5 Stars easily would've been a 100 stars if I could!!

Customer service is awesome! The employees were very nice and helpful. I also noticed that prices on some things are less expensive than Advanced and AZ. I always check prices B4 any purchase. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very friendly staff know what they're talking about and will not hesitate to help you! Highly recommended! We had a battery that was very hard to remove any location that was and place by at least eight bolts and Paul and his staff came out and replace the battery themselves free of charge. Definitely will not shop anywhere else for auto parts.

Q specifically helped us out, but the entire team was willing & able to help & assist everyone that walked in all with patience & kindness & understanding. Before we walked in, majority of the employees were outside helping customers out, which says a lot in comparison to competitors in the area. Q was great & professional. Definitely would recommend this location!

Very friendly and helpful associate. Went in for new wiper blades and not only did he get them for me, he installed them and gave me tips for helping them last longer. Will definitely go to this location again with any auto needs.

Brake lights out and purchased bulbs and asked I believe Dawnif it was easily installed-took a look and had install done in 5 minutes and would not let me pay-lived on Wade Green for 40 years-would recommend highly.

AMAZING SERVICE!My daughter's car would not start, and we did not have any tools to get the battery removed. Dawn, the manager, provided great support and service. Trusted me to take a tool to assist. Was able to get the car started, she helped change the battery, install new windshield wipers, provided tips on how to prolong wipers etc. Just friendly and caring. Everyone was kind. Felt like the "Chick-Fil-A" of Auto parts stores. I truly hope Corporate realizes them in some way!

I came in to find a part while on speaker phone with my husband. (We don't live in the area.) Luther was super helpful and patient with us as he located the part online. It had to be brought in, and I picked it up two days later. Once again, Luther was professional and very helpful. He even recommended an amazing BBQ restaurant. Thank you!

I use this location for my shop as well as personal projects. Everyone who works here is professional and provides great customer service. Dawn, Kip, John, Kelly, and everyone else have always been helpful regardless of what I need.

Greetings! O Reilly has great customer service. I got to speak with Mr. Kip a few times; he was super helpful and patient. Not to mention he carried the item I purchased to the car! Because if their knowledge and explanation of things, I not only got exactly what we needed, but they saved me from having to get my car towed to them as well!!! Thank you all so much. Pretty much got all my money taken from their faulty service. They put a battery in backwards which damaged my car without me fully realizing. I drive away a month and a half ago. Last week, my car shuts down while I am driving which almost could have killed me. Local auto shop finds the issue. When O'Reilly put the battery in backwards, it blew all of my fuses and destroyed the cell of my alternator. I had to get a new battery from them as well as an alternator. The bill came out to be $927. I spent $200 for a battery that ran out of power in a month and a half and had to get an alternator because of it. And guess what, O'Reilly's would not compensate me for their damages. Not even money back for the battery that was completely useless. $1100 down the drain when all I needed was a quick battery change. I will no longer be visiting O'Reilly's and I will only trust myself to put a battery in before someone ruins my car.

I went to the Kennesaw store tonight because my car had been slow to start this morning. Luther checked the four year old battery in my Nissan and confirmed that it was bad. He briefed me on the available batteries for my car. I purchased one and he even installed it for me. He was very friendly and professional. He is obviously experienced. Thanks Luther!!

We came to the Wade Green store in Kennesaw GA for a battery for our bike. Kelly was nice and friendly, but what really put it over the top for us was that while we bought the battery, he noticed the car next to us had poured a bunch of oil and the front tire of our motorcycle was in it-obviously super dangerous and Kelly called it out, got some cleaner and a towel and, bless his heart, he got down on the ground and cleaned every ounce of oil off our tire and out of the grooves. He went above and beyond to be sure that we were safe and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart! I hope he s recognized for his great customer service and consideration!

Mostly a positive experience. For some reason I was having issue with a transaction coming up in their system. Initially, there was some implied distrust of my explanation that the battery was in warranty. However, the staff remained polite and willing to check and recheck for the transaction and for the warranty sticker and finally the District Manager happened to be there and found it, which I appreciated.

Honestly terrible experience. I went in to get a new headlight bulb cause mine went out and they couldn t even help me install it. Due to short staff like really ? Lazy employees.now I m trying to figure out how to install it watching YouTube videos. Thanks for the overpriced bulb by the way !

Went in to see if our battery was still good or not and Rob went out of his way to test it, offered his knowledge and was super friendly! He even offered advice on how to get the bugs off of our windshield from our trip from Florida. Thanks Rob! We will be back!

Staff here is knowledgable and friendly. I have shopped here many times and never run into an issue, even when I had to return a part because it was my fault I got the wrong one. They have always been helpful and make you feel like they appreciate your business.
