As my 2019 Mercedes Benz needed a top motor mount replacement, Mr. Tire took me in and I received my vehicle back within just a few hours. They were very polite and quick when it came to service. I recommend Mr. Tire for all needed future repairs.

Adam and his team in the Acworth/Kennesaw store are amazing. They were able to get the part and get it replaced in the same day. Adam kept me informed of when the part was expected to arrive and called me when it came in early so that I could return and get the work started earlier. I also added two windshield wipers and he offered me a deal for them. Based on how they treat their customers, this location has become my go to for mechanic work when my former mechanic closed up shop.

Friendly and helpful people at the counter and busy workers in the shop. I was told how long I would have to wait for my vehicle and it was done prior to the estimated time. I was able to get my tire fixed over my lunch break and was able to get back to work in a timely manner.

Very bad. Doesn t tell you hardly anything about your car/puts things in your motor/car that you don t even know about.Fianc� went next door to express oil/tire l, where I usually take my car and have no issues. They are honest, explain what s going on with your car etc.They told him his oil pan is shot,has basically been rigged to hold oil. He was Never told this by Mr Tire.My fiance also went to them and they put on brand new tires, the next day a tire blew out completely! Took it back to the store, manager tried to tell us you must have hit something The photo I believe pretty much says they put on an old tire that must have been dry rotted!Needless to say, I would NEVER do business with these people

I had low air pressure in a back tire on my 2023 Kia Telluride. I stopped in to have it checked out. At first it was just a small screw in the tire which they repaired but then I was told that the tire kept loosing air and they discovered that it also had a nail in it that was in a place that couldn t be repaired. So I had to purchase a new tire. They didn t have one in stock and there wasn t anyone at the other store available to bring it to the Acworth location. The very nice manager took off in his truck and picked the tire up and brought it back and the guys got it on and got me out of there in a very timely manner. They did everything possible to make my visit there as pleasant as it could be. I hadn t been there in several years but I was very glad that I chose to stop there on my way home. I would definitely recommend them .

Refused my business. I requested and was willing to pay for a diagnostic. They turned me away because my car was too old and rusty and didn't want the responsibility. I didn't want anything repaired. I just wanted a diagnosis. And then the dude kept walking away from me while I was talking to him. I won't go back, and I do not recommend.

I used to go to this location and have great service, but over the last several months it seems like they are more out to find ways to spend your money than actually figure out your problems and how to best help. There have been 2 occasions now where I have called the location and tried to explain my issue only to be talked over by some guy who acts like no one has a clue but him. I used to send people to this location, but it won't happen again. I'll gladly take my business somewhere else.

Great customer service. Would highly recommend for anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Adam was amazing and Lauren and Reed were a breath of fresh air. Love this shop, they never disappoint

Be aware! This business is hazardous to your sanity. I had a service done and within hours found the parts installed to be faulty. Upon notifying them I was informed that they had indeed installed a faulty part but the installation was done correctly. They refused to stand by their warranty, their word and their obligation. Please know that this location and franchise in general look to disarm and harm you and your wallet.I have spoken with the manager and he offered more services to counteract the mishap. This ultimately resulted in a surprisingly large amount of neglect and misfortune for me and my family. Run away and save your sanity I beg you.

I have used this location for about 15 years even through all the changes and still would not go anywhere else. Best place I ve ever been to everyone is amazingly helpful and nice friendly. It s just an all-around great place to go and I trust them.Adding to this review. This place is the best. Friendly and honest. Will never go anywhere else!!!!! Thanks Adam!!!!!

Lauren got me in at the time I needed for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. I was done in just over 30 minutes. Her people skills are great!

They take care of you. Good about scheduling. Do make an appointment!! Expect a bit of a wait but it's good to be somewhere busy. That means they know what they're doing. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour and that's for an oil change with tire rotation. They have an app and you can get your first oil change free. They don't recommend what you don't need. Oh and Wi-Fi! Bring your laptop while you wait. Basic complimentary coffee and water too.

Dealt with Chris at Mr Tire and he was friendly and helpful. Suggested a few things on our 2003 Toyota which made sense and didn t do any hard selling. Great value and a nice waiting room with water and TV access

Phenomenal service! I have had my car serviced here multiple times and I will continue to go back. Adam greeted me and helped me understand everything needed for my car to run perfectly! Overall friendly staff, clean waiting area, would give 10 stars if I could!

Stopped by to see about having a tire patched. Was told I needed 4 new tires due to low tread. He just happen to have according to his words several technicians that could get right on it. He didn t seem to like that I said I was going to check around. Had my tires checked by two other places .tire was patched and told I had around 10k more miles of life with the current tires! Sorry I wasn t a gullible woman who was frightened by your little gauge that you adjusted to say my tread was in red !

Honest and friendly. They will tell you what needs to be done to the vehicle. They will also tell you it may wait, if it is possible. Watch out for the young oil change mechanic, as he does not replace oil pan properly. Heard another customer complain about him and he did the same thing to mine. Highly recommend the place, other than the one oil kid.

Showed up for my appointment and they took my car back on time. It only took a few minutes for them to assess and put together some options for me. They were able to complete the work the same day including the alignment. When I started to look for a ride home, they even gave me a ride and picked me back up. Truly above and beyond!

I've had excellent experiences over the years and appreciate their honesty. I was told by a dealership that I needed new brakes and took my car to this location for a second opinion. They told me exactly how many mm were left on the pads, said it was premature to change them now and would check at my next oil change. It was probably a year and a half later when they finally recommended the pads be changed. It's rare to find a mechanic who tells you "no, you don't need that yet." I'll be back!

Had a flat tire and everywhere had such a long wait of 2+ hours. I brought my car here and they took it in right away and fixed my tire within 20 minutes! Very nice staff and clean waiting space too :-)
